the gentleman at the front desk was on the phone when I got there, I said good morning to him twice and he responded, I didn't want to be noisy, I just wanted to make sure he knew I was there, It was just me, then another costumer walked in, still on the phone, he finished the call, skipped my turn and attended the other costumer, I decided to wait till he was done, after that, he ignored me again until I asked him a question twice, then he answered really upset and irritated, I decided to walk out. I'm still thinking that he wasn't on his best moment, but definitely his costumer service was really disappointed.

Great shop that will take care of you in an honest and original manner. Never selling you more than you all for helping you understand your needs and what you should pay for. Been around for many years helping homeowners and heavy duty commercial operators and everyone in between... Go here for all your small engine needs!

Drove all the way from New Braunfels to come here. Heard amazing things about this shop, and the staff did not disappoint. They helped me find the perfect California trimmer for my Bermuda grass. 10/10 would recommend this place, staff is super knowledgeable, willing to help, and just all really enjoyable to be around!Thank y all so much

Been coming here for years if you want it done the right way the first time bring your equipment here it s an art to get small motors tuned and running properly and these guys have mastered that. Even better is that their customer service matches their work. Thank you Mason Road Lawn Equipment!!!

Best shop in town, I ll be bringing my hard earned money here from now on!!!! Instead of using after market parts, they rebuilt my generator with original parts.

I have landscape company Forever Landscape for 20 years, all this time buy all my equipments and maintenance by mason Lawn equipment. All the technicians and the owner are friendly, in all this 20 years never make 1 complain, I highly recommend. This Bussines.

Very helpful, excellent service. They take the time to explain and show if you have any questions. No wonder why they've been there for so many years. I definitely recommend them for aby repairs, but also to buy quality equipment with the technical support behind it.

My power washer was all gummed up and wouldn't run. Now I barely get a half of a first pull on the cord and the motor hums. Great service, timely, and very fair priced. Thank You. Six Stars

I ve used this store multiple times over the years, Several times in things I were sure dead but they rubbed some magic on it. Always courteous, professional and patient with those of us less inclined. Lol. Thanks y all.

I brought in a Stihl edger that wasn t running well. I had assumed there was an issue with the carburetor, but they determined only a new spark plug and air filter plus tune-up was needed. They also replaced the blade which I didn t request, but that is a very inexpensive part, so no complaints there. The place is hard to find: you have to drive into the back of the shopping center and around the corner, but it is there!

I have taken my equipment there a handful of times over the past several years and have always been extremely happy with their work. Being a Katy resident for over 20 years I also love to support local business and these guys are top-notch.

I was researching online for a highly-rated repair shop where I could take my Troy Bilt 550ex and this shop was the top option. The shop is hidden behind the strip mall; use the 3D Pho restaurant as a point of reference and drive between the buildings. Upon arriving, I was kindly greeted by Mr. Rick George the shop's owner who inspected the mower and took my contact information. Within 2 days, I was able to pick up my mower and it is running once again without any issues. It turns there was water inside the carburator and it needed to be rebuilt. One thing of note: if the repair is under $100 they will go ahead and automatically fix your equipment. If you need an estimate beforehand, you will have to pay a fee. Overall, repair cost was reasonable and I was very pleased with their great customer service. Highly recommended!

Took my Echo Weed Wacker in because it was leaking oil, took a few days to get fixed, took it home and still leaked just as bad. Not real happy paid them for nothing. Wouldn't use them again for repairs, customer beware.

I ve used this company to fix my pressure washer and they did a great job. I just dropped off my lawn mower to get repaired. A little hard to find, you have to drive behind buildings to get to them.

The staff and service here is GREAT. I would rate my experience here at a 5 star but the wait time to get a pressure washer carburetor cleaned out is over a week and usually that's something we only do when we are ready to get some work done. That being said, staff is VERY knowledgeable and definitely takes good care of your equipment.

Came in to get my blade replaced. They were super fast, helpful and budget friendly. Definitely would recommend. I was glad to see that this is the place landscapers come for their equipment needs.

This place has not disappointed me yet.I visit or use services three times before leaving a review. This review is no different.I have dropped off my mower twice and trimmer once. Every time I've done so is during their busy season. And yet I get the equipment back promptly.The front office is professional and willing to answer questions quickly to get to their other customers, while still making you feel taken care of.The price properly reflects the equipment that is fixed or replaced.

I take all my lawn equipment here when it needs servicing and they always do a great job and always provide a quick turn around on the repairs in order to get me back up and running.Their pricing is very reasonable and they are upfront about their charges so there are no surprises.Heads up, they're tucked back behind a strip center so they're a bit hard to find the first time you visit.
