I've been dealing with Eddie for 3 car purchases and all have been Great . He was patient through adversities like covid, excepting less payment than agreed. Not once threatened to repossession as long as I stayed in contact and tried. Great guy and just payed off car with a had shake and gratitude. I say he's highly recommended !!!

Went to a dealership before Edy, they didn t listen and were pushy. Edy is not. Edy is honest, open, and completely fair. He worked with me to close the deal on a fantastic vehicle, that I m very satisfied with. I m also very pleased with the price, extremely affordable for what I m getting. I felt like I could trust Edy right away, and it turned out to be true. If I purchase another car, I ll probably go with Edy again for his spirit of true service to his customers.5 stars because that s all I can give. EDY IS THE MAN!

Two months after buying the car, I am writing the review. So far it looks, this car dealership didn't sale a car with any serious issues. If it goes further without any junk or faulty or expensive fix, I will keep my trust on them and may suggest others to shop around.

I went to this dealer some days ago.i can say they have a very nice customer service and you can find a car in very good condition and good price. Taking into account my visit to sone other places this is one of the best place if you are interested in getting a new car.

I've had troubles with my car since the day I drove it home. I was completely unaware of the issues. I was also told by EDDIE (the owner), that there were zero problems with the car. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

You always feel a little uneasy when purchasing a used car, let alone when not purchasing from a big brand dealership.. but let me tell you what, Eddy is a class act and a stand up businessman. Of course he is trying to make a profit like any good business owner, but he cares about his customers and what kind of car he is putting out on the road. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and was upfront about exactly what I was purchasing and making sure it was a good deal for both sides. Not transactional and trying to make a quick buck like most of these guys. Definitely the best used car dealership experience I had after shopping around the Houston area for over a month. Go see Eddy if there is a car you like, it is worth the drive.

We drove 3 hours to bring my daughter to buy a car a few months back. Titanium Auto was the best place all around.We were very satisfied with everything.She got a 2019 Hyundai Kona. It s a beautiful car. Very clean everything runs perfect and I m perfect condition. The owner was very helpful in all areas.I have never felt so comfortable working with someone in my life until now. The speed of service is wonderful. Thank you so much Eddie. We look forward to coming to you to purchase my sons vehicle soon.

Talk about a happy customer The best customer service you could hope for !!!.. when you meet eddie you have met a good friend...who moving up on to a new location. When I bought a car, I was a graduate student. So, I was looking for an affordable used car. While searching auto shops near by my house, I came across Titanium Auto Sale. Good rating and review drove me to visit there with skeptic. After browsing all cars, I ended up with purchasing a Honda Accord 2008 from Eddie who runs this shop because I could get it at a competitive price. Since then, I have been contacting him whenever issues or questions came up. I guess I was a client who contacted and visited shop more frequently than others after the purchase. I recall that Eddie constantly tried to help and support within his scope. It's been more than one year knowing him. I can say this dealer shop is great because of Eddie. You can find good and affordable cars at anywhere if you invest your time in searching and visiting. However, it is hard to find a good dealer. So, I can recommend TAS shop and Eddie.

I drove nearly 9 hours from Oklahoma/Kansas state line. Eddie answered text messages on a Sunday. He took extra pictures. He was pleasant and honestly represented the 2013 Honda Odyssey I called to look at. I bought the van and am happy with the purchase. I would do business with Titanium Auto Sales again in a heartbeat. In a day when so many dealerships are crooked, it was such a great experience to buy a car from a small family owned business that treats its customers right!

GO SEE Eddie at Titanium Auto Sale on Richmond Avenue!! I purchased a SUV from Eddie in May of 2023, the staff is kind and professional and helped me through the process of trading in my car and financing my new car. I got the best deal in Houston!! Eddie even had a staff member drive out to my work location which is on the Southeast side of Houston just to put on my new license plates!! Now that is customer service!! I can't say enough good things about buying a car from Eddie at Titanium Auto, it was a great experience and I will recommend my friends check out Titanium's website and inventory first before they purchase their next car. One of the best dealerships , salespeople and management I ever dealt with . Beside the numerous variety of vehicles on their lot, the treatment from the minute you arrive until you leave is 5 stars . Very knowledgeable , very sincere , honest and straight to the point . I highly recommend and will certainly go back .

We purchased a van for our family from Eddie 2.5 months ago. It ended up being quite the lemon (despite a good pre inspection with a trusted mechanic but there were new problems with it - including a faulty engine - when we returned a few days later post purchase to have some repairs made). We asked to return the car but he would not accept that and gave a small monetary return instead. Next, despite promising a clean title, he has given us quite the run around. It seems like he either doesn t have the title or it s salvage despite stating it was clean? Only time (and a lot of legal fees) will tell I would avoid buying a car here unless you know a lot about cars and can diagnose a good one on the spot. And ask to see the physical title - this was our mistake. I am genuinely sad to say this as Eddie genuinely seemed like a really kind guy and family man but it has become increasingly hard to trust him. I m hoping our issues are isolated and won t happen to others.
