I paid to have a the Super Clean wash done on our truck on 4/1. I did not get what I paid for. This is not the 1st time I have left this car wash as an unsatisfied customer. But I figured, why not. It s close to home. To start off, the wash was mediocre at best. My truck was still showing sings of our recent trip, bugs on the front grill, bumper and hood.I don t think they really ran it through the tunnel. When I questioned them on this I was told that it did go through and its on film. Cool - then get your tunnel fixed because the bed of the truck was dry and the 2 small pieces of wood were dry and there was still dirt, loose dirt I might add, in the bed. Not to mention the fishing hook, and leaves. The windshield was poorly washed and the windows all had over spray from the cleaner. The interior was poorly cleaned also. There is still sand on our floor mats, and the seats still have crumbs from my kids eating snacks. It really wasn t that much of a mess, I am very particular on our cars being clean and I don t like them to be messy. The sand in the truck wasn t even that bad it s just after a long day of traveling to the beach I didn t feel like cleaning it. Next time I will do it myself or take it to Kingsland Car Wash (where I should have gone).Skip this place. After 2 hours of waiting and paying $60 for a Super Wash I expected a lot more. I won t be giving this establishment another chance.

This place is a HOT MESS. I gave them another chance after doing half of a job and never calling me to inform me my car was ready the first time I came. I returned because it s close to my house, well today they had me waiting over an hour after telling me 30 mins was the wait time. Then told me it was ready but apparently they didn t even start the interior cleaning. So here I am still waiting. And no accommodations

I got my oil changed here and it went fast, then i used their free car wash I got with it and they didn t tell me my car was ready for 45 minutes after it finished, I had to go outside and wander around looking for it before I went inside and asked for my keys that they had up there the entire time. Complete waste of my time and disregard for anything i had to do after. The female clerk was the one completely responsible for this. Annoying and stupid i had to wait this long for such mediocre service.

Not satisfied with the detailing services, Got my Sienna detailed with interior, exterior and engine cleaning for $224.99. When they charge me huge my expectation was also the same way (huge). But in vain, glove box, vanity, console, rear cup holders and on the top (interior ceiling) were not even touched see attached pictures . I had to ask for it and they just cleaned with Windex. Also, they do not do basic buffing after they apply the oil/based spray for shining to look new. The add more stickiness and catches all the dust and holds on it. I took my car to get a detail a few months ago. I am a single, busy mother and haven t had time to write this review sooner. I got my car and the dashboard lights were half on half off, my radio wouldn t turn on and my leather seat had a rip in it. They had my car for another couple of hours and got my dashboard working and my radio on BUT my buttons don t work. So I can t change my radio or do anything with it. SUPER ANNOYING! They told me it was a battery issue. I have NEVER had an issue like that before and they said if I drove it around for the weekend it would fix itself. Well it s been months and it s still broken. I am so busy I don t have time to drive 25 min there often but one day I did and they said if I left it there all day they would try to fix it but I do not have time to be without a car as a single mom all day. So here I am, still driving my car I take good care of without a working radio and a rip in my seat. All I wanted was to treat myself to a nice car detail and it was a detail from hell. I highly recommend DO NOT go here. I even asked my normal car shop when I got an oil change about it and they said it sounds more like water damage and it is not a battery issue. Just as I thought.

I took my new car (only a month old) and bought the super wash. I waited over 1 hour for them to complete. That was not the problem, when they finished my car I saw that they chipped my paint in two places. We went over the entire car prior to them taking my car back and no chips. The car is brand new. They brought it back to me with two paint chips and it took a lot for them to write up an incident report. The worker finally admitted to the marks not being there and they told me they would call me back to resolve. This was four days ago. No call back and even after I called for an update, they still have not called me back to resolve. The wash was not that good and they damaged my car. Now I have to chase them down for them to do the right thing. Terrible experience and my issue is still unresolved. Buyer beware!It is very unfortunate that this business is lying. I told supervisor who would not admit to the damage they did to my car that I would blast my experience for others to see. This is still not resolved and I gave this business several days before I put this review up to fix this issue. They are refusing to address. I am an ethical person dealing with an unethical business. I would suggest anyone who is reading this to look at the other reviews that are similar. I have called them several times and they refuse to call be back and acknowledge the damage they did to my car. I have zero motivation to lie and make this up. This entire experience is shocking. The woman that inspected my car stated that the paint chips were not there before they took my car back and now they are denying it. There are bigger things in life to worry about so I won't die on this hill. I have no desire to take down a reputable business to get my way. I respect people work hard and mistakes are made. Just do the right thing, when the mistake is made. Do the right thing. This business won't even call me back but can respond to my Google review. Unbelievable.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Everytime I go in to get the interior and exterior of my car cleaned, they do a superb job! They even go the extra mile. For example, I own a business and used to do after school. There was reminsnece of the back of a magnet that I stuck on the side of my van. It would have taken forever to peel off. All I simply asked was if they had any suggestions and they just did it themselves. They didn't even charge anything extra when I told them I was willing to pay extra if they had a way to do it easier. Can't say enough about this place!

This place is a rip off. I pay for the monthly membership and it s not worth it. I hardly go so they re making money off of me so when I go ones in a while I expect the service to be good. I ve told them twice now that I need the inside of my car to be wiped thoroughly cuz that s more important to me than the outside. I guess I didn t specify enough so my cup holder hadn t been touch, back seat wasn t touched, side doors weren t wiped and to add salt to injury they didn t even give me any air freshener. For $35/month I expect better. And they want a tip after doing a horrible job. People, tips are given when a good job is done, not just because so please understand that. Canceling my membership..

Arrived at this establishment for an inspection on my 1990 GMC Suburban that I knew was a safety only. There were several people standing at the reception area and not one individual acknowledged me or said how can I help you? There were no other people in the waiting area After a few minutes, the receptionist said to me what do you need ? No smile and very curt with her questions regarding the service I required I made a few inquiries about my inspection to this receptionist and received more rude and unconcerned responses Another lady who I believe was a supervisor, kept asking me questions about my vehicle for safety only purposes and then said well I don t know, the guys in the bay will have to determine..?? Since it was not busy, inspection was fairly quick and a very nice man who performed the service spoke briefly with me (and yes it was a safety only inspection ) The receptionist was still unfriendly upon check out and I swore at that time would never return to this service center. I would highly recommend the Cinco Auto on Cinco Ranch Blvd as they have never disappointed However this location on FM 1463 has lost our business..

Paul always puts his customers needs 1st. Very high quality care for your car. Open 7 days a week you can get your oil changed, and a detailed car wash at the same location. Great seating and ladies on the inside make you feel welcome.

Worst experience I ve ever had at any establishment. The skinny hunchback took a 5minute test drive and told me he couldn t help with any of the car problems. He charged me 120$ for 10$ after claiming there would be a proper inspection done. Don t come here unless you want to get overcharged for them joyriding your car for 5 minutes.

This place is all scam. They charge 3.5% credit card fee. Who charge credit card fee. Manager and desk ppl are so rude. Bank is always charging why you start chagrining now? And if you want to charge when you said 169 detailing fee, that time why you did not told me credit card 3.5% extra? Please stop scamming ppl

I get my car wash here quite frequently. However, last time I was there, I noticed my small parking pass that I keep on the dashboard was gone. I m pretty sure they accidentally vacuumed it but now I have to pay $70 to replace it. Also, I noticed that my tires are still pretty dirty. They never get cleaned at all.

They do a decent job. It would be helpful if they had an ATM for tipping since it is not an option on your receipt. To Owner: Your workers would appreciate it and you would make $$$ on the ATM fees.

I loved my experience at CincoAuto 2! I was greeted by Ninfa. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a wash and detail on my vehicle. I was satisfied with my service. I will be back.

I just wasted $29.99 for a horrible job.I waited over 45 min and no one mentioned my car being done until I walked towards the side of the building and saw my car with all doors closed. I asked one of the guys working on a car next to mine if my car was done cause it hadn t been called and he said yes it s done. As I drove out of the parking lot I notice my car did not smell clean no fragrance was sprayed and my front windows were still dirty. My car was not cleaned inside at all.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!I guess if you want them to do a good job you have to stand next to them to make sure you get what you paid for.Why didn t I go back right away??? cause I had an appointment and I was already running late.Make sure you inspect your car before driving off the lot.I m definitely not going back.

Not very satisfied. It took two attempts to get it reasonably done. Even then, they messed up tint on one of my windows. I have to remove it and put in a new one. They also missed cleaning multiple spots. Not impressed with their detailing.

Today they lost their loyal customer! I ve been coming here for past 5 years not only for car wash also oil change in the past ! I came yesterday before work for a car wash I did the packing 2 ! I expected to my car look shiny inside and out but nope! I still have dust and finger prints all over inside my cup holder wasn t even touched ! I was really really disappointing ! I called the manger yesterday while at work told him how unsatisfied I am ! He apologized told me to come in tomorrow I came into today ! I talked to this guy name Zee he recognized me from yesterday I told him how I m not satisfied that my car isn t clean properly! He try to be a smart mouth with me telling me oh that dust will appear after cleaning, we can t really rub it so much inside . Asked me what package I got than I d like oh yeah that s why we really don t do that much so are you telling me that in package 2 that you won t clean my car inside properly such as wiping down the dashboard ?! When I told him I talked to the manger yesterday he s like oh I can do magic Just clean the dashboard! I left told him I m never coming back again I didn t pay $25 for not to have a clean car ! My parents been going to Apple car wash in Richmond for 2 years. They recommend them always seen them with no problems with their car ! Definitely will be going to them CincoAuto Car wash lost my service!WHAT OF WAIST OF $25 !!

How badly they treat customers and employees, I don't know what happened to the former supervisors, who did treat customers well and solve customers' problems. Mrs. Mary, Juan, Alex, those people do deserve to work there, not this kind of new people

They do a great job on my dirty truck every time I come back from a business road trip.Extra time taken to scrub off bugs stains etc.Try to get there early in this heat. The crew gets a lot of heat all day long.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Will never bring any of our 15 vehicles back to this location. Very Unprofessional. Vehicle Inspector should be fired. Very rude horrible attitude. The car wash is not the best either. They usually miss spots or don't fully vacuum the vehicle. This was the last straw with this place. Don't waste your money on a detail. That's definitely a joke.

Interior detail was great. Would ve been 5 stars but when I took it in, I was the first vehicle in at 7:45 and they said it would be a two hour turn around. I called at 11 and it wasn t ready. I called at 1:30 and it was finally ready. I should ve been called when it was ready, not have to call them myself. Also, it was suppose to be 2 hours, so I don t know what happened there and took 5 hours. Again, it s hard to reduce the stars anymore when the truck looked great when I got it. Just improve the communication and turnaround time and it ll be Excellent.

Great quality and it s so nice to get all of the service is completed in one place ! They were able to complete my registration, oil change, and then have my car cleaned. If you have to stay, they have a really nice waiting area. Quality service.
