Went in for an alignment but never got it within spec to where it would drive strait. So I went back to have the alignment checked, but yet again no luck. Looked underneath my truck a week later and found that the steering rack boot was completely twisted and torn from the first alignment. After speaking with the manager they finaly agreed to replace what they had damaged. So in the end I guess they did their best to make it up to me. However it is still difficult to trust this shop after they failed to catch what they messed up.

Horrible service waited 3 hours to get 1 tire changed. I asked what s going on and they were extremely rude with an attitude. It s my first time coming here and the guy goes next time go to discount tire hahaha words by Ivan Romero, Shawn s�gneal stepping up to me bc i asked him why my tire wasn t flush. Never coming back again. Also had people waiting with me for hours.

I believe Firestone always tries to mark up parts, and I can always get parts at significantly lower price elsewhere. It's like they are almost charging what a dealer would charge. In addition, they charge $100.00 for running diagnostic and not adjust the pricing for actual repair, not in parts, not in labor. Based on this experience, l don't think it would be nice to recommend Firestone to friends or family.

The customer service at this location is horrendous. Went there for wheel alignment and was told it will take 2 hours. Sat there for 1:45 min and looked outside the window and my car is still sitting outside. I asked the guy in front why is it not done , he goes back to the "Ivan - service manager" which tells him that either I wait another hour or take my keys and leave. I confronted him and asked my make me wait 1 hour and 45 mins if you ended up telling me to leave. He was very rude and extremly unprofessional and this is not the first time he has done that. I asked him that I need to speak to the manager and he told me he is the manager which is incorrect (corporate tole me) as he is not the store manager. I had to leave after waiting for almost 2 hours because I had to pick up my kid from school. I had it enough this time and have complaint to the corporate about this guy.

Words cannot express the diligence and integrity these gentleman have at this location which is extremely rare in today's time. I brought my vehicle in for an ac compressor repair which in turn resulted in Ivan words " the strangest thing to happen all year". Without going into the crazy details let's just say my vehicle gave them a very difficult time. Even though things did not go as originally planned, the diligence to find and fix the issue even if it resulted in them staying past closing to find it speaks volumes. Not only did they resolve everything they went above and beyond to ensure that my car preformed exceptionally. So sincerely, thank you to Ivan and all the gentleman that worked on my vehicle (I don't know your names and that includes the guy at the front desk that helped me find a fork lol). If you are looking for a place you can trust, this is that place just have faith. Im glad I did.- Zoe H.

I recently came in for an oil change on my car as well as a concerning noise I had been hearing for the past few months. Ivan, one of the associates, clearly explained the source of the noise as well as informing me that my brake pads were in need of an immediate change. The mechanic even stayed late to work on my car and he let me keep the brake pads afterwards to see just how worn out they were! Great service and I would definitely recommend them for all your car-related needs :)

Jason King and the entire South Fry Road Firestone did another wonderful job on our nonprofit's vehicle. It's because of Jason and his expertise and customer care that we bring all FOUR of our vehicles to the 6820 South Fry Road store. LOVE THESE GUYS !!!!!!!

I go in for an oil change on my company truck, that is all. After an hour wait, the come out to say fleet recommends replacing tires. 2 problems I didn t ask for new tires, and Fleet does not see my truck, so they don t recommend anything. The shop convinces Fleet to authorize additional services. I have 30K miles left on these tires, no reason to change them, the rep just flat out lied. That s the fastest way to ensure I never come back.

Made an appointment at 7:30 a.m that morning for a 3:00 p.m. appointment and the oil filter wasn't even ordered until 5:00 p.m. to not have the job done until 5:50 p.m.. Over two and one half hours for an oil change is ridiculous ,especially when you have an appointment!

I did the oil change, four-wheel alignment and engine cleaning in this shop. After the completion, I found that the front windshield of the car was broken, and there was a bruise mark with oil stains on the car glass. However, this shop refused to admit that they didn't do it. How should I do this?too bad

Came in today. Technician Jason King took care of me. Told me exactly what was wrong. Told me about some issues to look out for in the future. Didn t try to upsell me anything. I hope he works on my truck every time I bring it in.

I don t know what s more enraging - a tire specialist store installing the incorrect new tire or the fact that I didn t recognize it until afterwards. The front wheel was incorrectly installed by the dealer (back wheels vs front are not interchangeable in Mercedes) but I d have thought an auto store with the word tire in their name would ve have caught this! I have called twice asking if they would adhere to the 30-day return policy, and each time had the tech assure that a manager would call me back. No such luck. I have since take my business elsewhere and will gladly give referrals to every school teacher, coach, Uber driver and random door knocker to stay away from Firestone.

The low tire pressure light came on, on Saturday and after putting air in my tire, the light wouldn t go away so I made an appointment and got one for Sunday at noon. I really thought I had run over a nail and was ready to pay for them to fix it. After checking, they said that there was nothing wrong with the tire and that the message just needed to be updated and they didn t charge me for anything. This totally surprised me because for being one of the few auto service places open on a Sunday, they could have easily charged me for their time. I appreciate them for their honesty and generosity! I d definitely take my car there again in the future!!Service: Tires

Month ago changed the outer tie rod cost about $300 but it is more likely they broke the seal on same side of the rack and power fluid leaked and I had to added power fluid every week. Took car at the shop they said we did not do that if you want to repair it costs $2300. But honestly what they did was disappointing and disgusting their mechanic not well trained and they do dirty business at this shop. I ended up replacing whole rack with used part which cost $500 extra. Never back to Firestone.Update review: Nobody call me to talk about the $800 mistake that unprofessional crews and managers did to me, No any compensation, no any promotion so far. Zero customer service and support.Update Review after one year, Today I get my wife s car in this branch because I bought life time alignment for her car, representative said I know you !! you had issue before with your Nissan Murano, is that problem solved by corporate, I said No, he said if you bring your receipts of payment of what you did fix in other mechanical shop we will refund you!!! wow . I really shocked, hopefully I have the receipt and they refunded $500.I really appreciate for your understanding and customer care.

I came to this location @ 10am to get a simple oil change. The tech said that I had to make an appointment and come back cuz he was booked up.I made an appointment for 3pm and the other tech said he couldn t help me cuz he s booked up. He said he had a family member that was in store that he couldn t help which I m not sure what that had to do with my appointment. He also saidthe next available appointment would not be for 10 days!Poor management made me come back and get turned away a twice.I would not recommend you patronize this location as they are just going to waste your time and not give you the service you need.

Eddie and the team were all super nice and prompt. I brought my truck in for some suspension noise and an oil change the team was super informative and kept me up to date with everything they found and fixed. I changed 4 struts on a friends car and suggested a lifetime alignment at brake check.She went to Firestone in Katy instead.I have been a mechanic for 25 + years and I made sure to inspect her suspension, brakes, CV axles while I was working on it. There was nothing torn or damaged on the CV axle boots.I always make sure to rotate them 360 with the wheel turned to make sure.She returned from Firestone and asked me to have a look at her car as it was making a tapping noise up front.As I looked under, I saw the tapping noise was grease being flung out of the boots and hitting the plastic splash guard.Tell me what you think about the cuts in the cv boots....

Highly impressed with Juan, Angelo, Vincent and Firestone!Needed a tire asap on a Sunday. After visiting another store, calling three others - I was sent here. Juan was very helpful on the phone. When I arrived, he was able to have Angelo fix the tire in about an hour (amazing now a days as other stores were quoting 3 hours, by the end of the day or not till the next day).After driving for a bit, my change oil light went off. Called the store and Juan was able to get me back in right away where Vincent changed my oil.Thank you so much for doing business right! Your professionalism, customer service skills and efficiency is top notch.

I got two quotes for replacing my rear tires. But breakdowns are totally different. Initial quote is $770, so I would like to get cheaper than this. Today tall guy (John) gave me a quote ($740) that is generated to make slightly cheaper than the inital quote. However, every single items are significantly different. My conclusion is that I can't believe this shop even though I fixed some parts last weekend here."Cheaper" means $30. That makes me laugh. Have a good weekend!

He truly cares about your needs, going above and beyond to make sure I have all the information required to make the right decision for my vehicle. Went in today to get 2 tires fixed that were loosing air. I went there and they told me that one set of tires were under warranty and the other was not. they told me over 300 dollars because I needed a wheel alignment too. I had them start the work. I then realized I was not given an option of tire. I went online and found a MUCH cheaper tire with better reviews. my bill went down to 250 dollars. I had them do the work. I left the shop and before even getting to the corner, the low pressure light was on again. I went back. They told me they needed to calibrate the sensor. ok... Drove down Westpark express and car started to pull to the right more than before the alignment. I called and they said I have a one year warranty and I could bring it back. This is after sitting there and hearing all the horror stories from the other customers in the room. I even heard them snow other customers. This is horrible.

Horrible customer service and crooks!!I brought my car because of a nail in one of my tires. The manager was so RUDE!!He checked my tire and said that it need to be replaced and gave me a quote of $300+ and asked me to come back tomorrow morning.The next morning, I took my car to Discount Tire. They fixed the leak from the nail instead of replacing it and the best part is IT WAS FREE.This Firestone location has very poor customer service and are crooks.

Called at 0715 to make sure inspector would be there at 0800...showed up right at 8 to find out inspector is not going to show up until 0830. Apparently the phone number attached to their Google Maps page is incorrect (takes you to a different location). I notified them of the problem but they could have cared less.

My vehicle was damaged, during a standard tire replacement, due to the technician being incompetent. The only solution offered was to cut the damaged part off of my vehicle. No one apologized, no one offered to cover the cost of the damages made. And the technician lied and stated that the damage was done to my vehicle prior to the tire replacement (which is not true).The technician noted that the lug nuts were swollen and I assume that is why he struggled to get my tires off which resulted in my front driver side splash shield guard being damaged.Service: Tires

I came in for an appointment at 10AM for an AC check. At 12 PM I asked for an update. After 2 hours of waiting I found out my vehicle still hadn't been seen. I spoke to the manager Ryan Goodin. He never acknowledged the drop of the ball on the stores part. There was no empathy. Instead of providing good customer service he asked if I would like to take my car somewhere else because I "have an attitude." If you value service and your time, skip this location and go somewhere else.Service: Air conditioning
