Jiffy Lube is one of the foremost names in car maintenance. I visit Jiffy Lube whenever I need an oil change, plus other services like brake fluid changes, new wipers, etc. I like the extras that Jiffy Lube provides so I was more than ready to make my way to this Jiffy Lube location when my car was in need of care.Pulling up, I noticed that this Jiffy Lube was a little smaller than others and since it is just off the main street, it isn t easily noticeable. I went ahead and pulled in, however, because I needed a synthetic oil change and other services and, if nothing else, it looked like my wait time would be minimal.Stepping inside to wait on my car to get serviced, I made my way to one of the few chairs in the waiting area. There isn t much to keep you occupied in the small interior, so be sure you have your phone handy. I did like the open view of the customer display screen, since it lets you see your customer info, which car is being worked on, and so forth. But there is little else to pass the time in the waiting area, so having your cell phone in hand is a must.My first experience here wasn t the best. The personnel did things they shouldn t have and forgot to vacuum my car, which is one of the reasons I like visiting Jiffy Lube. I would have rated this location low based on my customer service experience, but I am happy to say that Jiffy Lube made up for the mishaps. I contacted them, explained my dissatisfaction, and they quickly made things up to me.Jiffy Lube is notable for its reasonable quickness and for the variety of car maintenance services they offer. This location isn t very large, and its waiting area is quite basic. But I appreciate the fact that they admitted fault when things went wrong and did what they could to regain my trust. The positive response was enough to increase my rating to three stars and a recommendation overall.

What an awesome experience!! The whole staff was friendly and greeted me when I arrived.. Kayle was the one who handled my inspection and she was very thorough and also very kind. She has an amazing personality .. gives me peace of mind to know I will be safe and that she takes her job very seriously !! I recommend you go here and ask for Kayle!!

I used to go to this place for inspections, but last time they damaged my headlights dropping brake fluid. Despite this, I didn't say anything because the guys there are so nice. However, yesterday I went for an inspection and they had a girl doing the inspection instead. She tried to take advantage of me and make extra money by saying my wiper blades needed to be replaced, even though they were fine. She threatened to fail my car if I didn't replace them, and if I wanted to replace them myself, I would have to pay for another inspection later. This will be my last time there; I've had more than 5 inspections last month and I'm now looking for a more honest place.Because of people like her, fortunately that is that last year with inspection!!!

Cashier was smart. He knows how to get money out of our pockets. Usually for anything to replace the online or other store prices are way cheaper. This guys are charging 50/70 times higher that what it should be.Service was good.

This location was super fast, very efficient and customer service was excellent! They got me in and out for an oil change in about 15 mins. Will definitely be back!

Went there today to get my motorcycle renewed. Great service. Guys were very attentive. I've been going there now for about 10 years (I live up the street). Always had solid service. They never tried to upsell me on stuff I didn't need.

Stopped by this morning for my emissions test. The staff was friendly, acknowledged me right away, & got me taken care of & on my way in a jiffy. I even learned a thing or two. ;) I used to come here years ago but moved away. I am back in the neighborhood & will definitely be returning as needed. Thank y'all so much for taking care of my service today.

I love going to that location even if i only go Once a year for my inspection they always remember their clients an i definitely love that about the employees , also they are very polite and very nice customer service !

I go to this location on Provincial & Mason all the time. They are always respectful and helpful with finding me the best offers to help with my budget. Today Ethan was especially polite and helpful.

I took my truck there for a lube job and state inspection. first off they are a lube shop the does NOT do lube jobs (go figure, it s literally in the name). then to top it off they fail my inspection, because their faulty machine that reads tint levels said my tint was at 23% and the state allows 25% and higher to pass.I took it to another shop and guess what? it passed. No need to say I will never go there again, nor will I recommend anyone else go there.

The lady who helped me was incredible. She was nice, knowledgable and professional. She got me in and out quickly, and offered sound advice on what work might be needed on my car in the near future. I don't recall her name, but if possible, could someone send her a big thank you from me.

Very bad, they tried to sell us some windshield wipers and since we didn't buy them they told us that we didn't pass the inspection because our windshield wipers were bad, when we changed them 1 month ago. Can that be considered a scam

The Manager of the store is a very nice guy and the mechanic took me in and I was out within thirty minutes. I will send my people to that jiffy lube from now on as well as myself

I love coming here because they are so nice, get me in and out quickly, and the cost is reasonable. They don't try to sell me on stuff I don't need, but always check to make sure my car is safe .

I monitored what they are doing and notice they are honest. Previous operator last few years pinched and broke the wiper rubber on purpose. This time, I notice different operator and manager are doing everything in the honest way. I am happy to have this store in my neighborhood. It would be even better If they could fill up the windshield washer fluid.

Extremely rude. Manager told me to change my own oil after asking I asked a question about customers getting out of the vehicle and he threatened me with physical violence.

I will no longer be going back. We had to remind them 3 times to check tire pressure as alert was on and when one alert remained. We had to do this ourselves. Horrible service

Very courteous, friendly, fast for state inspection. I gave 4/5 stars because I heard oil change price and took my car to my usual place for that which is cheaper and still has quality products.
