Daniel is a hard working man who conducts his duties in a very professional manner. He has a calm demeanor and listens to the customers problems and concerns with a great deal of detail. Daniel helped result issues with my vehicle with efficiency. The service here, makes this location the first in mind

I was so wow'ed yesterday that I wanted to get home and write a review. Everyone gets frustrated when they have unexpected car troubles and this was no different for me. When I went to this autozone there was only one person helping the customers in line but it seemed like he was taking care of everyone so efficiently. He still managed to get me the parts I needed quickly and gave me some great advice to save me some money. I believe his name was Roger, older Caucasian gentleman. I wont go to any other auto parts store besides this one. Thank you so much.

There was a young (Afr. Am.) man who helped me quickly and kindly find the item I came in for. In a world where many (not all) youngsters have become so abrasive, it was refreshing to cross paths with one who was as respectful and respectable as he.

I really I wish I could give 0 stars to the girl employee working on 09/05/2022 at 12:30pm she was extremely rude and aggressive first of all we had to wait for her to finish texting so we could check out not only that we were outside cleaning one door of our car and it was open not bothering her or anybody around us, as if that was not enough she came outside and aggressive closed our car without even saying excuse me please or any apologies. I think she as an employee or manager should be more considerate and less aggressive. Unfortunately now we live in a world that I guess persons like her did not receive proper education and have no manners whatsoever.

I came here to say thank you to Rudy R. I was there this evening and he helped me put on my windshield wipers, he actually put them on for me and was very kind and respectful. I appreciate the help and how very polite and professional he was, we need more people like that these days. Excellent service and customer care. God bless you tremendously!!

Been going here for a few years. People here are helpful and honest. Was buying a new battery for my wife s car a few months ago. The guy helping me said let s look at the old one first. Turns out, it was under warranty and didn t cost me a penny.Placed an online order this morning and I received an email in less than 5 minutes that it was ready for pickup. Probably not the norm but they were on top of this one. Very happy customer.

Super impressed by my recent visit to AutoZone Auto Parts on Westheimer Parkway in Katy, Texas. Upon arriving, I was greeted super friendly by a team member named Ben E. It so happened that he was able to recommend the right battery for my vehicle and extend an installation. He was patient and very customer focused. I definitely would visit back for any automotive needs that I wouldn't desire going to the dealership for. Feel free to ask for Ben and you won't be disappointed. Hope he gets this recognition as he definitely made me a Promoter!

I visited the AutoZone store today. There was some issues with my car battery. A store man tested the battery and told me - it is a really bad one, you have a warranty and we will replace the battery for free. Very nice. The process took about 20 minutes happy

I went in looking for a 17mm socket but they didn t seem to have it. I asked the guy at the front just to make sure but instead of verifying it, he just said if you can t find it, it s not here . Ok, that s fine, so I went home to place an order online for delivery. However, to my surprise, the online store stated that the item in question IS available at this store and not only that, it s available for same day pick up. So naturally I placed an order thinking that it was just an honest mistake - no big deal. But then, the same guy called me about a minute later and started BERATING me on why I placed the order if I couldn t find it in store. I promptly told him that the online website said that it IS available. He just rudely said well it s not and went back to asking me that same question OVER AND OVER AGAIN, despite me keep telling him that it s available on the website. Here s the thing, if the item was actually out of stock, the add to cart button wouldn t even be there, it would be grayed out, there would be no way for me to successfully make the order if that was the case, yet my order successfully went through. However, this man didn t actually care to help me get the item. The sole purpose of his call to me was to make himself feel superior and make me feel stupid. He said, IN VERBATIM, you do know that placing an order online doesn t MAGICALLY make it appear in store right? Do you? Word for word. Absolutely disgusting and revolting customer service. I later found out that this guy s name is Mark. I m beyond baffled at how or why Mark was ever hired, but that says a lot about AutoZone s hiring and training standards. I ll be damn if I ever let myself or anyone I know shop here again.

Awesome place! The guys are very knowledgeable and willing to help you out any way they can. I had my check engine light come on and Rodger storm was able to help me with the diagnosis and give me the right parts to get it fixed.thanks AutoZone I will definitely be back in referring others to this location.

I went to the store for the purpose of changing my car battery which was too low to ignite. However the associate did a check on the battery and alternator and found both were in good status. So he suggested to do a charging on the battery in the store, free of charge on me, so to save me to having to pay for a new battery.In the ensuing 60 minutes or so while the battery was charged, I interacted with 3 associates and found all of them professional and willing to help.Instead of concerning to be ripped off, I'm confident this AutoZone store is doing the right thing and am more than happy to recommend to other potential customers.

Very courteous, fairly knowledgeable staff. Offers free battery testing, check engine light diagnosis and tool loan (customer pays for tool and gets a refund when it is returned). Stock is extensive; if an item is unavailable, staff can obtain most items from another location or from the local warehouse fairly quickly (same or next day). Offers a savings program paid as a gift card after five $20 minimum purchases.

I came to the store to look for a cleaning solution for my headlights. The store manager, Roger Storm, is an example of excellence in customer service. He went outside with me and actually tried the cleaner to check how it would work. He also removed a tree sap that was stuck on the side and didn't even charge me for that cleaner. Online shopping can't compare to this. I'll be coming back with any car questions.Thank you!

Went in and asked for a light they had it in stock the lady said they don t install lights but every auto zone I went to ever has done it I just left and went to another store and they did it . Hire employees who know how to do the job and not lie because they don t want to do the job

Quick and easy place to stop by even though I only purchased of the shelf items l did notice how quick they take care of the customers.I didn't get to wait for long in line to pay either.Store is keep clean and well stocked.

Give Charles a raise and his own store! Great service and went above and beyond. Charles knew what was wrong and made sure I was made whole. This is not the closest auto zone to me however I will be back solely due to Charles.
