I went to O'Reilly in Houston. The young man at the counter was very nice, but he ordered the Wrong part, After showing him a photo of the part. Was a big pain trying to return. Sooo..... No Se..

Phenomenal service. Went in to replace a battery and Jerry helped me find the location where it was originally purchased because it was still under warranty. Honesty and integrity of this magnitude is difficult to find these days. Today, I left without spending a cent, but I would happily give this location my business anytime.

Recently I went to this store with some issue regarding car battery I have unexpectedly encountered a guy and his name is Jerry.He do not have patience to listen at all , Guys please be aware of this guy he will discriminate you and humiliate you on the spot and he have very bad attitude towards customers he think he is giving from his pocket.Oreilly auto parts has a good reputation in the market seems like they will get unreputable soon with this bad attitude guy when the customer are in need!Forget about service atleast learn how to respect customers!

I was in line and the girl on the cashier check out two people and ignored me, Store manager Jerry was very rude and he asked me to leave the store for no reason, he was racist, and refused to sell me anything. I don t know how they hire such rude people if they don t know anything about customer service. I highly suggest not going there.

Froilan/Froylan the store manager so bad, he have to get fired, bad actitud not clue what is costumer service even when he supposed to helping the costumer and don t want to do it and I have to beg him to help the lady who was helping me with all good intentions but not with the experience needed, Froilan the store manager was rude disrespectful and also wants to argue with me just because his laziness I told him no wonder with the store have many bad reviews I told you you ll hear from me I called corporate office zone manager Yelp and google and I will continue not recommending O Reilly and I hope this guy get fired

Great customer service over the phone and in person. I have a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek and my rear passenger, wheel bearing is bad so I called and priced it and they ordered it. I was able to pick it up the next day and it wasn't as expensive as one mechanic was trying to charge me. Thank you very much for the satisfaction of being your customer

I like the place but there is a guy call Jerry who has a really bad attitude. he used to work at Fondren location before that s why I stop going there because of him and now is working at Westheimer . So be aware guys the rest of the Team are really nice except for Jerry

Jerry the worst person I work with at orally auto parts , he is rude don t know how to work with customer , I will never ever go and buy from orally anymore, I went many time to this store and buy parts but this time will be the last time , this store don t know how to treat customers , next visit will be to autozone , this person but orally on a bad experience customer service, feel sorry for this store

The older Mexican guy on the morning shift ask bogus question jus to do an engine light check. Then asked if my car was the Mercedes around the corner. He acts racist. Everytime I go in there he acts like that. I won't return.

My son was recently in to get a warranty replacement battery. He was told he had to take the battery out himself and bring it in to the store to receive the replacement. We have purchased from O Reilly in the past and they have always offered assistance. They offered NO assistance whatsoever at this store.He asked to borrow tools, YouTubed how to remove a battery, all in sweltering 100* plus heat.When he was able to finally remove it and take it inside he was told my bad . They actually didn t have a replacement battery in stock. Not a single customer in the store yet they had not thought to take the time to double check and make sure they had one in stock??The absolute worst customer service I/we have experienced in a very long time.We will never take our business to O Reilly again.

Hey these guys are great!!!! The whole crew was very helpful! Carlos was very informative with the Oil & filter especial they were running. He explain what the diff weights and viscosity meant.. very knowledgeable employee unlike Cynthia from Shepherd location who told me they didn't make oil for my car or they didn't have the filter!! I have purchased the oil & filter from them before!!If you want some one who can assist you come to Oreillys specifically this location! Mike L. you have exemplary team here.

Hi I came to this location at 9099 westheimer today and Mr. Jhamaire assisted me with a great attitude and very excellent service. He went above and beyond his duties to assist me even in this 100 plus degree heat. He maintained his professionalism and I was truly blessed. I say kudos to you sir

Great customer service the guy helped us figure out which windshield wipers fit on our car. We had the wrong size and he helped us figure that out and helped us replace it.

Excellent service and compassionate employees. I want to give a special shoutout to Drew and his crew for not only helping me with my headlight purchase, helping me install the headlights, and then helping me again when my headlight was still out (Had bought high beams, the issue was low beams). Drew was infinitely patient with me and genuinely seemed happy to help. I'm going to make it a point to visit this particular location in the future for all my auto needs.

I highly recommend this store!! Manager, Andrew Schwager and his team, Charlie Lopez-Martinez and Santiago, fixed all of my car s issues in the parking lot!!! They also guided me on ordering body parts and their custom-mixed paint to perfectly match my car. They are awesome auto experts!!

Staff is good. Good selection. Some stuff you may need to order. Since there is a low use of the ordering online and pick up at store feature, I suggest you don t use it. I did this and it took the staff like 20 minutes to find my order.

Isaac at this store is just fantastic. He went way out of his way to help me with my ground-to-short problem and also helped me search for parts I needed. The store itself is outstanding - very clean, friendly employees, well stocked. I cant say enough about this store and Isaac. O-O-O-O'Reillyyyyyyyyyyyyyy's for life

I would say most of O Reilley staffs are amazing. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They are always willing to help you.Often you don t need to buy anything but they still help you or show you how to fix something.

Stopped by this new location for a simple blinker bulb socket. Pretty common part for most cars. After Angel (the young lady helping me) and I searched for the part for a short time on their computer, we discovered that they were out of stock. Par for the course for these "post pandemic" times. I thanked Angel for helping me and left the store for my car. I'm in the parking lot and just about to start my vehicle and drive off when Angel, half out of breath comes running full speed out of the store signaling for me to wait! Seems she was STILL looking for the part after I left and another employee informed her that they DID in fact have the part from a different manufacturer in stock because a customer had ordered one and never came to pick it up! NICE SAVE ANGEL haha! Great service and super attitude from this young lady! Hey O'Reilly...think it might be time for Angel to get a raise :-).
