Needed to replace a battery in my Mother-in-Law car. Jovanni helped me pick out the correct battery and even came out to the parking lot and put it on!! Absolutely A+ service from Jovanni! They are my go to auto part company!

Had never been there, and first experience was good. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you need, and offer you a variety of different options. Some prices in store are cheaper or same as online, so I can get what I need that day or the next instead of waiting for the mail. I will be back!

I just need to say that David is a absolutely selfless kind hearted person! And yall are luck to have him as an employee!Friday night my new car (brought tuesday) left us stranded after the oil pump blew and dumped every ounce of oil out and we have a 5 year old and 4 month old and after 5 roadside assistance places anddd a POLICE OFFICER told us they couldn't help us he drove 30 minutes with oil and him and his friend helped us for 2 hours to get our car and our kids to a hotel so we could be safe for the night! I truly hope they know how amazing they are and that they r 2 of the only handful of people left in this world that are as great as they are!

The 2 clerks on duty in Jacksonville Texas refused to replace my light bulbs this morning. Said they don't do that kinda stuff. Autozone and ABC does as a courtesy.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. All registers were closed and only had 1 half of the self checkout working. Stood in line for 20 minutes just to purchase my 4 items.

The Jacksonville Texas Location put me on hold for 10 minutes, an when I hung up and called back, they answered and hung up immediately! O'Rielys will never see another penny from me!
