Nice place, nice peoples. Reasonable price for good mechanics work. They checked alignment today on my mercedes right after the dealer shop and found the problem created by Mercedes .

I have been driving for close to five decades and have had many encounters with a wide variety of individual proprietor and chain auto repair shops to keep my primary source of efficient and reliable transportation running and churning out those politically incorrect greenhouse gas emissions in reduced quantities.Unfortunately, I cannot describe the majority of encounters as being pleasant nor economical and I started to develop a dread of keeping my car maintained much akin to many who dread seeing their dentist about their teeth.But now all of that has changed since I followed a friend s recommendation and took my Mazda and also my daughter s Nissan to Salah s to diagnose and fix the various problems the cars were having.The service at Salah s is very prompt and friendly and you are always treated as a very valued customer. Our auto problems were quickly diagnosed and efficiently fixed at extremely reasonable prices.Just today I checked in at Salah s to see if they could fix my rear tire which had been flattened the night before from what appeared to be a very large nail. Salah immediately went to work to dislodge the object and determine if the tire could be fixed. The object turned out to be a relatively large drill bit (see photo) that left a big gouge in the tire. However, Salah and his crew found a large enough plug and had the tire fixed and mounted on my car within 15 minutes. GREAT SERVICE but it gets better. When I offered to pay, Salah indicated the service was on the house and then thanked me for my business and also checked to make sure their recent fixes to my daughter s car were still working wellI will recommend Salah s to all of my family and friends and anyone else who happens to ask me about a good place to have their car maintained.Also note that Salah s appears to be affiliated with Paragon Automotive & Collision which also has a sign saying Legendary Auto at the front of the car bay. I recently had some repairs to the body of my Mazda made by Paragon. My service was great, the cost was very reasonable and I am extremely satisfied with the repairs.So whatever your auto repair or maintenance needs are, I recommend you stop by Salah s and either Salah s or Paragon will take care of you.

If you have a malfunction in your cars, I advise you to go to this workshop. They work sincerely, as well as mastering the work and repairing it quickly. I came from Dallas on a trip to Houston, but I had a holiday with my car in a disc brake. I went to Salah's workshop and found them perfect. Salah was very friendly with me. I really thank them for their honesty in work and their good treatment of me

I found Selah on Yelp about 6 years ago. I will never go to another mechanic. I moved to Dallas for 2 years and still drove my car down so Selah can fix it. Great customer service. My family have been going to Salah since I was a kid. It s a place where he makes you feel like family. Salah is a honest man. He will give you honest about you car. You never have a long wait but if you do he will let you know. I will continue taking my car there.

Had an emergency maintenance alert on my 2012 Honda Civic at 7:15am on my way to work. Found Salah's great reviews on Google and steered my way there. He let me wait inside until the crew arrived shortly before 8 and they had my problem(s) diagnosed and repaired at an appropriate cost by 10:30. I made it to work shortly thereafter, with very little time lost. Great place. I'll be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Family owned, amazing family morals. Salah's auto repair is such a well respected, run business. There has never been a time where I have gone and been treated with anything but the utmost respect and best quality customer service. The staff is diverse both ethnically and gender wise which is often hard when going to a predominately male industry. The work is great and fast. Every time I go to get work done on my car, I know that I am leaving my car in safe hands. I never go back for the same problem and always leave smiling! Highly recommend it if you want your car taken care of.

You will have the best experience with Salah s auto! Growing up, my dad would always repair my vehicles when issues arose, but when I moved away I no longer had that luxury. Salah and his staff are so trustworthy, kind, and will do whatever they can to help you out. In fact, if they don t offer a service at their shop (which for the most part they do), they will refer you somewhere who will take care of you, like they would. They will treat you like family! Our car needed a new thermostat while my family and I were on a road trip to Houston. Salah s was one of the only shops / mechanics that would pick up the phone on a Saturday morning.They let us bring in our car an hour before closing. It was ready just an hour after they opened on Monday.In short - they are flexible, they work fast, and I haven t had any issues. I d come here more often if I lived in the area.PS - Elizabeth was AWESOMEPSS - if you also need a rental car, there are several on Westheimer

A colleague of mine recommended Salah's Automotive for an expensive timing belt change versus taking my car to the dealer about a year ago.� Salah ended up saving me around $500 for the maintenance, and I was extremely grateful for that.� This weekend, we decided to take my wife's car to Salah to have himevaluate our drive axle which the dealer told us needed to be replaced (2nd opinion). We arrived mid-morning Saturday (Salah closes at Noon), and not only did Salahassess the situation with the car, but he confirmed the axle indeed needed to be replaced, got the part immediately, and went out of his way to get it fixed the same day for us with a savings of over $200.00. In addition, the quote we got from Salah for another major work item for the same car was over $800 lessthan the dealer had quoted us.� Outstanding service AND great prices -- Salah has two new customers for life!

I contacted the shop yesterday to find out if they could do a pre-purchase inspection. Elizabeth was really nice and allowed us to come in with the vehicle. We brought the car in about 15 minutes after the call and they had the car on the lift almost immediately. Salah really looked out for us because the car was indeed a lemon. We saved $7000 (cost of the car) by spending $50 for the inspection; so well worth it! The cherry on top was Salah offering to inspect another car for us, free of charge. We took him up on his offer today and brought in another car. This car needed some repairs but we agreed to purchase it after some deliberation. Well, the sheisty dealer sold the car from beneath us, which in hindsight was a blessing in disguise. We took a third car to Salah to inspect (expecting to pay the inspection fee for this one) and he checked it out for free! Salah and his team are truly angels! If you got this far in the review, you understand why it was so important for me to include all these details. Salah went above and beyond to help us out and more importantly, with a smile. We are thankful to him and his team and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Salah; we appreciate you!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I searched Salah's Auto Repair to write my own review, and I was shocked to see that there was a negative review right under this post. To comment on that first, I have been going to Salah's ever since I owned my first vehicle. My father and his friends would refuse to use any other mechanic shop. I have spent quite some time in the office, and it I have to say that I have never heard the owners of the shop or the customers lose their temper. Customers always settle the bill with a smile (which is uncommon while paying another money). To be dissatisfied and to be so angry to take the energy to write a negative review, I honestly would have to say that this is something extremely out of the ordinary for Salah's Auto -- and quite frankly, it seems that the problem isn't with the shop, but with the other party. FYI -- other mechanics want to get your money with little ethics involved, so it is unlikely their advice was more trustworthy to begin with. I give Salah my cars blindly and no questions asked. I have full faith that he and his business will provide the best possible service for the best possible price. YOU CAN'T FAKE QUALITY! I give this place 5 stars because they truly deserve it! Salah's is the best mechanic in town!!!!!!

I called right when they opened to see if I was able to get my car in today and they were very punctual. I had my rack and pinion replaced with an alignment and an oil change that only took them a few hours. I picked up my car by 2pm. They are very competitive with the price and have a 1 year warranty on the labor that they provided for me. I was able to still have my car fixed here even though I bought my parts elsewhere.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I love my mechanic! Salah has been taking care of my vehicles since 2004 and in the time he's always given me sound advice, been fair, saved me money where he can and taught me how to keep my car running well. He and his staff are always super friendly. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

He is a wonderful man! A family man who truly cares for you and listens. I have taken my car there several times for servicing and with that being said my car is always in great condition afterwards. I tell everyone that Salah's Auto Repair is the best in Houston.

I have been taking my car to Salah's since the early 1990's. They are the BEST when it comes to reliable service. They are honest, kind and do a GREAT JOB! I am a single woman so it is a big deal to find someone these days you can trust to work on your car.I give this place a 5 star rating. I recommend them constantly. Check them out! You won't be disappointed.

I will always trust Salah's! He has tended to my cars for over 25 years and educated me how to keep my car going and going. He has integrity and honor. Trust Salah's word and hand shake; he stands behind them! He has had the same crew working there for years and he has had customers like me for years and years. Salah tends to the fleet of an exclusive limousine service and over the years I've had many conversations with the drivers who all sing Salah's praises and perseverance. It's good to call ahead to see how busy he is, but just stopping by is cool with him too! You might wait a bit; have some coffee, watch cable TV or chat with other customers...I'd rather wait for Salah's crew, than have some quick lube place cheat me because I was in a hurry. 5 stars for Salah's Auto Repair!

Salah is your man for any car issues you have. This is by far the best place to fix your car in Houston. It is a family owned business and Salah will immediately give you the best price there is on the market, I did compare with others and he was still lower. The entire team is just amazing and they changed my car struts and engine gasket in a jiffy. I would not think of going anywhere else in the future and will recommend him for car repairs to anyone in town.

Salah and his staff are honest, diligent, and provide QUALITY services, which is hard to find in the auto industry these days. It is hard for me to trust just anyone with my vehicle, but I would not hesitate to let Salah and his crew work on my vehicle again. Excellent service and even better people!

Salah's team took care of me and my vehicle. I came here for an inspection and he advised me to get a small repair done on my vehicle before it became a bigger issue.I was able to bring my vehicle in during lunch time and have the repairs done by the end of their closing time.They are very trustworthy and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for repairs.

Salah's Auto Repair is one of the best mechanic shops in the business, they are incredibly efficient and genuine and it definitely shows in their work. Salah is an honest yet reliable man who you can count on for all your car troubles. I love this shop and would never go anywhere else but here. 5 stars for Salah's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BE Aware! This shop doesn t have any ethics or stand by their services, but they will take your money! I have been going here over 3 years bringing 2 vehicles. So I was disappointed to find out that Salah s Auto Shop will not honor a 48 months warranty on my battery, that he stated and put on my receipt. I only got 24 months out of it and instead of honoring the 48 months warranty, he told me I should take it to the manufacture for the warrant instead of him. Which was mind blowing because I bought the battery from his shop, so why should I have to go to the manufacture. I thought I could trust Salah s work and he would stand by his words and his services, but I guess I was wrong. Shame on me for thinking he was different from the other mechanics that take advantage of women because I don t believe he would treat a guy like this.
