I m editing my review for the time being. I was able to have a sit down discussion with Ned about the issues that I posted in my last review. Ned explained the issues on his side and I explained the issues on mine and we were able to work out the details to both of our satisfactions. If he is willing to sit down and have a adult conversation about a customer s concerns and issues with the service they receive then he certainly deserves a second chance to earn said business. In today s business world to many would simply write the customer off and continue on This was a refreshing change to what most of us have encountered.Service: Engine repair

I brought my truck to Ned after having my truck looked at by another shop who was very incompetent. Ned said, "I'd be glad to take a look", after I explained about the previous shops mishaps. He and his team took diligent work and went thru every possible issue, replacing wires and sensors before coming to the conclusion that my HPOP was bad. He got the part and replaced it and the truck runs great. So grateful to find a mechanic that takes his time to look at all possible causes rather than just hooking it up to a computer and not physically looking at the motor. I finally found someone who I can depend upon to work on my diesel truck. Ned went above and beyond diagnosing the problem, did the repair quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. Ned is an amazing mechanic. Very knowledgeable on what he does. Always takes the time to explain exactly what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who doesn't want to get screwed over by crazy expensive mechanics looking to make extra bucks

Ned and his team at Auto Truck Clinic are really great. My tractor wouldn't start, and is difficult to move if it won't start. So, Ned went over and picked it up, cleaned it up, repaired it, and even brought it back home. It now works great, and is so clean it looks like a brand-new tractor! I have not gone to anyone else in the last ten years for a very good reason. Ned is the best, good work, fair price, and good people working for him. Just fixed my car in about an hour yesterday. Awesome job!

I recently had work done on my Chrysler 300 and I couldn't be happier with the end result! I got a whole new front bumper and grill and it looks fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they worked with me to get the best prices for the parts I needed.

The Auto Truck Clinic is outside of Copperas Cove on 116 South on the right hand side, keep a close eye out they have a sign but it kind of sneaks up on you. If you are looking for a professional car, truck, trailer, RV, tractor, or small engine repairs I highly recommend you ask the owner Ned what he can do for you. Bottom line is that this business gives you all the Professional Service that you can trust and will not hurt your pocket as some other places. I recently took in my travel trailer, utility trailer and a riding lawn mower for various repairs and I was very pleased with what it cost me.

I drove moved from St. George, Utah to Copperas Cove two weeks ago. I asked at Bible study if there was a mechanic in the church. They told me Ned is a mechanic and gave me directions. My check engine light was on or flashing almost all 1,170 miles while towing a 12' x 6' trailer. My mechanic in Utah was supposed to be the best mechanic for Chevrolet but he was unable to diagnose the problem and told me it would make it to Texas; and it did. I took my Suburban to Ned today and Beth called me to tell me that their master mechanic was able to diagnose the problem; it was a bad spark plug wire. I had suspected as much in Utah and bought wires in Utah but was only able to get one on before I left for Texas. I told Beth that I had wires in my Suburban and told her where they were. Most mechanics won't let you use your own parts. The price I was quoted was way less than I had expected. Ned and Tres are members of the little non-denominational Christian church I attend. I trust them because they are good Christians. I'm so glad I asked and was told Ned is a mechanic. I love Texas!

I needed some work done on my 2009 Chevy Impala. Needed a Hub Assembly, took it to Auto Truck Clinic and was not only pleased with the work that was done, I was also very happy with the amount it cost to get fixed. I would definitely see Ned at the Auto Truck Clinic again for any auto repair needs. Thanks

This is one of the best shops I have been to!!! Great amazing customer service!! I got an alignment on my 2007 Honda Civic si and they took their time explaining everything to me and they let me watch!! Amazing company if you need any of your car work done I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!! Great prices all around also!!

Couldn't be happier with the worked that was performed on my RV which included some body work, brake service, repacking wheel bearings, and roof service. While most RV shops take forever to "fix" things, Ned completed the work in record time. Will be back.
