I came in today for just an oil change and my experience was absolutely delightful at this location. I was treated with gratitude and attentive care with myself and car. The manager Michele is very helpful and really extends her services to make sure all your need are meet. She answered all my question with good articulated responses and a welcoming attitude. My courtesy check was very detailed pertaining to my, check engine light, , brake fluids, and filters. I even received information on my struts, alignment, and the overheating of my car. I was very pleased with the service I received today. I will continue to conduct business with this location.

I came in for a routine oil change. But thanks to Midas for their complimentary check up!! Now I know have some minor issues I need to take care of on my vehicle that could have cost more money in the long run. Great knowledge and customer service!!! I definitely recommend.

I was greeted by Michele when I came in for an oil change. She was extremely polite knowledgeable and professional. I was pressed for time and needed it done sooner than later. She got me in and out sooner than I expected. Kudos to Michelle and the team for a fast and efficient Job.

I m spoiled with the drive through oil changes I called earlier in the day to see the earliest appointment available, I was told a time and suggested to call 30 min before the appt to ensure that the appt time would still be good and they weren t running behind. I called, was told I was good to come in. I arrived at the time of the appt and it took 20 min for my car to be pulled to the back, then another 20 min for them to raise the car to change the oil. Start to finish for an oil change was 1 hour and 45 min, for an appointment oil change. Then they didn t know how to reset the oil change maintenance light on my car the first result a google search gave clear instructions and I was able to do it at a stop light.The time they are taking is to do a thorough inspection with the hope that you will do the work with them. I didn t ask for an inspection I didn t schedule one, and candidly I didn t have time for one. I think they need to ask customers if they would like an inspection of everything else that needs to be done.I will be going back to my drive through oil changes and not be returning to this company. The savings of the oil change from the Groupon wasn t worth the time it took.If the time is what is to be suggested I d recommend having guest wifi, I could have worked during this time but was limited by the lack of Wi-Fi availability.The ladies at the desk were well informed and knowledgeable of the services provided and what is required. The wait time is just too excessive.

Don t walk ruuuuuunnnnnn away from this place. I went to this place because I found a Groupon a $100 dollars cheaper than the dealership. First the master certified mechanic lied and said he was walking to Oreily to get an oil filter in the middle of my oil change. He really walked to the corner store to get drinks for him and the manager guy Michele. Second the guy Michele tells you all these things are wrong with your vehicle so they can try and sell you a finance plan so they can fix it. I got an oil change on a Tuesday to go out of town on Friday. When I got out of town I smelled oil burning. I checked under my car and there was oil on the manifold. When I got back I took my car there to have it looked at. They lied and said I had an oil leak during the oil change. The manager guy never said that during my inspection when he went down a list of things that needed to be flushed. They tried to charge me to check the oil leak. I took my car to the dealership and was told there was no oil leak and oil must ve been wasted and burning off on the manifold. This place is dirty and they don t have update equipment, the oil used was in a big dirty white barrel. They need to be shutdown.

Service was great, price was affordable, and the staff was awesome and courteous, especially Michele, feel free to ask for her. I ll definitely be returning for all of my oil changes and car care needs. A+ rating

Wow! is all I can say. These folks were courteous and professional while being respectful and well knowledgeable they took their time to help me understand and checked other components like brakes and all free of charge. Again WOW!!!! We locked in 4 LIFE

First time customer Jasmin d who came for and oil change and was help with some much more . I was able to get my car fixed on credited so I just have to make my payment plan and still able to make it on time for my son school . They are really an help and have an customer for life at the south post oak location and I had my two year son with y all I m so glad I find this location

Today I went in for a tune up and Joseph help me out so much. Found out I needed more electrical work done. He had excellent customer service and care with my vehicle and a guy with locs worked on my car. Very outstanding work and my car runs like a champ thanks to these 2 gentlemen no rip offs straight forward and work very well and fast and before I left they made sure everything was running smoothly. I only have good things to say about Midas, starting with Zori and Michelle from the front desk, who were super nice and helpful. I had my car inspected at another place and they were charging me over 4,000 for repairs. As I thought it was too much, I brought to Midas and they charged considerably less, without mentioning that they were clear on the issues that demanded immediate repair and what could wait. Both the inspection and the repairs were done super fast, I was expecting to be without my car for a couple of days but they finished everything within the same day. They also offer a variety of options for payment which is good if needed. I highly recommend their services and will definitely come back when I need to.

Michelle was great her customer service was exceptional, she answered all my questions & helped me a lot. I m leaving satisfied and with an oil change. I definitely recommend coming to this location and dealing with Michelle. All staff was great and nice but she helped me really well.

I don t care what anyone say s I definitely had a Amazing Experience. I got my car inspection done here and it was a breeze. If you are looking to get brakes, AC, suspension, check engine like done. I HIGH RECOMMEND these guys. Michelle was very helpful. I went for an oil change, but in addition she went out of her way to check my tires when I had some concerns. Got pictures of everything under the hood and explained a lot about my car. New nanagement is great!

Michelle and zori was fantastic and helped me out with car talked me through everything that needed to be done. While also being patient. Was able to fit me in without an appointment and did it in a timely manner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE BACK

I purchased the oil change on Groupon. I came In Monday and the place was packed, but the store manager Michele was so nice. She set an appointment for me on Tuesday and assured me I wouldn t have to wait. When I returned Tuesday she remembered and took care of me. She and Zori have impeccable customer service. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. I will also say the service team were nice and willing to look into things that I inquired about. They also did a thorough inspection and I know I will be returning. Thanks

Lori and all of the employees at this Midas location was very helpful, informative & welcoming. I came in with a GROUPON & they made sure everything ran smoothly and they got me in with no problem being it is the day before a major holiday, Thanksgiving! They were very professional as well. I also LOVED that they sent me a complete inspection to me via my phone/text message and Lori even printed me out a hard copy of it. I will definitely be back & I will recommend this location.

Got my oil changed here was able to drop off my Cadillac early morning and they got me squared away. Checked out my brakes and struts with the suspension check I will be back prices were fair just didn t have time today. Thanks Kazori and Michele!

I had the MOST easy & smooth experience .I showed them my coupon from Groupon and they squeezed me right in . Had me squared away in no time ! My car runs smooth & they updated me on everything going on with my vehicle , which I love because it s puts me ahead if any issues were to occur . This my new fav Midas I ll be here every oil change ! they re customer service was so welcoming and entertaining the process didn t even seem long . I d refer anyone ! If you haven t found a place you trust your car you should make a visit to this Midas location !

I love Midas and have never once had a single issue arise when going but last week I decided to try out this location due to it being closer to me. I came for an oil change, super easy super quick. I take beautiful care of my car and not only did this appointment take almost 2 hours my ac completely stopped working. I asked the mechanic why and his first response was it could be your filters .. like I said before I always go to Midas so they know full well I paid to get them replaced all of my filter at that not even a few weeks before I came to get my oil changed. At that point I said thank you and departed. I don t like to be taken advantage of nor do I lack any common sense to know when someone is trying to get more money out of people. It s sad and I m not happy at all with the service and customer service I received. I will never return to this location but I highly recommend the location in spring.

We came in for an oil change and they pointed out several safety issues that needed to be taken care of right away.Tune up, spark plugs, control arm, belts, all if the fluid. And Zuri and Michelle worked diligently to get us cost effective service and to provide a way to take care of the amount over a 12 month time period. This balanced out us staying with Midas rather than going to the dealer.

Absolutely great service! The manager at this location-Zori was so friendly and helpful. She was able to help me get approved for financing and get my car repaired the same day! I went in on a whim because my check engine light was on. They were so friendly and open to sharing real information. They checked my engine light with a scan for FREE!! I was so impressed with their service I also asked for an oil change. This shop was very professional and extremely informative. They called and shared pictures and were not in a rush when they talked with you. They talk to you and not over your head like so many other companies do! I will definitely be back to this Midas! Thanks for the amazing service.

Had repairs done Midas on my vehicle. They replaced catalytic converter, engine sensors and even did my state inspection after. Before and after photos attached of suspension work performed by them as well! On 11/28/2023 I came in to hv my oil change. and the ladies at the desk was so helpful especiallyZori she was so helpful as far as explaining what I was getting done and also what other type of service they offer at Midas. I really enjoy her customer service and her confidence about her job. Thanks zori I will be back to get my brakes replace, workers like her keeps the business going.

I booked an oil change and I didn t know that I had a premium filter until today when I showed up. I spent my last money on this oil change so I didn t have the extra money for the up charge so the best manager at Midas named Michelle at SPO gave me a one time curtesy premium filter with no charge really made my day I was having a horrible day and she turned it around l!! Give this girl a raise!

There pretty good plus they find any and everything your going to need for your car. Very expensive too in repairs. I only get regular things done to my car like changes. That's it.

I stopped by Midas today to get an oil change around 1pm and was told they would not be to assist me because they only had one Tech. So I went to 5-Minute Oil Change. The wait was longer than 5 minutes but the customer service was wonderful. I will definitely go there first next time.

They checked my suspension, brakes, and my sway bar when I came to get an oil change. They are so nice and took care of me in a timely manner. Michelle was awesome. Definitely recommend.
