Leonard and Rae provided outstanding customer service. After purchasing a trailer, Leonard noticed that the ball I was using was the incorrect size even though I thought it was correct. Without him double checking my work, I would have put my family at risk as we traveled down the Interstate. Thanks Leonard and Rae!

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Needs to pay attention to firearms more. Bought two of them from here. One had a missing screw that I did not see or made aware of at the time of sale

Excellent service, products are good quality.Have bought multiple items at a great price. I can always count on the Hispanic lady to help me out and answer any questions I have. She is willing to help out in a timely manner. I stopped during their busiest time (lunch) and I was in and out in less than 35 minutes.

These guys are awesome! The gun-guys knows their business. They have a great selection of new and used firearms. I found it super easy to get what I wanted, at a fair price. No high mark-ups or rip-offs. I highly recommend them.

Andreas in the gun section is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. Bought a 9mm Smith & Wesson and went back a few hours later to put another on layaway. Great customer service!

Terrible terrible place to shop. A bunch of scammers. They take your money and they don't want to give it back if you change your mind. If you put a thing on layaway be ready to never see your money again if you change your mind. If there was a zero star that's what they would get. Caution!

Have been going to this pawn shop for many years. Have know all the employees for a very long time. I enjoy doing business with them because they are all so helpful and know what they are doing. The manager, Leonard, is amazing! Always on top of things even on his day off or on his lunch or after he gets off. He takes pride in his work as they all do. Highly recommend.

Traded in a camera for a loan until pay day. Rae was very upfront and informative over the phone so i went in to the store and was out in 10 min with my money. Great service there.

You want great customer service go to the one on Sam Houston ave. This location is a joke The manager Ray she was extremely rude and defensive. On top of other reasons we will never do business there again tryed to give them our business one more time and yet again this location showed there true colors.
