What a service! Came in to have my Hyundai checked because it had a weird noise in the front break pads, and Jonathan helped out with that. He gave an honest diagnosis and said it was just a matter of driving my car again since it had been left parked for almost three months. He didn t even charge me, and now I will make this place the workshop for my Hyundai and my Benz. Thanks Jonathan! Not to mention the coffee and awesome waiting area they offer!

I love coming to this shop. This location is always squeaky clean and always smells great, makes me forget I'm at an Auto shop waiting for my husband's car to get fixed. Laura was cleaning up at my last visit and the shop looked great. She is so nice and attentive, she even helped me out with my coffee. I also appreciated the thank you card that was left in my vehicle. It was a nice little gesture from the people at this shop. I will continue to come here for any services my vehicles need.

This place is awesome! Jackie, at the front desk, was kind, helpful, and always gave me updates as I was getting an oil change, tire rotation, new spark plugs, and got my transmission fluid checked. Clean bathrooms, comfy chairs with TVs, and a tea/coffee bar that had a hightop area to do work if you brought a laptop/ipad. Located in a great spot, too, popped on over to Aldi to grab snacks since the new spark plugs took awhile to get delivered. Overall spent ~4 hours there as a walk-in, if you call ahead then they could probably get the parts sooner so less time. Will definitely come back!

Let me start off by giving Jonathan a huge shout out. He is so helpful, excellent customer services, and absolutely the best! I have found my new shop home, so happy with services I received! My car is running perfect and the services I received was above & beyond! I would highly recommend this shop to others!

The place is very organized, friendly staff, reasonable pricing. Great team and neat and clean and in surplus they have an indoor playing for kids, pretty good. Anthony is amazing - thanks for the wonderful job you do

Five-star service! I was able to use my Max Care extended warranty from CarMax to take care of a faulty part. They did a thorough assessment and made maintenance suggestions. They were helpful but not pushy at all. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the work done. I was also given a ride home (both ways). The waiting room is clean and coffee is fresh! I really can say everything was great!

I have been going to Caliber for years to get our vehicles serviced. The thing that stands out about Caliber is their honest feedback. I know I don t have to worry about unnecessary services being added on when I go. I have truly enjoyed working with Jonathan R. He does a tremendous job of building trust with his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure that customers needs are met.

By far, this is the BEST car place ever! From changing my battery to repairing everything else on my vehicles without much issue, I love them. And so does my friend! The fact they give you photos of your issue makes the trust value skyrocket!Jonathan has been nothing but helpful and giving great tips on how to take better care of the car!

Perfect place to have your car inspected. They offer many car services but I was just looking to have my state inspection. Jesus de la Sancha was very nice and got me in and out in less than 30 mtos. The ladies in the front desk were very nice too. The whole place feels cool while waiting. It has coffee, magazines, TV, an area with comfy chairs you can study there, and even has a playground. It was a great experience going there with my little one. Would recommend for sure

Edit 10/10/23- I did receive a call from my service advisor about my experience there. He apologized and was understanding of my issues with my experience. He did seem to genuinely understand how disappointed I was with the service and had someone reverse the charge. It does say a lot about his integrity and willingness to accept responsibility for his mechanics actions. I am waiting to see if the charge falls off my card, I expect it will.Original post- My advisor Jonathan was polite and friendly. Seemed knowledgeable and honest from my conversation. I asked specific questions regarding the transmission service and fuel injection service they offer. While I was waiting on the service of the fuel injection system, I also elected to add the changing of the PCV valve on my 2018 Silverado. That's when things got interesting. During the replacement of the PCV valve, I was told it was not possible because I had changed the air intake to an aftermarket tube, and the valve was located on the factory air intake. I thought it was very strange because I had made the change myself. So I asked them to show me on my truck. Things didn't add up, so I asked them to charge me for the part, and I would take it home with me and look at my GM original intake and probably just resolve it myself. Went straight home to only find out with a quick Google search it was actually located below the throttle body. So I took off the air intake from the throttle body to make room to access the old PCV valve, and the stinking throttle body was not cleaned as part of the fuel injection system. Paid over $200 for a half done job! I would not trust the mechanic at Caliber. Nor would I recommend them to anyone in the future.

I can t say enough great things about Caliber Auto Care. I went to get my car inspected and was in and out within 20 minutes.The lobby area is very clean. The staff is really nice they send you a text message with a status on your wait time and can you believe they left a cold bottle of water in my car when I left?? Yes, that really happened.

I have been a long time client of this location specifically, but today their service advisor Jackie really went above and beyond for me on an understaffed day. A wait, that could have been almost over 24hrs, turned into just 15!! I highly recommend this place to everyone i know in the area!Thank you again, Jackie! You re literally an angel

Caliber Auto Care in Cinco provided exceptional service! I initially thought I needed an expensive wheel alignment, but they thoroughly checked everything at no cost and only recommended necessary services. The waiting room, including a play area for kids, was impressive. Anthony at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Five stars for their honesty, efficiency, and customer-friendly environment.

This is my 2nd visit here. I returned due to the great service from our first visit. I felt they were honest and trustworthy, so surely they would be the same again. I'm assuming because we were females, they thought we were stupid. I took it in this time for a charging issue & to follow up on a sound from the suspension work they had done previously. First, they knew my warranty wouldn't cover the battery and instead of using resources or more time to research the alternator being bad, just said the battery needed replaced first because they couldn't check the alternator. The battery wasn't bad...Then when we asked about the suspension, he lied to my wife's face saying they didn't hear anything. They didn't check. I was lucky to get calls in a timely manner I'm regards to the work, just a 'sorry, I meant to call you.'So trying to pull the wool over our eyes didn't work, and thankfully there are other in-network service providers for our warranty company near by.

For me it's great. Super clean ad nice people. They did the inspection so quick and honest. I just want to test this store because other review wasn't great. Before I went to this store, my airfilter is new, no mechanical issue and the tires are good. Then the result is PASS. Lol. Thanks again Caliber.

I took my car in for a state inspection. No problems. Got in and got out. I was informed about a battery test that showed a failed test. However, rather than try to sell me a battery, the service writer informed me that there may have been an error with the battery tester because the readings showed good. Thank you for not trying to sell me a battery that I didn t need at this time. That why I keep bringing my car back to Caliber Auto. Honesty goes a long way.

Had a great experience with Jay. Had a skid plate that needed to be replaced from running over a table saw that came off a contractor s truck on the beltway. I also needed to confirm there was no other issue from the damage. He said there was something dented but not needing replacement. It would have taken me three days to get on Honda s schedule for this non-warranty repair. It was a good experience. He kept me informed the entire way and it was a quick job. Brought in Sat morning and done by the afternoon. Pretty sure they had to go get the part too. Would recommend this place. I was lucky there wasn t more damage.

Truly the best and friendliest service in Katy(and beyond ^^)!As soon as I entered the office, I thought I was at the cozy coffee shop or dessert cafe in Memorial drive area. No one tried to sell any extra stuff; they showed me the current condition of my vehicle and gave me reasonable recommendations for each categories. I do recommend this place for anyone who care about their cars and want to keep them in great shape as they should.

I've been wanting to get my exhaust done for a while now and I honestly had no idea where to began.I ended up looking on line trying to find a good company or place to get it done and I stumbled on to caliber auto care...anyways I called and asked if they did was I was looking of and they said absolutely...when I tell you the customer service was amazing I mean amazing!!!!!Service: Exhaust

Went here to get my car inspected. Jose who did the inspection was quick, thorough, and very kind. I was there for maybe 10 minutes total. The place was clean and very organized. I went at about 11 am on a Tuesday so maybe the timing was great but I feel like they always operate very smoothly. I would absolutely recommend going here for an inspection and I will be back for my next inspection in a year! Thanks Caliber!!

My appointment isn t until tomorrow, this will be my first time at this place.Having been bouncing around from shop to shop ( including the dealership), I m HOPING that my straight streak of bad service and deceptions will come to an end with Caliber, thus the 5 star . I m really hoping for a 5 star review to give, and a permanent shop for my vehicles. Wish me luck!
