I picked up a nail and needed a patch for my tire, I stoped by on a Saturday at 4:46 PM with not one customer at the business. Their employee was sitting down on his phone, so I walked in ask how much to patch a tire ? He said $12 but we are closing I was about to shut the doors he said , I did not say anything as I was shocked knowing its not 5:00. I looked at my watch and said oh well then I guess you are not wanting any type of paying customer at the end of the day and you just want to leave early, I then proceeded to drive away. I have worked retail for over 20 years and I found this to be a prime example and who not to leave in charge of your business. I will keep my business with Castillo s around the corner , always nice and always respective to there customers .

Great fast friendly service on a hot Sunday. Almost didn t give them a try based on rating till I realized their rating has fallen prey to a one star review and not ONE EXPLANATION for a low rating. So glad I didn t strictly base my visit on review alone. I will be back. They also offer many more services than tires as well. Thanks to the Staff that turned what had shaped up to by a trying HOTSunday but turned out to be like a well needed rest stop PROBLEM SOLVED!!!Thanks

Excellent customer service. He. Noticed a bolt missing tried to find one in his shop that would work. Then when he didnt have one he went to orileys got one, put it on at no charge. Very thankful

Handled my problem right away. Fixed my leaking tire and had me on my way in a heart beat. Price was more then reasonable.
