Ordered a Ford Maverick Hybrid. Truck came in as ordered and the dealer called me right away and delivered it quickly paying attention to my special requests. Buying process went very smoothly and we were done in 15 minutes. I was offered a service plan but was not pressured into purchasing which I appreciated. This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I ve ever had. However, make sure you understand that you will be charged $499 for a protection plan. This was not disclosed to me until the very end and caught me by surprise.

Mitch McRae was great to deal with. Walked me through the entire ordering process. Once the truck was in, we had everything pre-arranged and I was in and out of financing within 20 minutes. The truck was clean and ready for me to take home. Great car-buying experience.Thank you so much to Mitch and Becky.

Bill McRae Ford helped me get back into a Bronco after 25 years of being apart. Mike Cooper and the staff at Bill McRae made the whole process quick and easy! From the order date to the pickup date Mike kept me in the loop on what was going on and what to expect. It seems most dealerships try and keep you for most of if not the whole day. Not Bill McRae! I was in and out of Bill McRae in 2 hours! (would have been an hour and a half but I had them add a last minute item) That included learning all the new things they now have on the Broncos and the financing department. Financing was easy and quick as well, not pushy or intimidating! They laid out some scenarios on what I could do and were happy to answer any questions or make any changes I requested. I couldn't get Tyler Ford or Lade Ford to return any calls or emails but Bill McRae answered and went above and beyond! I am so glad, best dealership decision I've ever made!

The Service Department has been doing a great job! I LOVE the mobile service van! They come to your house or place of employment & get to work! So convenient, pleasant technicians that do a great job! Call them to service your vehicle! You won't be disappointed!

My truck was dead and needed to be towed. McRae handled the towing and repair and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and am scheduling another appointment

All staff members assisted me and kept me informed about the service that was performed by them. Scheduling was on point and the technician reported any issues he came across while repairs were made. Wonderful service advisor as well as diesel technician!

Just purchased my 4th vehicle from Bill Mcrae Ford. Tim Herrick assisted me with the selection of a new vehicle and Becky Hanna shopped til she found me an excellent interest rate on my loan. I was satisfied with the while purchase process. I am a loyal customer of Bill McRae Ford and trust the service department especially my personal service rep, Debbie.

I used the mobile service. They were on time, and completed the service in a timely manner. The service men were very nice, went over the report with me. Looking forward to using the mobile service again. Great job!!

We just bought our first new car here. Todd was amazing from the very beginning.
