This man truly is honest and trustworthy!I came to him concerning my brake lights going out. He advised me on buying the replacement assembly on Amazon and how to properly install them.His detailed instructions saved $800+ from having the dealership do it for me, and it seriously only took 20 minutes.If you ever read this sir, thank you, truly from the bottom of my heart. You are kind and decent person. The world is a better place with people like you in it.

I highly recommend you go and see Shawn. He is very trustworthy mechanic. I have been seeing him since I was in high school. I will always go back to Shawn. He changed out my rear yolk and driveshaft, also changed out my ac condenser and recharged it and it has been working perfect. About to have my brakes and alternator changed by Shawn. Take anything you need done to him and he will treat you like family.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Engine repair

Very nice people. they did the job even quicker than I had expected and cheaper hopefully I won't need a mechanic anytime soon but I do ill be going back to katy auto repair.

I just called today 1/5 at 9:14am they have a very rude older lady that answers the phone I mean she s not pleasant or anything by her nasty attitude she must be the wife of someone that owns or works at this shop they will never gain my business

Terrible customer service. Whoever is the woman who answers the phone is the worst. She hung up on me the first time I called and asked for a quote. When I called back she told me she can t give me a quote right now, with no explanation. Did not proceed to take my number to call me back later but accused me of being rude for simply asking why I could not receive a quote. Then proceeded to yell over the phone, I would definitely try somewhere else to get a repair. You will more then likely get a headache if your car repair requires you address and issue with them.

This is Jonathan Welch. For some reason the displayed name was my mom's. Anyways, the staff here were very friendly, had quality work, and have very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be taking my vehicle back here if it needs any future service. They replaced a heater core on my 98 ford expedition, and completed it fast and efficiently. Thanks again for the serviceEdit: Would not recommend this place. Sure the prices are really good, but ita a you get what you pay for kind of thing. 4x4 wasn't working and airbag light was on after they worked on my heater core. Had to take it to another shop to find out they didn't reset the module. Also had many parts put back in a hastily fashion and stick out like the hood lever and a wire underneath the glove box. Still giving them 3 stars because they did at least fix the heater core.

I went in to have brake pads put on my car and when I left my car was pulling to the right as I applied my brakes. I called Shawn (I think he's the owner) and asked him if I could bring it back to have it adjusted because it wasn't pulling with my old pads. He told me that I probably have a busted brake hose (whatever that means). He said that I would be charged for them to adjust the job that they did poorly to begin with. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and customer service. I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's worth paying a little more for quality service so go somewhere else. I suggest Firestone at Katy Mills and their prices aren't too high plus you get a great warranty.

So I called and some rude Receptionist answered the phone. I asked to speak with Shawn and he was busy so I asked her some general question about their work and she was Ruley unprofessional all I wanted was to make sure I m going to the right spot to have some work done on my vehicle. She told me I have to bring it in because I was asking to much questions. In a rudely manner so I ll take my business elsewhere! Thanks!Service: Body & Trim
