This is an excellent place to get your car fixed. One of the finest car repair facilities I've ever been to. Craig is very knowledgable and diagnosed everything that I needed to get done. He explained everything very thoroughly to me. Very good and fair pricing. I strongly recommend C & B European Auto & Japanese Service and I'm glad I found this place!

Craig is very nice and professional person! I always got perfect service here. His small auto shop is the gem in Katy. I saved a lot of money but got the same service as dealership.I repaired my Benz here a couple of times. It runs wonderful!Craig also has a cute puppy dog. I love the puppy!

I had a severe oil leak under my BMW 650i and called Craig (based on his reviews). HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Craig had my car picked up in less than an hour. The job was done excellently! She runs like new....He earned a new loyal customer

I've only quite recently started using C&B for my wife's Mercedes. Had some issues at Sewell so decided to seek a new option. Craig is a great guy, and most importantly has sorted problems with the vehicle quickly, effectively and at very reasonable cost. Highly recommend .

Craig and his team are the best in town. They know their cars. This IS the place to service your Porsche, BMW and all other vehicles. They are so knowledgeable and experienced. These guys know what they are doing through and through. Dont think twice and get your car serviced with Craig. My cars run like a dream, they drive like they have 3000 miles on them. One time i needed brakes for my Porsche for same day, and dropped it off to Craig at lunchtime and him and his team were ABLE to get me out the door in no time. Craig and his team; Paul, Jacob, Mo are the absolute best. First rate people here. They took the time to make sure I understood everything going on with my car. Super welcoming and great atmosphere. They have 2 little dogs that hang around and that's cool. Great shop, wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here.

A center of excellence for car care, Craig, Paul and the guys are just very very good at what they do true experts. Craig and his team are amazing. They are knowledgeable and consistent in the high quality repairs that they provide. We've had five BMWs over the years and the only place we bring them is here to Craig's. At the dealership, they charge you an arm and a leg and the service isn't anywhere near to what they promise. Here, on the other hand, you can hold confidence that they will take care of your car, only using genuine parts and handling every step of the process with the utmost care. At times, we've tried going to other places, but no other place matches the quality you can find here. We've been coming here for the past 15 years and the quality has never changed, not once.

I cannot say enough good things about Craig and staff at C & B European Auto repair. After another mechanic nearly ruined my Porsche 928; Craig not only fixed my car, but it has never run better. Wow! Totally honest and excellent work. Would/will visit again.

This is my first time at C&B, Craig greeted me with a warm welcome. My appointment was 8:30 AM and they were waiting for me. The complete change with Service Plan B was completed in 45 minutes. Craig is very knowledgeable about cars and their maintenance schedules. My car goes to C&B for all maintenance and repairs going forward. Thank you, Craig.

Craig is a SOLID guy. He is very, very, very knowledgeable about what he is doing and knows these brands extremely well and this is what you are going to get in his shop that most likely you will not get at the car dealership. The team has years of experience, they are local and straight forward. About 10 yrs ago he serviced one of my vehicles and before I even said a word about why I was in there he knew exactly what my car needed.I am on the market for a new BMW/ Mercedes- Benz and I decided to stop by ( after at least 11 yrs ) and ask him about the car I was about to purchased and he was nice to give me 10 mins of his time to sit down and tell me all about the car -please understand that knowledge and time = $$$$- nonetheless he was kind to give me his opinion about the car which I value a lot!.If you really want to take care of your car or if you have an issue that seems to come back after several visits to the dealership please do yourself a favor and take your car to C&B European Auto and ask for Mr. Craig, you will not be disappointed.We will be buying a new car for the company soon and without a doubt it will be serviced by Craig and his team.FIVE STARS business!

Just moved to Katy and am so happy I found C&B to take care of my BMWs. Craig (and his team) is the best. He took the time to explain the repairs needed and also recommended other fixes without being pushy or making me feel obligated. Will definitly be back. My wife and I had our BMW serviced by Craig few years ago. We liked his service, however, we sold the car and didn't have anything that needed service from him. Recently, I purchased a project car, immediately I thought of Craig. Last week I went to see him to get an estimate. Craig was busy at the time so I waited which I didn't mind but when he finally came to see me and I told him what I bought, he made fun of it and in fact, he turned around and told his workers and they all laughed. Honestly, I didn't really care of what they thought because it's my money that I used to purchase not theirs and I like my project car. He also told me to bring a lot of money to get it serviced then gave me a piece of paper and pen to write my information so he can call me with an estimate. I never received a call from him... The one star I give him is for professionalism is not for his skill, I'm sure he's a good mechanic and knows what he's doing but there are a lot of other good mechanics in the city as well. I guess, I have to take "a lot of my money" elsewhere. BTW, Craig if you read this don't bother to call me I already wasted enough of my time writing about your shop.

These guys are great. This is a late review, but owner is extremely knowledgeable and fun car guy to talk to. Prices are fair and work was done quick. My mom purchased a Panamera last year along with an extended warranty. She does not drive much and had an issue with the HP Fuel pump and sensor. To our surprise, we were told that the extended warranty would not cover this ($3K) repair due to her not having driven it over 1K miles since warranty purchase. Craig (C&B) was highly recommended by colleagues over going to the dealership. I literally had the car taken from the dealership over to Craig immediately. We have had the absolute most pleasant experience in the repair of my mom's Panamera. Craig was professional, concerned, insistent on getting to the bottom of the problem and did his absolute best to save us $$ since this was now a repair that we had to pay out-of-pocket. He has gained us as customers for life!!! No wonder he has been in business for over 25 years!

I recently took my GL for 40k service, Craig was trustworthy and customer friendly. I highly recommend them. Craig even directed me to get my car's front Strut fixed from MB under warranty. He took time to educate me about the problem and explained what was happening to car suspension.

Wife brought her 2018 Porsche Macan S after getting a bit of a runaround from Porsche West who could not even get her a loaner car. In any case Craig did a great job on her 40K service, fixed everything else he found that needed to be made right, was very reasonable and up front about need and cost. He even cleaned her car before pickup (nice touch). Even identified an issue that he recommended be remedied by a dealer under factory warranty. Made this a very good experience. We definitely recommend him and his group and will be back again when needed. Thank you.

Craig is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I took my wife s GL450 here to fix a misfire and more recently for servicing. He always did exactly what was needed rather than a bunch of extras the dealer would have tried to sell me. I ll be taking all of my cars here from now on. Thanks Craig!!
