A+ Service! I was in a big bind with some heavy equipment and needed to get my rig winched and hauled a pretty good distance away from my jobsite so I could get it into repairs. One of their professional drivers has road rage. Today 9.12 at 8:30 am a red truck was tailgating me and accelerated in morning traffic on 45N, downtown Houston. I was keeping a safe distance from a semi trucking that was trying to change lanes in front of me. He kept honking and riding me. It was a terrible experience, I really thought my life was in danger. If I had braked he would had crushed my car and I might not be here leaving this review. People who drive such powerful vehicle should use their blinkers to switch lanes and drive at a safe speed and be swerving in morning traffic.

The Best Heavy Duty Towing In Houston TX. This company has a very professional team. Joe the driver was very friendly and took good care of our semi truck. The price did not break the bank and Luis the dispatcher was very prompt to send the heavy duty service to our location. I highly recommend them for heavy towing

There are a lot of honest big truck wreckers out there. Redline, Poteet, Apple. But Texas Best Towing is NOT one of them. I rarely write negative reviews, but when I do...it's well deserve.

The best! Nobody wants to call for a tow, but when you *need* one, these are the guys to call.I have a Tesla, and the last yahoos that towed my car after an accident literally bent the frame. But Texas Best lived up to their name- Louis (dispatcher) was super friendly, quoted price upfront, and gave me an ETA down to a 10 minute window. And the driver Gus- I don t Have enough good words to describe his service. The pick up was a pain, the drop off was a pain, but he never complained and cared for my car like it was his own.Bottom line- If you need a tow, this should be your number one choice!

Luis was incredible he was there at the exact time he said he would be. His rate was lower then anyone else's, and he took great care of my truck and was respectful a good conversation while we rode. All 5 star treatment

Any time Ive ever had trouble on the road I immediately contact Texas Best and they are there within minutes. I dont trust anyone else with my vehicles. Texas Best is actually THE BEST.

I been a devoted customer to Texas Best Towing close to 15 years. I been very very satisfied with their help and speedy assistance when I had to call on them . I also have pass there info to other family and friends during the years. I hope this is the right towing company...but...My friend broke down in the middle of the freeway with her 3 kids on Aug 10 around 10:30pm and didnt have anyone that could or would come help her or the money to be towed. She was freaking out trying to borrow the $$ with no luck....They ended up towing her all the way back home as a courtesy! She said the driver Gus was so nice and empathetic and the owner/boss Luis is the one who genously offered the free service. Talk about angels! She was so greatful and has been telling everyone how great yall were to her! You showed her compassion right when she needed it the most. So i just wanted to thank you for helping my friend when eveyone she has always helped left her stranded. (She didnt call me or i wouldve helped lol) THIS is the kind of southern hospitality we need more of! Thank you guys so much, from myself and her as well!!
