I called ahead and made a reservation for a Safety Recall maintenance on my Dodge. They told me on the phone and in person when I brought the van in for mandatory recall fix that it would only take 2-5 days. That was 13 days ago. I called in to get a status update on day ten and after 60 minutes of being on hold and transferred back and forth they put in their system "an automatic call back to update me." I got no return call. I called in again, nothing. Now we are on day 13 and I was given "Service Manager Sally's" direct line. I left a voice message and I still have not gotten a single call back. I am beginning to think perhaps my car was stolen off the lot and that's why they can't bother to call me back. Not sure at what point I call the local police department because of their refusal to communicate with me regarding my car in their possession. Completely unacceptable and symptomatic of a business that is in trouble. I would never recommend my car to this dealership and now would never recommend it for anyone looking to purchase. If they refuse to communicate with their customers while in possession of their vehicles, that screams red-flags, poor management, poor customer service and overall serious problems.

My sellman was Brandon, I normally don t leave reviews but when I tell you this guy went out of the way to get me the car I wanted. Oh my goodness where do I begin? I have been dealing with this dealership for years. Since Auto Nation took it over it has become a 1st class dealership. I have dealt with many in my past and this experience was so profoundly positive it literally left me in tears. I want to commend my salesman, Brandon. With his sincere warm smile that greeted me to his professional etiquette. He is a wonderful salesman, honest and sincere. The sales manager Diego was top notch and so patient with me. I just couldn't make up my mind which vehicle I wanted. He gave me time to think it over and when the time finally came that I knew what I wanted, he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They truly went above and beyond my wildest expectations to make sure I was happy. I can't thank them enough for making this the Best car buying experience of my life.

On match 29. 2024 I brought my jeep in for an oil change . .Anthony Elder was my service advisor. If I could give this man 20 stars I would. He went above and beyond to give me excellent service. And fixed other things they found wrong on my vehicle at no extra charge . It was worth the wait . Thank you Anthony you a true professional and thank you Ms Sally the manager. The experience with Darian Phillips was excellent. He had everything ready for me prior my arrival, he answered all my questions , and was very kindly with me and my wife.When we found that the offer on the web site was a dealership mistake, he handled very professionally.My experience would have been extremely pleasant if the offer on the website has been honored. Nonetheless I understand that sometimes online information are not updated as it should be.

A good refreshing section for water and coffee for customers. Above all, quick responses of the staff to customer to resolve the issue with their vehicles and accurate time of rounding up the repairs and services, is so excellent. I purchased my jeep from Autonation Ford down the road and after my engine was misfiring terribly I took it there because that s what they told me when I bought the car (I ve had it less than a year). So I call set my appointment just for them to tell me to go here instead after I expressed my concerns about driving the car. As soon as I get here everyone is so much more friendly and a complete night and day difference, Derrick has been such a huge help and has put my worries at ease just from making sure I get home okay. Couldn t be a happier customer and I haven t even gotten my car fixed yet!

I m leaving a review and a statement I have a 2019 ram 1500. I took it to Autonation on Mason Road. Used to get my vehicle serviced there. I kept telling them about the leak I kept going back over and over to the Dealership. they kept telling me it was my back window. I replaced the whole back window still wasn t it my third brake light on my truck water leak was coming from there, I kept trying to show them that they did not pay attention to it. Kept saying it was the glass it is the third brake light I have a brand new third brake light OEM no more leaks and I have video and proof to show.I Spend 600.00 Aftermarket window for no reason I dont think that. So I'm going take my business somewhere else I Wish i Can get my money back.

Great service. Conrad was my service advisor and he kept me in the loop about everything. My oil change was fairly quick, I did leave my jeep for new tires since they were being delivered later that day (5pm) but it was ready by 9am the next morning, which is fairly quick. The shuttle came out and got me. It was a very easy process & Conrad helped me find the best prices for tires! He went above and beyond & it was very much appreciated!

Had an excellent experience with salesman Cameron and our finance manager Sunny. The team here got us a great deal and made every step of a long day easier. Cameron even went as far as to entertain our daughter while we finished the papers. We were blown away by how much we genuinely felt like this whole team cared for our family and our purchase. My husband and I have bought many cars in our life and this was the most personal experience we ve ever had. Thank you guys!

Took my car in for service and Luis helped me. Had past experience at another dealership service location that was not great. I dreaded calling in since I imagined it would be the same here. Definitely wrong...Luis was great!! Great communication call and text. Easy scheduling, fast, polite. Whole experience was painless, definitely changed my mind about dealership service experience. Dont leave many reviews but definitely had to take the time to recognize them for the great experience. A+

The process of buying your first car can be long and tedious. Even though my first day at Auto Nation was a little frustrating, the guys made sure I got the car I wanted and the second day everything went better. They even made sure to make adjustments to the car to deliver it in the best possible condition. I would definitely return for a next purchase.

I got the pleasure to work with Santiago, sales personnel, who was very transparent and is exactly the salesman I wanted. I told him what I wanted. I sent him what I wanted. I love that he didn't try to talk me into something less or different. He by far has been my favorite salesman ever, he made the process so quick and easy and took the stress out of buying a vehicle and I cannot thank him enough!! I had been through so many other "salesman" who tried to sell me things I didn't want, talk me out of what I wanted it was just a nightmare, would not negotiate price. It was awful, so needless to say, Santiago was perfect! I didn't get that pushy sales man vibe, thank goodness!! Dain (financing department )was also wonderful to work with, also transparent. AutoNation has definitely earned my business as a return customer.

Went in around 8:30am on a Saturday for an oil change. Had at least 6 cars ahead of me and were able to have me out by 10am, which included rotating my tires too. My service rep, Diego, was great, very professional and courteous. Waiting area was spacious and clean.

I received decent service during the sales process; however, the car was not cleaned to my expectations upon delivery. While the team offered to rectify this by asking me to return the car for a proper cleaning, I believe it would be more practical for such cleaning to be completed prior to handover, avoiding the need for additional trips and time spent.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Katy is unbearable to deal with.I bought my truck 5 months ago, and had to take it in for service 4 times. Took it in first for an exhaust leak. I was told it was covered by my platinum warranty but they don t have parts to fix it and would call me when the parts came in. I ve never gotten a call. The first big issue was when the truck would not shift at all. Got on the freeway and never shifted. Check engine light came on and I exited immediately. Took it in that day and they cleared the check engine light, scanned the error codes and confirmed it had multiple shifting errors. They kept the truck for 3 days with no updates even though I called them daily. They finally called days later to tell me the truck is fine and they couldn t find any issues. I told them the truck is clearly not fine considering my check engine light was on and it wouldn t shift and they clearly saw error codes on the scan. Then they wanted to charge me 215.00 for a diagnostic charge because they didn t find anything . I obviously had a big issue with that and they finally agreed to waive the charge I should ve never been asked to pay. Next, my truck has been having issues starting. At least 50% of the time it just won t start and I have to wait 5-10 minutes before it starts. Took it in last week, and they told me I needed a new battery which isn t covered by my warranty and wanted to charge me 370.00 to replace it. That battery is 200.00 at AutoZone so when I asked them about that, they said that includes labor. Apparently it s 170.00 in labor to replace a battery. So I bought a battery and replaced it myself. A day later, my truck wouldn t start. So I assume it is now a starter issue. Probably didn t need to spend 230.00 on a new battery, but can t do anything about that now. Took it back in today with a scheduled appointment and was told it will take 5 days before they can look at it. I had to talk to a manager before finally being offered a rental but was told my warranty only covers 5 days and then I would have to pay anything after that. Well, considering they won t even look at the truck for 5 days, I d definitely be covering days on my own. They then told me that they can t tell me if my starter is covered by warranty or any other repairs until after they do a 215.00 diagnostic that I will be required to pay if the repairs are not covered which they can t tell me if they are covered. I d also be responsible for the rental if repairs aren t covered. Also, mentioned my exhaust again and they said they are still waiting on parts and will add me to a list .So out of all repairs and service I ve taken my truck in, not a single thing has actually been repaired.Ridiculous.

AVOID AT ALL COST. This was the absolute worst vehicle repair experience I have ever had in my life. My vehicle was dropped off for service on Thursday 2/8. The services were completed on 3/13. I incurred ~$2,000 in rental expenses waiting for my vehicle. There were ridiculous delays with the tech, the car sat 6 days before they even looked at it. Then after looking at it there was additional wait time for servicing. The lack of proactive communication, I had to follow up to get updates quite often. And when my assigned associate was out according to them no one else in the shop can give an update. And if the originally assigned tech got behind, the vehicle couldn t be assigned to another tech. It felt like they honestly have a full call center staff of representatives and a 1/3 of that in technicians meaning the ability to work on your vehicle is extremely limited. It was horrific. The experience was so bad I refused to buy my oldest son the Jeep Cherokee he wanted. In fact, I told all my family to NEVER EVER BUY A JEEP. I was considering buying the Jeep Wagoneer as our family's next vehicle and have since decided to go with an Infiniti. I called and spoke the services manager...she was no help at all. Now that I have my vehicle I want my experience to be shared on social media. I will never service or patron AutoNation again, I recommend you drive further to support another Jeep dealership. The worst part about all of this is that throughout the entire process there was always a feeling of zero empathy, no urgency, a lack of proactive engagement. It always felt like man, I would be furious if I were you but oh well sucks for you. Nobody cared one ounce that I had to call and text them proactively 7-10 times a week to get any traction. I had to go up there personally over and over again. Please please do not patron this dealership you will regret it.

My overall servicing experience was top notch - Derek made sure I was accommodated comfortably while I waited on my service to complete - including giving me periodic updates as to when I could expect my Vehicle to be ready... this allowed me to handle a few Work Conference calls. I would definitely recommend this location for Car purchases & vehicle servicing because I can assure they will be in great hands - "ask for DEREK"

I had a positive service experience at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, even though I didn't have an appointment. Luis, my service provider, accommodated my vehicle without prior scheduling and assured me it would be attended to, adhering to the estimated time. Throughout the repair process, Luis consistently kept me well-informed, and despite it being the week of a major holiday like Christmas, the service was delivered promptly.I wasn't pleased about being billed for additional labor costs beyond what is covered by my vehicle's warranty. Fortunately, Luis successfully waived these charges, instilling confidence in me regarding future dealings with Autonation Katy.Overall, I appreciate the efficient and communicative service provided by Luis and the team at AutoNation

The service on my vehicle was taking longer than expected/was told, things happen and I completely understand, but they made sure I still had access to my loaner vehicle. My service rep Luis Estrada was fantastic and kept me updated through the entirety of the service.

I took our Charger in for some warranty work. Korie, the Service Advisor assisted me. Due to the Holidays he asked if I wanted to wait until after New Year. I said yes. He called when the part was in. Brought the car in the next morning and was back out in a little over 2 hours. The service was great and the quality of repair looks good also.

Incredible customer experience with the purchase of my wife's Mer Benz CLA 250. New salesman Victor Gomez Hernandez is a great guy who did a good job with the sale. Diego who I think is the Sales Manager was friendly and informative. Dain the Finance Manager is Great. He explained everything every step of the way. The buying process with that trio was the best that Ive ever experienced. I wish they had a referral program.I'm not sure if folks are REALLY entered into a drawing for $100 in gas cards as they advertise, but we'll see.

My service rep Ray was outstanding! Listened to all my concerns and addressed every one of them. He gave me a realistic time for completion and based on previous services at other dealerships, seemed more than reasonable. He and the team over achieved by an hour which is amazing. They did a full inspection, tire rotation, oil change, 2 recalls diagnosed a window motor issue and ordered it all in an hour which is incredible. Couldn t be more pleased with the service!

Anthony was fantastic from start to finish, He promptly greeted me when I arrived, ensured all of my appointment needs were met, and went over everything before taking my keys, escorted to the business center of the waiting area and even showed me where the vending machine & bathroom areas were personally! Came in for appointment for our big 10000 service. Greated professionally by Derrick. Derrick took me through everything needed ( no surprises) and cost of services. Dropped truck off and had communication through text as progress was going. Had truck ready (and washed) by the end of day! Had an amazing experience and an amazing service representative to boot!
