I had a great first experience with Katy L&T. This shop was exactly what I was looking for, as one who has owned Toyota/Lexus only vehicles for many years.My GS350 was perfectly repaired on a prompt timeline and as scheduled. In speaking with Miguel, it s apparent that he is knowledgeable of these vehicles and is familiar with the ins-and-outs that might leave more generalized repair shops astray. Will use again.

Great shop for my Land cruiser, the owner is always interested in sharing his knowledge. Great place for getting your vehicle repaired, highly recommended. He even took time to looked over my old Jeep with recommendations for upkeep.

Amazing mechanics shop! Had a strange noise in the front suspension. Miguel diagnosed the car and it turned out that it was due to brake rotor that was incorrectly installed by other mechanic in a different shop. Miguel spent about an hour to diagnose the noise, including lifting the car, taking the wheel, brake caliper and rotor off, reassembling everything back, test driving the car and etc. Unbelievable part is that Miguel and Leslie did not charge me anything for the work they have done. They told me that they did not use any spare parts and that is why I don t have to pay. But for sure they have spent their valuable time! This was my second time using them and I was again very happy with their service. They told me upfront earlier in the week when I first called that they d be busy and to bring the car in on Thursday, which I did. Once the car was dropped off, they called me later that morning to let me know what the issue was and by noon they d given me the costing. One of the issues turned out to be a non-issue and they were honest enough to tell me that - not something you find at every repair shop! My car would have been ready the same day except for the fact that I replied late for them to go ahead with the emailed scope of work. I got my car back on Friday with the main issue completely resolved to my satisfaction! Would highly recommend this business!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My family have used L &T for years. Miguel and Leslie are honest and do a GREAT job. They always give you the facts. I will ONLY bring my cars to Katy L&T Auto Care for service. Leslie and Miguel are so honest, very trustworthy and do a great job. I have used them for several years now for regularly service on our Avalon, Highlander and Corolla. Recently, the check engine light came on while driving to Houston. I called Leslie at L&T Auto Care and she was able to get my car that SAME day. It turns out that the cause of the engine light was a dirty sensor. Miguel cleaned it, changed the oil in the car (because it was needed) and that was it! I was only charge for the oil change! I highly recommend Katy L&T Auto Care to anyone. Trustworthy and honest Toyota and Lexus experts. I've had my Prius serviced at the dealership before but have had a far superior experience with Katy L&T. They are my new go to experts for my service needs. Leslie and Miguel took great care of me and my Prius. They are prompt, responsive, reasonably priced and use only factory original parts. Very impressed with the level of service of service I received from this shop. My Lexus LS needed a new starter, which turns out to be a large undertaking. The dealer wanted $3000 for the job. A local mechanic chain wanted half as much. I called this Lexus Toyota Specialist, because I had driven by many times. I was given a great consultation, was able to schedule the repair conveniently, and was very affordable. I dropped off my car and picked it up a few hours later. The best part was a few days later I noticed that he corrected the battery installation that another shop did and he neatly put the extra pieces in my truck. I am thoughly impressed. I will be back.

Had a few check lights come up on the dash of my wife's Lexus SUV. Called Leslie and she was able to get us in for a check the same day. Team did the repairs needed and got us up and running quickly. This will be my go to shop moving forward.

Definitely deserves the highest rating possible. Have been going to another shop in Katy for many years and had a problem with my A/C in my Lexus. Took it to my shop and spent several hundred dollars replacing some valves which didn't end up fixing the problem. When I brought it in a second time, they wanted $2000+ to replace the evaporator assembly. I did some checking on the repair, and although it was a labor intensive repair, price seemed excessive. I called Keith and he listened patiently, asked some specific questions, and gave me a quote over the phone for several hundred dollars less! I might have still given my old shop the job, but they wouldn't credit what I had previously spent towards the second repair. I won't be going back there with my Lexus. Keith has earned my business from now on. He was upfront, explained everything he would do, and completed the work quickly - in less than a day! He also showed me the parts he replaced and explained exactly where the leaks were. So glad I gave this place a try. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thanks Keith!

Miguel is very friendly and knew what he s talking about. I ve been looking for a Lexus mechanic for awhile now and I think I ve found my go to shop. Very nice and dependable. I would recommend these guys to my family and friends.

They fixed this problem in one day!! It is amazingMy daughter s car had new tires replaced atNTB ever since there was a vibration they asked to change the driving shaft on the left driver side the problem continue and they said the car is too old and the vibration is common. A friend of my told me to take it to this guys and what a surprise the car runs better than my other ES350 I will recommend this mechanic.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

Just started taking our 99 Lexus LX470 to Keith after several high dollar fixes at the Lexus dealer. He has been patient and honest with us and charges an honest fair price on everything he's done for us so far. I highly recommend him!

Took my car in to get new brake rotors and pads, as I had had them resurfaced 20,000 miles before instead of changing them, and they were squealing pretty bad when i would begin reversing from a stop. I took it in and they diagnosed the squeaking, and let me know that the pads were still 90% good, the rotors weren't warped and that they would hate to charge me to do a whole brake job since the brakes were in such good shape. Any of the nationwide brands wouldn't care and would gladly take my money.Because of their honesty, I can delay in changing out my brake rotors and pads until I truly need to and I will be coming to this shop for any service or repair on my Lexus in the future.Service: Brakes

The Katy dealership told me my water pump and oil pan needed to be replaced which was around $2,000. I had L&T check my suv and I was told there was nothing wrong with either. I ll never take my suv to those snakes at the dealership again. And I won t buy my next Toyota from them either. Do yourself a favor and let L&T check your Toyota out first. HONEST mechanic with reasonable prices.

Nothing but the best.....Keith the owner provides an excellent service in addition to the fact that he truly is a specialist in his field.The drive to Katy from Houston is definitely worth it since the competence level is as good as it gets if not better....my friend recommended I visit Keith to look at the issues with my jeep.....I will give the business to L & T forever.....
