I will never go anywhere else. Always fair prices. Employees are unbelievable. Recently I had to take my wife into the hospital. Due to the emergency I had forgotten that my wife s car was in the shop. When Christian Bros called, they could tell I was upset and in a tough situation. They offered to drop our car off at my home, without hesitation. They also treated me incredibly fairly with the price of the service we needed - never taking advantage of my situation. You have a customer for life. Will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I take my vehicle to Christian Brothers because they gained my trust in the first visit. No upselling and they get the job done quickly. They are friendly, understanding and most of all affordable. Customer for life.

I walked in and greeted the person standing behind the desk. I was ignored. After waiting around inside the office for assistance and not being helped, I walked out to leave.Someone followed me out and asked what I needed as I got into my vehicle. I told him I just needed an inspection done. He told me they stopped doing inspections for the day. ( This was at least an hour and 15 minutes before thier posted closing time and there were no other customers inside) I went down the street to another shop and was in and out in about 10-15 minutes.I will not be returning to this location for any services.

Christian Brothers in Fulshear was recommended to me when I needed a brake job and I cannot express how much I appreciate their excellent customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, will go out of their way to accommodate your schedule, offer a shuttle service, and most importantly, they are honest. I will not take my car anywhere else for repairs after my recent experience.

Service manager John was very helpful in getting some repairs done that were under warranty on my truck. Great and friendly service at the Fulshear Location. Thank you John and Fulshear CBA for fixing my Silverado s oil leak!

Everyone at Christian Brothers Automotive in Fulshear was wonderful! Not only did they make the entire process incredibly easy, but they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. The shuttle ride home helped A LOT as well. I appreciated all the communication I received from the mechanic who looked at my car, including the pictures that helped immensely when he discussed the possible things that could be done to improve my car. Nothing was done without my approval. I understood everything because they explained what was necessary, what could be done later, and some things I requested that didn't even need to be done at that time. I trusted them immensely because they were honest, straightforward, and clearly were not trying to take advantage of me as a customer. I can't imagine going somewhere else because I've never had such an easy, helpful, and trustworthy experience. I highly recommend CAB Fulshear for all automotive needs!

I needed an inspection for my vehicle and Dave made sure it was done in a timely manner and provided great service. He even told me the best place to get my vehicle registration. Great place and staff! Highly recommend!

Christian Brothers had taken care of our cars for years. They always go above and beyond, never inflating prices are doing unnecessary work. We are so grateful to have them in our neighborhood. We won t take our cars anywhere else.

They're just the best! Staff is so helpful and treat you like family. They're honest and reliable. Have never come across an auto shop like this one. I don't post reviews often but was compelled to write a glowing one, especially after Brandon's help today.

This place is very nice and comfortable to visit. They have a lobby where you can sit in large and comfortable chairs or a couch while waiting for your car to be serviced. They also do drop off service. So, if you need a ride home, you got one. They are a bit on the pricey side. However, I don't know of any good quality car repair shops that aren't pricey. The mechanics seem to do a really good job.I did not like that they got oil on my carpets and door. It was dirty on my steering wheel too after they pulled my car from the bay.Overall, I would recommend to a friend!

I felt like I was offered high class service here! I asked if they have coffee, and they said I would make you some. I took it essentially as no we don t offer it, only for employees. I went to the restroom, came out and Nick (service advisor) gave me a tray with black coffee, a cup, sugar and half & half. I didn t expect it at all I haven t had bad experience with any Christian Brothers locations except few times at the Firethorne one (they gave my husband and I hard times about using the promotions many times. I meant why offer it and give people a hard time for taking it).Service: Oil change

Top notch place, very honest, front desk attendance, Mr. Dominic Washington, very polite and extreme High level of customer service!I took my car two weeks ago to to another car shop for the state inspection. They told me they needed to replace the entire front and back brake system because my ABS system was faulty. My car is from 2000 and has no ABS system, that is when I knew they were lying to me. Plus my rear brakes was completely overhauled less than a year ago but Christian brothers so I knew it was in good shape.I am so tired of these other car repair shops in the area that want to hold your car hostage and not let you pass the state inspection because they found something that needs to be fixed so we can pass the inspection.Spoke to the owner about what had happened. Very down to earth person and very genuine. I will not be taking any of my three cars anywhere else, only to Christian brothers. And I will make sure all my friends and neighbors know about it.Thank you very much and please keep this level of customer satisfaction as high as you can for as long as you can!

I feel weird posting this because I am suspicious of non dealer car repair shops, but I had a VERY positive experience at CBA in Fulshear on 1463. My blinker light went out and they replaced it right away. Answered the phone right away when I called ahead to check if they can do this. Very friendly. Very professional. Brandon came right out and fixed it for me. He was awesome. I have often felt talked down to by mechanics and always walked away feeling ripped off. I have a good feeling about this place. Will give them a try again instead of trying to get an appointment with a dealer and then waiting a week to get my car back.To the owner - Give Brandon a raise/promotion. He carries himself like he takes ownership of what he is doing. You are lucky to have him. I keep running into bad customer service everywhere. Except here. Thank you!!!

I have been going to Christian Brothers on 1463 in Fulshear for 2 years. The people that work there are amazing. They make you feel like you are the most important person there. Customer service was incredible. Thoroughly please with Damien and the service provided. I will highly recommend CBA in the future and will let people know to ask for Damien. He is a major asset to the Christian Brothers team and I look forward to working with him and the CBA team again in the future!

Took my 1999 corvette in for some AC work, and Damien and his team were absolutely phenomenal with how they handled my car being 24 years old. Due to some issues with the age of the car and part availability, it had to be taken in twice to be looked at, and the level of honesty and accountability could not have been better. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic to work on their car.Service: Air conditioning
