My wife, myself and our 2 dogs were on our way home from Colorado when a fuel filter start leaking in our Ram 2500. We still had over 100 miles to go before we would be home. We arrived at the shop at 4:30. The shop was scheduled to close at 5:00. Despite arriving at basically closing time, Patrick and Brandy were both willing to stay late and make sure we got back on the road safely.Brandy had to make several trips to O'Reilly's to get the correct filter and Patrick worked patiently to make sure the truck was fixed properly.We would have been in a real bad situation if it were not for their dedication and knowledge. I can't thank them enough and would certainly recommend Pro-Tech!!

I took my daughter's truck in engine misfire, went to pick up the truck about a week later and the passenger side turn siginal was missing. I talked to the owner and he said he didnt see anything on the camera and said he would take care of it. A week went by, i called twice and left messages twice... never got a return call. I went up to the shop, owner then told me the turn siginal was missing when we brought it in originally. I explained to him that was not what he told me the week before and that i had pictures of the truck when it was brought in he said oh well i have it on camera. At which point he gave me a bill for 200+ for a seafoam treatment. Took the truck to another shop and upon further inspection,we found electrical wires and hoses hanging down under the bed of the truck. Extremely unprofessional joke of a shop. Will be seeking legal counsel.Service: Engine repair

Great shop!!!! These mechanics are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnosis and fix an issue that 3 other shops couldn't.. and they did it fast. I definitely recommend them!!!
