After a someone crash on my car. Their ins. Send my car to Caliber Collision. Their was contact to me every step they was doing on my car. They did a great job on my carSo happy. They did fast in short time. Compared with other experience. I recommend this place for fix you car.

This Caliber do a great job. They listen from costumers and fix your car! Kiah was very attentive and helpful. Timing was a bit more than i was planning however the car came out great with high quality. I would be back if in need.

Caliber Collision was awesome. I have never had to have any body work done on my vehicle before, and after a minor incident, I was nervous about anywhere working on it. Caliber went above and beyond, and even had my vehicle ready ahead of schedule!

They did an awesome job on the repair job, yes they had minor details but can't expect perfect. Reason for the low rating is that when rental car was returned to the location and also after being told i could leave the rental there. The wheels got stolen. Now I'm being held responsible for the damages. If shop doesn't take responsibility then don't accept rental returns or get better security. It's a expensive way to learn a lesson.

I had a great experience with the collision repair on my 2019 Ford Expedition. My Service Advisor, Alex Marini was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at communicating, as well as estimating the timing, etc . All good. At the front desk, Office Manager Lorrie Caballero, was extremely good at keeping me in touch with the status of my repairs and gave me really good customer service.

Our Toyota tundra was brought in for bodywork and electrical issues from the crash that has occurred during spring break. The body work looks nice however, when the vehicle was returned, The check engine light was on, the traction control light was on, the electrical system was out, the truck bed frame looks like it has been moved, the gasket and the fuel tank was shifted, the. Headlights were out blinkers back up camera wasn t working and it looks like the truck has But been shifted.We return the vehicle and they did not fix anything. They just told us they ran the code showing no history of coach prior to us taking vehicles there.

This is my preferred auto care company when I need anything done to my car. Kiah has the best customer service and so does her team they fixed everything in a timely fashion and kiah went out of her way in every aspect. Alex and kiah was super nice and very informative!

They were great about communicating!! Never had to call and ask because they had had already communicated!!! Car was fixed 3 days early, returned washed and vacuumed out!! Doesn t get any better! . Highly recommend them!!

We try to avoid accidents and instances to visit an auto collision center. But the great folks at Caliber Collision, especially Kiah Green, provided the greatest customer service anyone can ask for! It s sad that I can t give more stars than 5. Fantastic staff, quick up dates, and amazing responsive services. This place fixed my car quickly! Quicker than I thought it would be. Everyone was nice and helpful. I got updates about my car almost daily. I will be back for other little dings around my car from other careless door openers.

On February 19th, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. My SUV received front end damage. I had damage on my hood, front end bumper, right front passenger fender, front passenger door and damage to my front Grill Guard. I was recommended to Caliber Collision by a friend of mine who had his $300,000 sports car repaired at Caliber Collision in the past, and he was impressed with their work. I gave it a try and my experience was great. I contacted Caliber Collision in Katy at a new shop they opened on 3221 Peek Rd. I spoke with Freddy Portillo, center manager at Caliber Collision, who from day one was friendly, helpful and professional. I was then introduced to Kristie who obtained all my insurance information and they took care of everything from there. They kept in touch with me through out the entire time my vehicle was getting repaired. I received my SUV back in better condition than before the accident and very clean. My front Grill Guard was replaced with a new one and they re-wired new lights to the new grill and the job they did was very impressive. The work they did inside with the switches for the new lights was professionally done and was even better than before! I had the best experience with Caliber Collision in Katy and my expectations were exceeded. Thank you Freddy, and keep up the good work!

Monique was such a great help. Wonderful, wonderful wonderful I can t say anything else but wonderful!!! Everything that was done was immaculate. I have no complaints super fast and trustful. I love everything about my experience I was in great hands!!

UPDATE from the previous review! The management team, Kurt, reached out to me to express his sincere apologies about my experience. I brought my car back, and they provided a rental, went above and beyond to repair it, and gave it an outstanding cleaning. The staff, Kurt and Laurie, were kind, patient, professional, and empathic to our car and family needs. They have earned the "Caliber" in their service. I am now recommending this location to anyone requiring their service. Thanks again for "Making it Right"! Outstanding in every way!!

They did a great job on my repair. I only wish that I didn't have to leave my vehicle at the shop during the days of waiting for parts to come in, because I had to pay for a rental car for those days. I would have preferred to pay a deposit for ordering the parts then only left my car there during the actual repair work. They said they do not preordained parts.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great repair and customer service, Kiah kept me informed at all times, insurance process was quick, they have a good relationship with the rental car service so it was seemless. My car was returned earlier than expected!

This was the second time we took a car to Caliber Collision. Never again. I had s simple right quarter panel scrape. It took over 3 months. They claimed they were unable to calibrate the park assist sensors, sent it to a dealer, the dealer first mis-diagnosed and finally got it right. Caliber, and supposedly the dealer, claimed it was from a warranty repair before the signed lease. Not true. During all this, my rental from insurance ran out. I went back and forth with the then Manager, Robert, and GM Dana. I was assured after a few days that Caliber would be covering the rental. We had another car, so I wouldn't have taken a rental otherwise. Robert was removed from the project (shocking), and Dana took over. Several times I asked Dana, this rental is covered correct, and always, yes. I asked a few times because the excuses just kept building, and you know how that goes. Well, $1400+ later, they have not returned my calls. Two GM changes and nothing. Now a Kirk has been avoiding returning my calls and blaming Corporate. So, between just straight up lies, to truly either a) incompetent, or b) lack of proper equipment to deal with an issue on a car, they accepted to repair, somehow, they believe ignoring is an acceptable customer service practice. Thankfully, I am well connected on social media in the Katy area and will continue to blast this until someone feels compelled to make this right. Sad it comes to this, more wasting my time.

Kiah and Monique Excellent people, the service was wonderful, my repair was quick, my car was more than new, a spectacular job, one of the things that caught my attention the most was the kindness of the girls, a smile and that positive energy, really I am very satisfied with Caliber Collision and I take Kiah and Monique in my Heart.
