Christian Brothers has very nice facilities, beautiful and super clean restrooms, and friendly, professional service. However I scheduled an oil change because I was on a tight schedule and didn t want to risk walking in and waiting. After an hour I had to essentially insist that they give me my car back and let me get out of there.My car was up on a jack for over 45 minutes for a process that takes about ten minutes to complete. The rest of the time they were inspecting and taking pictures so they could recommend hundreds of dollars in additional repairs. The inspection included recommendations to top off my various fluids and put air in my tires, services typically included in an oil change. But these services would have been extra on top of the $80 for a standard oil change (which seems pretty steep, even with inflation).The only fluid they do claim to refill is washer fluid. So, imagine my frustration when I finally got into my car to race to my next appointment only to discover they had failed to refill the wiper fluid and it was still bone dry. Not cool, but I was already late and couldn t even go inside to complain.Bottom line, I made an appointment but ended up waiting an hour for them to try to upcharge me and still didn t even get the full service I paid for.

They were excellent!!! Very costly repairs but worked to get me good prices on parts. Can't really give a break on labor, they got to make a living so understandable. The Marine working on my car did a lot of little things that said he was looking out for his brother. I'll come back here for anything for my car. My Harley is another matter. Semper Fi!

I highly recommend Christian Brothers at the Firethorne location. Exceptional service and professionalism. Special thanks to the shop foreman, Louis Avina, for helping me out in a time of need. And Doug the service manager was great as well, despite my frustrations due to something that wasn t even his fault. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you CB for helping a veteran out! I truly appreciate it.

Their service is exceptional! All the staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their efficiency is top-notch. I completed the inspection in less than 20 minutes! This has been the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop, and I'll continue to choose them for my car maintenance and repairs in the future.

Went for oil change & definitely going back! I appreciate the courtesy of the front desk workers, cleanliness/comfort of waiting room & most importantly the very detailed report of the inspection they did which even provided pictures of the issues that needed attention (brakes/tires/engine belts etc). The report also categorized the severity of the issues. It was also probably the lowest I ve ever paid for an oil change! About 1/2 the price I have been charged at other quick change places. Great place all around!

The person is very professional. They will advise you if the car still under warranty. Honest, I will start going to this place compare the one that closer to my house. This CBA team is excellent. Come here!

I arrived to my appointment and was greeted pleasantly by staff. My car was checked, and the oil was changed. Rashad explained what they would for in the future and made it very understandable. I appreciate the concern shown. I will be returning to this location.

Great experience!! I schedule appointment. Everyone greeted me and accepted my vehicle on time. They offered me a courtesy shuttle back to work and when the car was ready, even offered to pick me up. They explained all work performed. Overall amazing customer service!

Came in for $39,98 full synthetic oil change. It ended up costing $70. They changed extra for a paper filter and an extra quart of oil. The paper filter is not that expensive and the extra quart was $13. They never mentioned the extra cost. I have been to other CB s and they honored the sale price.

I ve had quite a few repairs done at this Christian Brothers over the past 5 years. And most recently a fuel pump. The service I receive here is top notch. I ve never had to return my car after any repair service. It s done right the first time. A big thank you to George, Louis, Christian, and of course the mechanics that do the work! I appreciate you.

Referred by Caliber Collision to remedy a faulty horn. Service was excellent, provided a ride home and pick up when the car was complete. Fixed within few hours with no hassle or additional costs. Overall Great Service

I took my truck in a few weeks ago for an oil change and was worried that they wouldn't do it because no other place would. So for years my son, my brother in law or myself would do it. I can no longer do it myself because of a health issue, my son no longer lives near, and I hate always relying on my brother in law. It was done with no problem. Steve was great by talking with all the customers that were there that day, and that made me feel like they really cared about their customers. A week ago, I took it back to be looked at for the power steering. I dealt with George in the office this time. I dropped it off for 2 days earlier this week for the work. When I picked it up I was informed by George to let them know things were going. As I left I informed them how happy I was with the service I received and told them that I was happier with them than another location I had been to several years ago. In being in the office with other customers and hearing how they spoke to us and being very informative of issues was amazing. The garage bays were a flutter of mechanics getting the jobs done and getting their customers on their way. Thank you to all the staff at this location. They are all outstanding. I called George today to let him know that things were going great with my truck.

The staff and owner at Christian Brothers are truly God sent. They re amazing people who give amazing customer service. They really do make a nice difference. Aside from treating your vehicle like a part of the family they give back to the community. Every one has excellent peoples skills and greet you with beautiful smiles. The lobby is extremely clean and they always have refreshments and drinks as courtesy to their customers. They re so respectful and honest. When you come here expect the best customer service given to you and your vehicle because that s what you ll receive. They re also really affordable. As a courtesy, they also offer a shuttle service so that you may continue your day offsite while your vehicles being serviced. Aside from all of this, Christian Brothers really do go above and beyond to serve you. Thank you Steve and all of your amazing staff.Shirly Mapp

Not much waiting space. But I'm guessing they were full because of their great service. When I called to book I got a weird vibes but when I went in for service, they were very professional, quick, pleasant and helpful. I've had many bad experiences with dishonest mechanics, these brothers made me feel comfortable to trust their advices. I will be going there from now. This was the first time I ve ever had to take a vehicle into a body shop and the service the team and especially George provided was nothing short of Exceptional! I was referred to CBA by my sister and I will forever use CBA Firethorne for any future needs! Consistent updates and top notch communication. This was my first visit to CB. I chose the FM1493 location since it is closest to home. The atmosphere was very welcoming like I was at my home away from home. When I first arrived, I was told it could be a couple of hours. I really didn't mind since I had some work to do and there was plenty of comfortable seating. While there I received very personalized attention and the associates were extremely considerate. They even laughed at my bad jokes! I was treated as a valued customer from beginning to end. What I apperciated most was that the associates really seemed to really enjoy working there. It was a great experience. To my surprise, my oil change service was completed within the hour and I didn't even have time to finish my delicious cup of coffee. Everything was 1st rate! See y'all at my next service.

Been coming to CB for seven years or so. I initially had to get over the self-aggrandizing name; typically when someone leads with we re a Christian business , I expect to get fleeced, but I had to make an exception here. Repairs are always super fast and efficient. They ve alway been straightforward about what needs to be done and what is optional, and I ve never felt like someone s trying to snow me. I much prefer to pay a fair price for great service than pay bargain rates but get duped. When things go wrong, they step right up and make them right, no questions asked. I quit using my dealer s warranty early, actually, because I d rather just pay these guys to get it right the first time! Truly novel, I know a mechanic who just shoots straight and earns trust.

Our daughter needed to have her car looked at immediately as it was having issues starting. They were able to fit her in, fix the problem while she was waiting. We take all of our cars to this location and are always happy with their service.

Robert is continuously very cordial, well mannered and always smiling. He shows a genuine concern when he asks how one is doing or been doing & always offers us something to drink.He shares and explains thoroughly everything that was done and the concerns. The mechanics are excellent workers and I trust what they find and what is recommended that needs to be fixed. I would highly recommend this Christian Bros to friends and family.On 11-15-23:I took in our truck for an inspection and Robert once again was courteous and very helpful. He is an asset to Christian Bros.
