I had an 8 am appt so I can have the rest of the day to run errands. The day before my appt was confirmed and was encouraged to use their mobile service. I agreed thinking it would be for the same time as my original appt. The morning of my appt I was called at 8:24 am saying the technician could get to me around 1pm. I didn t like this time so I said I would just come into the shop. I did the 2 hour wait and as I was already off site I noticed my tire pressure was not checked and yet it is part of their package I paid for. This makes me think they are skipping other areas. I m not thrilled about this and now I ve got to get air in my tires.

Should have been 0 stars. Went in with a Ford extended warranty there was a technical buliten connected to the trouble code that said change the water pump but they decided to run the wires any way couldn't tell us for a week if the warranty would cover the repair. Then, after the water pump repair, the AC didn't work. They said it was because of wiring (possibaly linked to the unnecessary running wires) and not covered by the warranty despite the brochure clearly stating wiring harnesses were covered. I later checked with the dealership where we bought the car, and they confirmed the repair, including the secondary repair, should have been covered under one deductible. Over charged $200 not to mention the $100 oil change I told them not to do and the $100 coolant flush that should have been done with the water pump replacement and I also told them not to do. Brought it home and still had warning lights on.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a recall item fixed. The appointment was at 7am. I arrived at 6:45 am and wasn't seen until 7:12am. I will not return to this location. The Service Rep was Corey Wiley.

I just paid $1500 for them to fix my car. And when I want to go pick it app and got into driveway. My car totally stopped. That's the horizon why I took it there for them to fix it. Nothing golf fixed, they're horrible. This is the second time never ever buy a Ford.

Shelby was AMAZING. Frequent communication regarding my vehicle on repairs and costs. Terrific customer service and support with my questions. Always received an update with details. Smooth process, highly recommend!

Took my escape to Russell and Smith for service twice for the same problem was never fixed was told it was normal operation. It was not normal operation left it for 2 weeks both times. Called customer care they said to take it to a different dealer to have it fixed. Even tried to talk to service manager who never answer the phone nor does he return calls called multiple times.. WILL NOT RETURN. VERY POOR SERVICE

First, I will say the team was very polite. There were no issues in that aspect.I took my car in for diagnosis of a few issues. They couldn t replicate/figure out two of tissues. The other issues were not communicated to the team, and were ultimately ignored. They recommended other maintenance services. I declined. I was charged $285 for declining service.I have taken my truck to 2 other dealerships for the exact same reasons. I was only charged a $100 deductible for having Ford Premium Care. The explanation this time around was they set their prices and we set ours .I don t understand any of this, and was again charged for absolutely nothing.

Went in for a recall and the service was HORRIBLE. They kept my truck for over a week and couldn t update me any of the times I called. I left my truck running and they kept putting off my repairs because it had no power but they refused to look for the issue. Everyone was super rude and when I tried to go pick it up they left the key with the technician . I brought in my truck running and will the service center in a tow truck because they can t seem to do their job at all. Will NEVER EVER come back here. I am so disappointed in how they turned a simple recall into a big issue and could not answer my simple questions. They ended up not even fixingService: General repairs & maintenance

Somebody tried to steal our F350 the day before we needed to leave town and these guys got the truck put back together in one day. It was a business trip with a lot of pressure on travel and they sure put in their best effort to get us down the road. Most excellent

I've generally had okay service here...in the past. They usually would take about 2-3 hours to change my oil, even if I would show up right when they open. So budget Uber or Lyft into your plans unless you want to sit in their tiny lobby and watch CNN all day. Or go somewhere else if all you need is an oil change.Recently, I scheduled an appointment for recall service. When I brought the car in for the appointment, they lost it. They told me they could service it anyways, but hadn't even begun to do any work by the time they told me it would be ready.They've lost me two hours from work and $26 in Uber fares. I guess I'll take my car somewhere else. It's my only vehicle and I can't afford to have it sitting indefinitely on a dealer's lot, hoping that they eventually may get to it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I checked my car in to get a recall fixed. The service clerk called me and stated I need a Tune up, air filter, front brakes, and oil gasket replaced. I asked her the total. She said 750.00 with the oil change. I asked her, how doni need a tune up when yall juat did it. She said, oh, im sorry, dont worry about that. I said, ok, I'll get it done. Thus was around 1 p.m. She asked if I can leave my car over night, I told her I had a doctor's appointment, but let me see if I can get a ride. She called ba k I told her no I can't leave it. She asked if I can bring it back in the morning, I said yes. The next day after my appointment I took my car back to get the service. I asked her some questions about the charges because it wasn't the same what she quoted me. To sum it up, the charges went from 750.00 to 900 something. I told them I wasn't going to get it done. Trust is everything, why would the mechanics tell me I need some work I previous got done. Also, this location is the only place I've taken my car since I've purchased it. I was very disappointed in the service clerk response and attitude. She did text me and apologize for the mix up.

The wait time here is horrible. I got here today at 6:08 am to be the first one in the Quick Service lane for an oil change. When the lane open at 7:00am a service advisor came out and wrote my order up, at 8:10 my car was still on the rack being serviced. When I spoke to the about the time explained explained they were looking at everything on the car. I WANT AN OIL CHANGE kindly Sir.When I complained the gentlemen later came out with my key with no paperwork (receipt) for me to sign or otherwise of the actual oil change being completed.For a brief moment he seemed upset with me that I was frustrated and the service I was getting.THE WAIT IS TOO LONG. I come other times for a oil change and tire rotation and waited 4 hours. #smdh

Drew my service advisor at Russell and Smith Ford was great! He was very patient in explaining what my truck needed and addressed all my concerns without frustration and was very polite and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back here for further service repairs.

Had my truck diagnosed for service. But everyother day they came up with another repair needed till I stopped them from adding anything else to the charge. Picked up my truck and the original problem still existed and more. My truck cough on fire on the way home from the fuel injector they zipp tied together. Found my cam sensors loose and broken off into the motor which got grounded up and clogged up the oil pickup causing the truck to loose oil pressure leading to serious engine failure.You asked for a review so here it is. I refused to take my truck back to this place. The money I spent I'm calling it a loss. I thought I was doing something good for my truck and ended up hurting it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Jose went above and beyond helping me check around on tire prices at other businesses around town because they had to be hot shot delivered and would take at least 3 hours, 2pm. After going over every avenue and every possible way to get me into new tires as fast as possible, ended up ordering the hot shot delivery of the tires found.....it was finished by 3:30...new tires and alignment. Jose was great!

This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere (not just car service). I tried two times to take my vehicle to get a sensor notification checked out (on a brand new vehicle) and the communication, lies and wait time was horrible. Take my advise and go anywhere else to get your car serviced. Also, they close at 6pm, not 7 and not all reps stay until close so be aware of that.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called and ask for a price for a oil pan gasket replacement and the guy told me I had to bring it in because it's aluminum my truck is a 01 smh all I needed was the labor price and the price of the gasket. I called another dealer on the sw and I got it right away poor service!

I took my car here to have the battery replaced and to have the corrosion cleaned off the battery terminals. They replaced the battery, but made corrosive stains all over the engine bay and did not clean it. They also failed to do the factory computer reset, and only replaced 1 of the battery terminals. One, or both, of those facts led to my key fob not working, and a completely dead battery within 2 weeks. The front desk employee was professional and kind, but the quality of the work done was very disappointing - especially when the fix should have been a no-brainer. I won't be taking my car here in the future.

I would like to thank Lance and his service team for going above and beyond to help me.The engine light on my 2019 F 250 came on a week ago with 8K miles and a month old. I took it to a ford dealership near where I live. That dealer explained to me there was a foreign material in my blue def tank and I had a bad injector. They informed me they wouldn t warranty it and it would be a 5K repair. Needless to say I was upset.Lance had a wrecker pick it up and started the diagnostic process. I picked my truck up today and it runs great and there was no charge.THANK YOU LANCE YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
