Chris is fantastic, I used to deal with his Dad and I believe his Dad is in good hands with Chris. I got in a bind the local dealer was clueless to help and wanted to charge me a bunch of time for them to figure out how to do something they should have known. I finally mailed Chris my TCM and he got it handled in a timely manner and for less than 25% of what the local dealer wanted just to try and figure it out. He helped save my reputation with my customer at the same time. His pricing is fantastic as well. They're the only Allison shop I want to deal with. I took my box truck to get a diagnostic and Todd did a great job. He took his time and explained how my Aplispn transmission works. The best part was that he found the problem and fix it. I would recommend everyone who has a transmission problem to go and get an opinion first before you go anywhere else. Thanks Todd

Being from Australia, we have limited access to Allison Transmissions, and being that the transmission in my Steiger tractor had failed, I looked on the web and came across ATS.I asked for a quote on a remanufactured transmission, and was pleasantly surprised at their price, with their core, and proceeded cautiously to hand over my hard earned cash.They did exactly as they quoted, sorted out the transport, and shipping and sent the transmission to me, and I would very happily deal with again.

Spend the money on an authentic certified shop. ATS sent me a transmission and it failed with in 2 days. They did replace it but Im stuck with a 3k in additional expenses to remove and replace the bad transmission they originally sent me.
