Excellent service. Friendly staff! They picked up my vehicle from my house they provided a loaner car. All this from the comfort of my own home! They did an amazing job. Definitely recommend and will use them from now on.

Had one of the reps (Blair) come to my home and picked my car up for me and dropped it back off when it was done, he handled the whole process to file the claim for me etc! Super happy with the results & definitely recommend coming here for your hail repair! The whole staff is super efficient & have amazing customer service!

Had fair amount of hail damage to our two vehicles . I had an appointment with a Round Rock repair shop who put us on a waiting list. No telling when they would get to us. Blair Wright stopped by my residence and said they could get my vehicle in the shop that day. Needless to say they did an excellent job. My vehicle looks better than the day I bought it. They worked with my insurance company throughout the process without a hitch! Thank you Blair!!

Friendly staff and they did a great job fixing the hail damage. My advice as a lesson learned, is to take pictures/video of your vehicle when you drop it off, especially if there is a laspe in time between having the adjuster take pictures and dropping it off for repair. This will help settle and clarify fault of any new damages when you get your vehicle back.

You can t go wrong with Preferred Dent Repair! Daniel, Ryan and Billy were all great and very professional. They took care of my Power Wagon and made it look brand new again! Highly recommended!
