I had to bring my SUV in for a recall. I was able to book online and was surprised by the availability to get in so quickly. When I brought it in, I was told I needed to drop it off for 3-4 days. This was not expected and I was not happy, but I dropped it and got a ride home. Four days later, I was told it was ready and could be picked up. It was ready, but I was told there was a leak in the transfer case and needed a diagnostic done for $210. If I wanted, I could leave it for another week and they could look at it for that price. Luckily, I could not leave it for another week. I took it to Jiffy Lube a week later to have the transfer case fluid changed and have the transfer case inspected. The techs at Jiffy Lube said there were no signs of a leak and they didn't think there was any need to change the fluid in the transfer case. I wasn't feeling very confident in my vehicle at this point, so I called an independent mechanic. For a small fee, he did a full diagnostic and carefully inspected the transfer case. He said there is clearly no leak and my vehicle is in fine condition. It needs no services at this time. He even sent me the full diagnostic report from his computer and told me where to look for a transfer case leak.From my experience, I would not recommend this business.

Darian was VERY helpful with helping me drive off the lot with a new car. He took his time to make sure I did not leave with the bucket I was driving and I would highly recommend sending people to AutoNation to get their new car. And when you do please ask for Darian. I still haven t forgotten about your cookies I promised either!!

Purchased a nice vehicle from this location. The customer service from Alex and Adam was TOP NOTCH. The dealership took care of a cosmetic issue I later pointed out. Very honest and reasonable. I couldn t ask for more!

Louis was a great help and very attentive! He kept me up to date every step of the way and was able to get my vehicle in and out of the shop with minimal down time. When there was a need for a rental in my case I got a rental. He worked quickly to get me out the door so I wouldn t be late to work! Would go back again and Louis alone has made me want to buy my next vehicle here when that time comes!

Ever since I purchased my vehicle in 2020, I have repeatedly returned to ANCDJR Katy Service Center because of the excellent customer service that I get from my Service Technician Derrick. Whatever question, problem or simple service like a oil lube, is never a hassle or not worth of the 5-star service I receive from him. He always takes good care of my vehicle and always checks to make sure I am completely satisfied with my services. The Techs that work on my car, keep me informed of what jobs they performed including pictures. He and the techs are the only reason I continue to come back.

I had a great experience at AutoNation Katy. My husband and I went to visit them to purchase a Jeep and were greeted with Victor the salesman. He was very friendly and helpful and we were able to find the perfect Jeep for my husband. Even though we had to bring our Jeep back in for service our service advisor Raymond was very nice and professional. He was able to figure out the problem and addressed our concerns. I totally recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase. Service was excellent and prompt. Thanks so much for the service that was provided to us. We are very happy with our purchase.

The service representative(s) were friendly and helpful. However, I called off work to bring my vehicle in for a recalled part. The appointment was scheduled days prior to my arrival. Upon arrival I was told that the part was not in stock and needed to be ordered and had an ETA of 4 weeks. I've been to this location for service before and my VIN was in the system already. Why did I have to take time off work just to come to the location just to have my VIN scanned to order a part????

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.I tired to purchase a truck for my company close to the end of the month and I was told if I can t have the deal closed that day then they will not hold the vehicle for me. I then received a call from the dealer on the first of the month and was told there s more time now if I m still interested I had a oil change and fuel filter change done here on our 2023 ram 2500 and I was quoted over the phone for $566 which is definitely expensive but it needed to be done and it wasn t much more then other shops that would use non oem filters. After the service is completed I m told the total is almost $800!This dealer is very shady and thinks they can take advantage of people because they are located in Katy. I will NEVER return to this dealer for anything.

Derrick, my service advisor, allowed me to come in very promptly, and was ready for my truck when I arrived. He got my truck to the technician quickly and they resolved the problem with my tailgate within 5 minutes. I was off and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Amazing!!

I went to Autonation as my car was playing up for a long time. Something was draining my car battery badly. I also had a recall on my car for a minor issue I needed to get sorted. When I turned up one of the representatives took my data and started to look up my information on their system straight away. I was impressed! Soon after I was assigned an associate who took over and we discussed the issue of my car and the recall to be done.The same day I received a message with a request to change the battery as they could not find the issue and of course you need a well working one to be able to find the problem. I also received a list of recommendations, what needs to be done on my car labeled each with their matter of urgency. I authorized the battery change first . When I was ready to do it there was another item on the bill for $209 plus tax, which turned out to be an error by the system. When I questioned it, it was immediately removed. Later I also authorized an urgent fix on the car from their list of recommendations . Their system didn t allow me to pay for it prior to job getting done as it was declined in the first round.We also discussed that the recall on my car would be sorted after they got done the repairs. There was no option on the system for me to select that and I only found out it wasn t done when I took the car home. I was under the impression it will be sorted out.As my bill came over a $1,000 I found a coupon in the mail of 25% off and used it when I picked up the car. There was another associate taking my payment and he kindly took off the 25% from my bill.All in all my assigned associate was very helpful and attentive and I only gave a 4 star as my recall was not sorted while my car was there and now I need to go back again to get it done.Regardless I would recommend Autonation for to sort your car s needs! The place is clean, well organized and all people working there are very professional, attentive and helpful.

I was stranded not too far from the dealership, I got a tow in and needed to get back on the road asap for a delivery I needed to make. They got me in, diagnosed and out inside of 24 hours. Not to mention they had already called in and got my rental car reserved and when I got ready to return it I was able to leave to leave it at the dealership. Some of this may be expected or standard to you but they did all the above with a smile! Every person I was in contact with was professional and even humorous at times!

"I was really impressed with the welcoming attitude and excellent service provided by the staff. The fresh coffee and comfortable seating area made me feel energized and focused. The private work area was a great addition that allowed me to study and work on other projects while I waited for my car. They even washed the car after completing the scheduled maintenance. The only minor issue was that they didn't dry the car off when they were done. Overall, it was a great experience."

first I drove from Dallas to Katy just for my car, my salesman Johnathan, was Awesome, professional in the true sense of the word and just a great person all around. and Phyliss another wonderful member of the Katy team got our financing and paperwork done in mind boggling speed, just awesome, and well the best part is the vehicle it self, my god I love it one owner like new. A little disappointed this time around. The check sheet showed the multipoint inspection results including that the windshield washer fluid had been filled. Yet the low fluid light came on the very next day when I used it.Kinda makes me wonder what else is being "pencil whipped"...

Service was quick and efficient. The service attendant made sure that my vehicle had the correct treatment needed at the current mileage. Scheduling an appointment was also simple compared to other dealerships.

The service was super fast (oil change and tire rotation). Diego is an excellent advisor. We use the shuttle and the lady was super nice. We spent some time in the lounge and they have coffee and tea for the costumers. The wash my suv. Highly recommend

I took my 2023 Jeep GS Summit in to Autonation Katy for its first oil change without a service appointment. My Service Writer was John Johnson. He took me in right away and had the service completed in about an hour. All went well, and I was very pleased.

First time making an appointment for just a regular Routine oil change and not an issue with the car. Wow, there very specific and detailed on thing they do. I have no complaints. I am so happy I got that Jeep because Toyota was a different story. You getting to Toyota, you see a bunch of vulture.

My experience at the service center left much to be desired. Their protocol of not diagnosing issues unless something is clearly broken, like a noise, feels dismissive and unprofessional. When I inquired about a recall affecting the steering wheel linkage, I was informed they only receive one part per week and couldn't provide any timeline for the fix. Additionally, the wait time just for an initial assessment of recalls was a frustrating 4-5 days. If you require anything beyond routine maintenance, it's best to avoid this service center altogether.

This is my second oil change with Jeep in Katy and they are great. Booking the appointment was extremely easy and I got my vehicle in right away. They keep in contact with you through text which is very nice. Would recommended.

My experience for about 10 years with AutoNation Jeep has been delightful. The service agents are very attentative and keep you informed of every step. I had to have recent repairs to my radiator and waterpump. When I picked up the car it looked the way I dropped it off. The car is well kept and I want it to function that way You can count on AutoNation to take of your vehicle every time! They are worth all 5 Stars.

The Service Advisor Firas, excellent person, patience and honest. The waiting time 3 to 5 days to give you a diagnostic. They don't even touch the car until 3 to 5 days. CRAZY

Diego was great, he kept me updated as I waited for my car to be fixed. However, they had my car for almost 2 months and a few other items were not taken care of, which I know was not his fault - due to the manufactures being shut down for that time.

I had two excellent service appointments at this location. I brought my 2017 Ram 3500 Tradesman Chassis few weeks ago and had few things done to get it back on the road. I was assigned a top-notch advisor Mr John Johnson who went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my expectations. He was very professional and did a great job following up and updating me along the way. Everything was done promptly,- coordination on John s end was excellent.I had to also bring in my 2016 Ram eco diesel on a short notice after a failed rotation & balance in a different shop that left me with damaged studs only two days prior to a family road trip. John took care of everything and made sure my family was back on the road safely!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment
