I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW M440i, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the high efficiency of the sales process to the excellent customer service, everything exceeded my expectations.Olga was very responsive, providing timely feedback and updates on the production of my new car.One aspect that particularly impressed me was on the day I picked up my car, it was quite late, and the parts department had already closed. However, Olga, my salesperson delivered the mats to my home on the next working day after her shift. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and highly appreciated.In summary, my experience with BMW and the M440i purchase was nothing short of perfect. I would definitely rate this as a five-star experience and highly recommend their services to potential buyers.

We had the best experience on our anual service. For medical reasons, I needed my car returned within a window of time and Carlos, our service advisor made sure it was completed on time. Additionally we received a usual courteous treatment.In 10 years, we have never had any complaints with this dealership or their customer service.

This location has top notch customer service! After working with another location and based on those experiences, we won't take our cars anywhere else but Weatside! Service Technician Rene Perez makes the process quite easy when having to take the car in for scheduled maintenance. I know I speak for many women when I say sometimes it s difficult to find someone to take you seriously when coming to car repairs. Rene truly listens and works diligently to communicate to all service members to make sure your issue has been resolved! Again, we will not go anywhere else!

We drive from Humble, Texas to BMW of West Houston because of the outstanding customer experience and service. Jon Rivas is our service advisor is excellent! He follows up quickly if you have any questions and is super detailed oriented. This dealership also makes requesting and reserving a loaner easy, unlike the BMW dealership on 45 North. BMW of West Houston is customer centric and focused. It is well worth the drive every time!

I explained when I got to the dealership that I needed it to be quick. They said I was going to need an alignment on top of my tires but that it shouldn t take long. My appointment was for 10:50 AM, I got to the dealership at 10:35 and checked in and they took my car. at 11:45 I asked how much longer because I was thinking about walking to get lunch, they said go ahead walking get lunch and when you get back we should be pretty much done. I got back from lunch at 12:35 and she said that I was next in line for the alignment machine. I told her that I needed to leave by one so that my wife could get to the airport in this vehicle, she said that shouldn t be a problem and then at 1:40 she comes and tries to hand me keys to take a loaner vehicle I again explained that my wife needed to take it to the airport and it would be a couple days. Then at 2:10 they give me the vehicle. Don t tell your guests that it s going to take a short amount of time if you know that it s going to take 3 1/2 hours. Why did I make an appointment for a oil change and new tires if they were going to take my vehicle and park it and not do anything to it for a couple hours?

The is my first experience with BMW. I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 (used) in October of 2022. No issues until Thursday afternoon I went to get in my car and an error was on my display stating driver and passenger restraint system error. This really scared me because I was in my way home an hour away. Once I arrived home safely, I went online to make an appointment. It was so easy! I made an appointment for the following morning. When I arrived to the dealership, the doors opened and I drove my car and was immediately greeted by an associate. He asked for my information and directed me to Bradley Hooks who the service provider. Bradley introduced himself, ask me a few questions about my concern and let me know that they would look at my car to identify the problem. He offered me a ride back to my house since it might take time to get it in to be fixed. He gave me his card and texted me a few times to keep me updated on the problem and progress of my car. BMW fixed the error with no other problems and I left a very happy BMW owner!

I have been going to this dealership since I purchased my vehicle. I have spoke to several different service guys since I had it but I always select Bradley hooks as the person to help me. I recently had my car towed in due to the incompetence from an individual that damaged my vehicle and once I called Bradley he made sure everything was taken care of with no worries. After 2 weeks I was able to pick up my truck. I would definitely recommend Bradley as your service guy unless it s around my service time.

From another business owner to a large corporate business. I'm ashamed that I took my vehicle here. Went in for an alignment, that was great. Couldn't have asked for better.I got notifications that my car was ready for pickup. I got there and it took 15 minutes to pull my car around the corner. I was wondering why it took so long.Little behold my car was driven to the front with the passenger side of my front bumper hanging out. I was told "Yeah, you had a bad clip right here. I tried to fix it.".The audacity to tell me my car came in with the front hanging like there were no care in the world. I simply asked "Was this a car wash with just water pressure or with brushes?". My service advisor said "it was a brush". Right there I knew it. The car wash pulled my front bumper and yanked it. My service advisor said it was a pressure wash, not a brush which I clearly asked about at 7AM. Only to get a different answer at 1PM that it's a brush wash. Even the splash cover underneath the wheel well got yanked out. I could hear the hesitant lies in the voice telling me it was my fault. I'm embarrassed, if you damage a customer's car, just fix it! Don't try to hide and lie your way out. The guy tried to pressure me to drive off with my car hanging halfway out. Really? Really? So then he went to get the manager (I think he may have been the service manager).I told them, I'd be happy to walk every square inch of that washer and bet I find my parts hanging out on the floor back there. He eventually resolved the issue having a tech work on my car. Got the clip back in and the cover under the wheel well. Put new bolts back in. GREAT!I'm glad that they were able to admit to their fault. I'm sure there are cameras around the area and it would be easily found where the issue happened. I highly suspect the aggressive car wash. Which I would have said "NO" if it was a brush wash, which I asked at 7AM! My service advisor said it was just pressure wash! That's why I confirmed they could wash my car.Only to find that paint chipped in multiple places, some DEEP, definitely fresh. Like fresh fish off the ocean! I wash and detail my car every other weekend. I know where the imperfections are, anyone who washes their own car knows. Now my car has paint and scratches, some even as deep as it goes to the metal. I took photos and videos. You can see where these smudges on the car even after the car wash which is how I suspect they ran it through the wash and it torn the bumper then they placed their hands trying to push it back good enough so I wouldn't know and drive off. This is what was taking so long to drive it around for me. This is just embarrassing. I know my car is not brand new and has miles on it, but I know where there are issues and no issues on my vehicle. I get that you're trying to push as many cars through as possible, but be careful with people's vehicles!Customer: 379559Invoice: 718054Not here to get anyone fired. We're all humans and we make mistakes as a whole. And this was nothing, but an honest mistake. Feel free to email me to try to resolve an issue that clearly occurred at the service center, car washing machine. I would not be surprised if there's large debris in there that is scratching up vehicles now because screws, washers, bolts, plastic pieces were missing. Perhaps maintenance is well needed and a recalibration of your washing machine. I'm not asking for a new bumper, a new paint job, none of that. I'm asking to return my car back to me how it was, however you see fit. Not fix what I brought it specifically for and then return it with eye sores. You can tell when the brushes grab and rip the passenger front bumper side off, you can see the paint splitting apart from the headlight and anything else around it. I also had a mount on the side of my car which I'm thinking the brush grabbed onto and swung that around. Just a massive amount of DEEP hits that are incredibly fresh. Clean your car wash from top to bottom and recalibrate it. You're going to cause so much damage to other cars.

I went in for an oil change with Patrick. Easy, in and out. He went above and beyond. He provided clear and thorough, detailed explanations of my vehicles needs In a way anyone would understand. I m writing this review because this level of service isn t as common these days. Thanks Patrick.

Wanting to make the best use of my time, I scheduled an appointment (drop-off) for an oil change on a Saturday morning (11:00am).After arriving 10 minutes early and pulling into the service bay, I was greeted by one of the associates who assured me the next available service advisor would be right with me. 10 minutes passed and an associate, Abraham, stopped by to see how I was doing and if someone had helped me. I mentioned I had not been helped. He let the service advisors know I was waiting for assistance and returned to let me know he had notified the service advisors. Within the next few minutes, one of the service advisors became available and to my bewilderment skipped me and assisted the person behind me, driving their car between the desks and around mine. The car behind me arrived 15 minutes after I did. Abraham came by a second time to ask if I had been taken care of already. I responded that I hadn t. Confused and concerned, he hurried off and tracked a service advisor down and made sure to tell them to help me out asap.My service advisor was Hiep. Hope was a breath of fresh air. His people skills and expertise shone through and made me forget about the time I spent waiting around to be helped. Hope was friendly and courteous. He explained everything in detail and did not try to force any service. Hiep was very helpful and provided regular updates via text while my car was being serviced.Abraham and Hiep transformer my experience at BMW of West Houston from a sour one into a memorable one. I am grateful to have had the pleasure of interacting with the two of them. Abraham and Hiep embody what excellent customer service is all about. Their efforts should be highlighted as examples to follow. Thank you for you for everything, Abraham and Hiep! People such as yourselves are essential to a successful business. I came in for an oil change and unexpectedly got to know that the car has to have the oil pan replaced because of the drain plug. It is an unfortunate situation but the Service Manager and my service advisor were very transparent about the whole situation and made sure I was made aware of all the options.Special Thanks to Service Manager Jose and Service Advisor Joanna

My car was in the shop for 2 weeks. I was told that the issue never replicated the whole time I was there. The car never lost a charge. Everything was normal. Same day I bought it home. I received the same error message that initially brought me to BMW West. It has consistently shown the same error on my display with every start up for the past 4 days. My car is now completely inoperable and stuck in my garage. The battery is completely discharged. I've only driven my car to work and back home. My job is less than 4 miles from my house. I haven't been to the story since getting my car back on Monday. I am upset because no one at BMW has attempted to return my call all this morning.

Hiep is always incredibly accommodating and efficient. He makes having to deal with maintenance and/or car issues far less painful. Very appreciative of all he does when we come in.
