This new location is up and coming and let me tell y all after today they made it so much better helping my family get back on the road and move on to our family adventure. Johnathon was very helpful and informative and very professional and caring about my family. As a disabled vet on a family adventure all the staff was very kind and helpful to get us back moving again. What should ve been about a 3 hour drive turned into a 6 hour stress fest with two tires leaving the chat and two other tires packing their bag to follow suit. A huge Thank you and shout out to the staff at the Johnson City Youngblood crew. If I could give more stars I would.

Called at 4:53 to go through what could be wrong with a vehicle, not blowing hot air, fan not blowing Jonathan said, we close in 30 minutes bring it over and I ll see what I can figure out. No hesitation. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We had a blow out on a trailer while traveling. Jonathan and crew were eager to help as soon as we arrived to get us on the road again. We got a new spare and were in and out in a jiffy. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time and they didn't hesitate to help us.

On a road trip when I realized my tire had a nail in it, this place patched it for me in no time at all and it was extremely affordable!! The staff is super friendly and they were considerate about my privacy/not going through my stuff (like asking me for my lugnut key before they took her back so they didn't make me uncomfortable by looking through my glovebox when I wasn't present). Couldn't recommend this place enough!! They even have something for you to watch inside/in the AC or a nice little outdoor seating area if you'd rather wait outdoors. So grateful I found this place!! Truly a god send.

A/C blowing hot air again in 105� weather. Made appt with Jonathan for next day.They took great care of me! Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous & fast.My A/C blows colder than ever now!Visit this gem in JC, Tx!(Nice cold waiting room is a bonus!)Thank you Jonathan & staff.

Amazing customer service!!! They are always so helpful and genuinely concerned about their customers and the well being of them.Quick to help and make what they can work for the customer.Adding to my original comment..They also were kind enough to let us bring our 3 dogs inside while we waited on our wheel bearing to be fixed. Also made sure to let us know no further damage had been done so more money was not needed to spend. A lot of shops could have charged more but their honest good people! We are very thankful for it!!

My fiancee took a trip to Fredericksburg from Austin, and about halfway there, the tire pressure sensor went off. She took it to Youngblood in Johnson City, which was one of the few places open on a Saturday, and they were able to plug the tire in no time! Thanks to everyone working today 10/1, she wouldn't have made it back without y'all!

I would like to a do a huge shout out to our hometown favorites in Johnson City. We had an unfortunate blow out on 290 with two guests in our van aptly named Rose. Our partner Winery Untamed were able to pick up our two VIP's in minutes. Adriana and Richard at Youngblood Automotive knew there was a young lady out there with a big flat and they sprung into action quickly to come save the day with a new tire, so we could get our guests at their last stop and whisk them back to Fredericksburg for a what was a great day. Thank you Youngblood Team we will surely be calling on you when there are no emergencies as well.

These guys are great! My parents, who are in their 70's, smoked a bearing on the trailer when they were just outside of Johnson city. I called these guys and even though they were busy, they delegated resources to properly go through both axles, advised on safety issues and gave solid advice to get them to the next destination. Once they found that the spindle was compromised they chained the axle up to where my family could safely get to their destination. If I'm ever traveling and have issues, I will definitely be searching the area for a Youngblood shop.

Stopped by Saturday morning at 11:15 am to get a price quote for 4 new tires. The office was locked and everyone in the garage looked at me and ignored me. Went back and looked in through the office window and saw a man sitting at the counter, he looked up at me and looked back down. Ignored again. I checked the hours on the door to see that they are supposed to be open until 1:00 pm. I left and decided to call to see if they would answer the phone. Richard answered and when I asked if they were open he said "Well, what do you want?" So I guess they are only open depending on what you want. I told him I wanted to purchase 4 new tires and he asked if I could wait until Monday. So I asked if I could at least get a price quote. A few minutes later he quoted me a little over $1600 for 4 tires!! NO THANKS, EVER!! I was born and raised in Johnson City and this place is a disgrace to our small town. Youngblood can GO BACK TO AUSTIN!!!!!!! I will never attempt to do business there again!

Had at tire put on a rim ,they quoted me $ 25.00 on the phone,needed a new stem as well,total $30.00.completely OK with me.Then 3days later ,I take in another tire ,to be put on a rim, same exact tire and rim as before and same guy charges me $40.47 I guess lunch was on me.

I want to do a shoutout on Richard, the new store manager in Johnson City. He and the other guys were so friendly and helpful to me yesterday and today. I teach in Marble Falls and live in Wimberley. I had a gash in my left front tire and stopped there. They immediately helped me and Richard was so kind to stay with me in the store for almost an hour after their business hours while I waited for my husband to come get me from Wimberley. Richard went above and beyond by doing that. I kept telling him he could leave and I d wait outside for my husband and he said no, he did not mind and that was not good business to leave me outside alone. My husband and I were so touched by Richard s kindness! Thank you!! They are all great guys, but Richard is THE best!!

100% satisfied with youngblood automotive they are very reasonably priced and customer service is like no other. If you need tires/rubber tracks for your tractor,trailer,truck,or car they have it on top of them having a staff of very professional and curtious mechanics.
