Liz was EXTREMELY NASTY. I came from another store that didn't have the item that came with a bundle..I came to this location to pick up the item...the origin store called ahead..When I walked in..it was sitting in the counter with a will call slip. She is a nasty nasty lady!!! Management need to have a talk with her on how to treat paying customers..i don't spend 100s of dollars at Advanced to be treated like trash.

I came in on a Friday afternoon and got a battery tested and a replaced FAST by Hector. He was polite and professional, and made me a priority. Thanks, Hector!

Highly unreliable and completely unrecommended. Began with being upset with me because of their A/C failing. Waited 3 days for a battery recharge with no phone call even to pick-up. Then, tried to scan me into a new battery. Absolute no knowledge and will impose their ineptitude upon unsuspecting citizens. Stay away!

These people are clueless, given the exact part number on a battery they can't figure out what you're talking about. Don't waste your time here.

Absolute waste of time with these scammers. No real car/truck knowledge and will impose their ineptitude upon unsuspecting citizens. Do not attempt to even have your battery tested or even rechargeable at this place. Highly unrecommended.

Terrible customer service! My husband went to this location today cause his battery went out and we got it from here. The guy that was working there this afternoon told him he never bought it there when we were 100% sure we did. The guy refused to scan the battery to confirm if it was bought there.We ended up going to O Reilly Auto Parts was confirmed the battery was bought at this location! Like how difficult is it to do your job and take that step to help out your customer?! He was obviously being lazy and didn't care to see a customer walk away upset. I'm sure he does this often. Will never use this location again!

I walked into this store 10 minutes before close, because both of my headlights were out and I had to drive home in the dark. I was flustered and having issues installing the lights and the kind gentleman running the store helped me after they had already closed. A big thanks to him and kudos to the store for hiring such quality employees.

Great customer service from the manager Terrell he makes sure he helps every customer and make sure the customer is very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this advance store

I have been to the store several times and there's a couple people in there that are really helpful one of them is a guy named Ron who takes the time during the day to help with trying to figure out what your problem is and try to find a solution most of all all the guys there are pretty helpful I have had to check my starter test my battery replace a headlight work on ahead with Brian and all of them seem to be helpful and knowledgeable and they have most of the tools and products that I need sometimes they are a little more expensive than others but the convenience in the price are pretty reasonable and competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and their parts to any customer I am a 60 year old man who works on my own vehicles plus I have a race car that I work on and for the location and the staff and the pricing they're pretty reasonable thank you guys James D race car guy

First, I want to seriously thank that the store opens on Sunday when majority of the auto stores are closed. The battery of my car died on Saturday night. Even though my friend helped me to get battery jumped, I was so worried the car couldn t be fixed for Monday work. After google search with seeing high rating, I went to this store on Sunday morning. The staff there were so nice and helpful.The guy James was very polite and professional. I feel so thankful that he helped me to get 25% off 1st time customer coupon, tested my car, and changed the battery really quick. The experience was a pleasure. Thank you for the awesome service!

Terrible experience here on 6-29-21 when trying to use their oil recycling service. Go elsewhere! Two employees berated my brother-in-law and threatened to call the cops on him for "bringing in hazardous material". Mind you, we have used their recycling services before and not had an issue. Not to mention there was another gentleman in line doing the exact same thing, with no issue. My brother-in-law was extremely confused and did not even know they were yelling at him because he's never had an issue before. He was also there to pick up a part he had ordered, so this was completely off-putting. I am not sure what is going on at this store, or if the employees were on drugs or something, but save yourself the experience and go somewhere else.

I ordered my parts on line because it's cheaper and the discount are auto applied if there is one to be had. Ever the salesman was surprised at the price, just make sure to provide the correct year and module of your car so that you get the correct parts and size for you vehicle.

The best part about this place is the swiftness of the trip. In and out and on with life.I don't know if she's the manager or what but there is (at least) one woman that works at this location that can answer questions and point me in the right direction with a blink of an eye! Very knowledgeable.

Walked in with 2 employees speaking to 1 another at the register. Not 1 looked up & greeted us or aaked if we needed help looking for an item. Walked the isle for a bit & ended up leaving. Didn't find what I was looking for.

My serpentine belt snapped and the guys here got me back on the road in literally 15 min. I did the work of course but the guys they have were very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better pair of guys

I called today as my battery on my car died. I spoke with Hazel, she was so much help in assisting me to find the battery I needed, size and everything as I had no idea. She was so very patient with me as I opened the hood to locate the information on my battery so she could assist me to locate the correct one.It s great to get positive assistance when you are in a bind like this!

If you post your hours of operation, you should be open during said hours.I showed up about six minutes before their posted close time and the doors were locked. I don't usually show up that close to closing time but one of my wiper blades came apart.

Do yourself a favor and do your own research instead of trusting the guys at the counter to look up the info in their system. I came in last night for a simple headlight in a 2005 Camry... after playing a guessing game they looked up the info in the computer, told me what kind of bulb I needed and went and got one for me. It was indeed the same bulb they said I needed after checking the computer. Unfortunately, when I went to change the bulb it was in fact NOT the correct one. The guys may have been nice but not very helpful as I m now out $18 because of a ridiculous store policy.
