A big shout out to Jason for helping me with a new battery! I purchased it there 2 years ago with a 2 year warranty. I didn t have the exact date but fully expected to purchase a new one. I was a few days after the fact and Jason honored the warranty for me!!! So grateful for the excellent customer service received at this O reillys.Thanks again.

A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. He was very helpful and He wasn t trying to sell me anything more than what I came in for. A1 customer service shoutout to benny (I think)

I came to this store to fix my car and Mitch, one of the store associate did a fantastic job. Mitch went above and beyond in helping me replacing my rear light in my car.

Do not buy parts in this location Poor management especially the employed named Tony and lady assistant manager they don't want replace the life time warranty parts, I told them my starter only work when I hit it but unfortunately when they checked the starter work but when the starter get hot doesn't work so they refused the replacement. And the started still on warranty.

I ve always liked the employees at this location but today I came across a rude and angry older woman that goes by the name TTT trailer trash trollop and was extremely offended. Miss TTT I m sorry you dislike your job and life but maybe you shouldn t take it out on your wonderful customers. You can always get your old job back at the Cracker Barrel as a dishwasher if you re not happy at oreillys

Since the new manager Nikos(?)this location far exceeds all expectations! Logan, Masato and the other team members have made rebuilding this 99 F150 waay easier than dreaded!Thank you guys for always going above and beyond!!!Before you order any parts online I would contact them first as a lot of our parts they were able to get if not in stock within that day or the next morning! They also save me from running all over town to each location trying to get vinyl paint by having it all brought there!Just can't praise them enough!

Went to get brake rotors turned Sunday Jan 8 ...and young guy didn't want to work he say my rotors was to bad i went to another O'Reilly's & they turned my rotors I'm only making my review because why work when you don't have to just stay home....thanks!!!!

Great selection, good hours, friendly and helpful staff. I've actually been hoping for the longest time for one to open nearby as indo prefer O'Reillys as opposed to other parts stores because the staff generally seems more knowledgeable.

Came in looking for a few things including a serpentine belt and oil. When the guy working on 5/15/21 around 6:00pm told me the price of the belt I nicely told him oh that s ok I won t be buying it he flat out laughed in my face like I inconvenienced him by saying that. I guess he thought it was ok to laugh in my face because the blonde girl that was working with him had walked away right before he did that. I ll go to the advanced auto parts down the street from this place next time. Horrible first time experience at this O Rileys location.

I go here for 99% of my automotive parts needs. With 5 drivers and cars in my family, I'm a "regular" at O'Reilly's. Online purchases are a good way to purchase and save $ as well.

went to replace light bulbs for my Sienna and had trouble with the install. I returned to the store and Dyln the manager replaced them for me. Super service from the young man. Thank You

This location is new, staff is friendly stores, organized, and clean. Parking is easy to get into and out of.
