So, I usually have a hard time trusting people to change my oil ( my ex boyfriend did it for years ) my car is a pain in the butt..Brandon the manager is a stellar man! He was efficient and so kind! Took care of everything.Pablo taught me the difference in fluids in my car and was extremely grateful for his knowledge! He ensured that all my fluids were topped off appropriately, and that i drove outta there safe and sound. I felt really at home here. Thanks guys. A lot. Although i didn t have the pleasure of talking to all the guys they definitely were busting their butts! Keep killing it y all.I recommend this place 1000 stars if i could!

I love this location! I ve been here several times and they always make me feel welcome. There s a happy vibe and they re quick and efficient. I don t know much about cars but they never make me feel stupid if I don t know what they re talking about. Definitely bring your business to this location. What a delight!

I didn t know getting an oil change could be a nice experience but everyone I spoke to was so polite and quick. Did an oil change and state inspection, quick and efficient through the whole experience. Also not too pushy with upselling things like other places.

Went just for a state inspection and they got to me super quick, only took about 15 minutes and they were very courteous! Would come back and recommend to others!

I went yesterday and they were quick, courteous, knowledgeable and made me laugh So many times women go by themselves and get taken advantage of in terms of price. Not here. Thank you to all of the employees and especially the manager. He was amazing and I will be back. My new spot!

I went here on a whim due to it being the closest oil change place and my car leaking oil. The employees here are very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I am very thankful that I stopped there.

This location was super slow. I was in place before two other cars and those cars were worked on before mine. Dytedric who I m guess was the manager was rude and didn t offer us water but did offer other cars. During our visit Jose who was bossed around by Dytedric was asked if he emptied out all the oil and after being asked three times Jose answered, no. Then Dytedric began to shake his head and started working on my car. I would steer clear of this location.

Love coming to this place! Takes about 10-15 min or less for your oil change and you get to see everything, all guys are super nice. 10/10 customer service!

This was my second time getting my oil changed at this location. The staff's customer service is a 10/10. All of the gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful. Mike was very sweet! Thanks to him and all the guys for getting my car in and out quickly so I could make it to work on time. I will definitely come back and refer friends & family.

I returned to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in the Mister Car Wash parking lot for oil change service and it was just as excellent as it has been since they started at that location. It's quick, professional and a very cheerful environment. Some of the employees have been working there since before it became Valvoline and was still under the Mister Car Wash name. They know my car and I trust them.

Not returning. Oil change + state inspection took 50 min, 2 cars who entered after me finished before, saw a li'l bicker session between the employees pointing fingers about who's responsibility was my car, and they topped off my windshield wiper barely above the sensor (1 use and "low level" light is back on).

The worst service ever todayOil change service : they left the oil everywhere on the engine, on the hood and everywhereThey didn't fill up the windshield liquid bottleThey changed the tires pressure from 32 to 35 while the pressure was rightDoesn't deserve half star

Will be returning! I usually go to take 5 but there was a long line on my lunch break. Stopped here on the way back to my office and was helped immediately. $25 off coupon found online. Mike and his crew were kind, knowledgeable, and got me in and out. Didn t feel pressed to add on additions and got a $10 off coupon for the car wash next door. This will be my new regular spot!

This place was too expensive for me. I didn't have an appointment with my regular mechanic so I gave valvoline instant a try.If price isn't a concern for you then at least there wasn't a wait. When I pulled up they almost immediately waved me in. I told the attendant what I wanted ( I needed a synthetic oil change for a tiny car, 4.5 quarts) I was quoted $136.My regular mechanic charges $78.I did not get an oil change with valvoline. I called my mechanic and they didn't have any openings but when I called back my regular mechanic squeezed my car in between other appointments.If prices keep going up like this everywhere I'll end up doing oil changes myself. A 5 quart jug of synthetic for my car is available for around $23 and I found a filter for less.If it takes 15 minutes to do an oil change and they make over $100 in profit that's $400 an hour. Must be nice. Not many skilled professionals charge $400 an hour.

Second time I have gone here and second time they have done the bare minimum. None of the 18 point check system was done. No wiper fluid refills, no Sue pressure check. I ve spent $160 in the span of three months and I am disappointed in the quality of service.The gentleman attending me was in his phone laughing at YouTube videos. Instead of checking tires pressure or refilling fluids.Suffice to say I did not see any service done apart from the oil change, and I did not trust the experts that did maintenance on my vehicle. Not even a receipt was provided or what oil they used. Do not come to this valvoline.

This is the only place I take my vehicle for oil changes and state inspections. They are super thorough and do an excellent job. Will continue to bring my vehicle back. Having the car wash bundled helps a ton too.

This was my second time visiting this particular location. I eventually returned because my first time was in fact pleasant. The staff was hands on, friendly, and very informative. I was only there for an oil change, and I was practically in and out. They check all of my fluids, and checked the wipers as well. Went in for my annual inspection and had an excellent experience! Every person we met was incredibly pleasant and helpful. We went in first thing on a Sunday morning and didn t have a wait. In and out in just over 20 minutes. We will absolutely be back for next year s inspection and my next oil change.

Usually when I go to car shops, I feel like I am getting a little *bs d* (pardon my French) and usually take hours but Cole and his team were great and had me in and out in no time. Not only were him and his team super friendly but they provided all the services extremely quick. I was on a time crunch and was a little concerned about how long an oil change would take. Cole and his team had my dog and I waiting in the car like we were in an F1 race! Thank you Cole, and team for helping change my oil changing experience!
