Discovered my A/C was not cooling at Spring start up, Craig came promptly and determined the Evaporator coil had ruptured. Within a few days a crew came out, replaced the coil and modified piping to make it more maintenance friendly. They cleaned up to include sweeping the stairs they used. To say this company is top notch is an understatement, deserves better than 5 starsService: HVAC system repair

Great longtime local business! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly on-time! Both of our a/c units went out in the middle of summer - not fun! They were able to replace our units within a couple of days. Impressive!!Craig, the owner, does what he says and says what he does. We have used Ainsworth Cooling and Heating for over 20 years. This is the only A/C company that I have used since moving to Huffman more than 28 years ago and will continue to do so because I don't think that there is any other company that can even come close to the excellent customer service that every member of the company has shone me. We have used Ainsworth Cooling and Heating since moving to Kingwood 16 years ago. They were recommended by the previous owner of our home and we have not been disappointed. Craig, his son, and the entire crew have always been dependable and they go out of their way to accommodate their customers. We are having a new unit installed and I feel very confident because I know they are honest and dependable.

It has been a pleasure working with Craig with the installation of our new air conditioning unit. Beginning with the first phone call until final installation, everything was done in a professional and timely manner. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend them to anyone who may be interested in any air conditioning and heating work! I have used Ainsworth Air Conditioning with Craig and his team since the late 1990's in 2 different homes. Prompt, excellent service and pricing, highly knowledgeable, and most important HONEST. I had a frozen line last week and it made the freon seem that it was very low. After he worked on the line to unfreeze it, changing filters and totally going thru both units, he felt it best to wait 48hrs to recheck the lines, I expected his team to have to add several pounds of freon. He checked it and said the freon was not necessary, in fact it had a bit extra. I would have never questioned paying for the freon, in the end I was only charged the service call, for all he did and extra trip to recheck the lines.I recommend Ainsworth Air Conditioning to all, you will be glad you called them.Thank you, Craig & Colt for your outstanding service once again.Sincerely,Theresa & James H.

I have used Ainsworth Cooling and Heating for over 20 years and they installed my most recent air conditioner and heater. They have always been efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, honest and helpful. I would not use anyone else for these services. I have done business with these guys for years, usually them bringing me their trucks to be repaired. I called Craig though and told him I had a heater not working and he said he would have someone out the next day even though they were very busy at the time. Well they came out and found that it was just a small issue and instead of lying and charging a ton of money like every other AC company I have ever used they fixed it and barley charged me anything. I want to thank Craig and his team for taking care of me fairly and honestly. I would suggest them to anyone needing home AC or heating repair.

Me and my family just recently purchased a new house and first thing on our check list is getting Ainsworth heating and cooling out to check and make sure everything is good to go with our AC and heating system. I have been dealing with them for more than 15 years and at 3 separate house locations and the service has always been top notch. Craig came by as promised and thoroughly evaluated my A/C system. He took the time to explain what he was looking at any why. He was able to find some problems and repair my particular old system. He was kind enough to provide me some options and costs associated with a system replacement. I am very happy with Craig Ainsworth Cooling & Heating.Thanks guys.

AC quit working today at 2:30, called Ainsworth Heating and Cooling. Repairman was at my home within 1 hour and fixed the AC quickly and has the house cooling off again. Dependable, prompt and courteous as always. Love these guys.

Ainsworth s installed 2 a/c and furnaces units were as quoted for delivery and costs. No surprises. We are very pleased with their professional conduct throughout the whole sales and installation process. I would recommend Ainsworth Cooling & Heating to my friends and family.

They installed both my central A/C Heat Pumps and a new mini split in the added upstairs office and exercise area. Great group of men and I m very satisfied with their work and clean cut. Kept my house cool with portable units as they installed the new units.

Craig and his team went up and above on replacing my unit late on Friday afternoon before a long hot Memorial Day weekend. They coordinated and picked up equipment and had an install crew waiting to put it in at 7:00 pm in the evening, many many thanks for a job well done!

It never fails to happen on Friday night but in the middle of a tropical storm is just nasty. yes my a\c decided to act up and we shut it down in the middle of the night. We called Ainsworth early Saturday morning hoping to just get on the call list for Monday. Craig called back in just minutes and came out in the pouring rain to trouble shoot the unit. We were back in the cool in a little while. I can't say enough about these people, I guess that's why we've been using them for over thirty years.If you needs professionally that you can count on, Ainsworth is your guy.

The owner was nice and very friendly and knowledge knew the problem with the AC in about 1 minute. He was done in about one hour of fixing our AC with a year warranty. Will use him again when it is time replace our 16 17 year old AC unit.

Made appt and took off work. They called and rescheduled for following day. They never showed or followed up with phone call. All of this in heat of summer with no home cooling. Still waiting on them to call. Chose other local service that completed work day of cancelation.

Ac went out on Sunday. Called them up Monday morning and by 4 that evening the AC was on and working perfect. Professional and great service. Will recommend to anyone in Humble and Atascocita area
