I would not recommend this location. I have set appointments for multiple things on different occasions only to get there and find out the equipment is not working. They are always having issues with something. Don't waste your time. Go down the road to the next firestone!

I have been long standing Firestone customer fotr a considerable long time and my mindset regarding their service has been: good to excellent due to manpower turnover as is the case with a number of service providers regardless of the product and/or service! I have always had utilized apple as the "yardstick" for comparison - you pay for the hardware once and performance improves the product lifecycle via software updates! What I have experienced at the Firestone located at Houston TX Almeda Mall has been consistently "Excellent". Experienced techs, sales associates & store manager are critical to be successful in implenting a resolution to a customer's vehicle. Alex the manager has been with the company for a number of years and has a tremendous support team that includes: s super tech by name of Tommy R & at the front is a super knowledgeable sales associate by the name of Sabrina R. Overall, highly recommend this specific store for an Excellent experience for your vehicle.

I have some concerns, before I had taken my 2018 Hyundai Tucson to this establishment. It was quiet. Unfortunately, that's not the issue now. I called them and tried to explain and express my concerns about my purchase vehicle. However, the conversation was to lead me to believe that another Firestone who didn't touch my car was at fault. SMH!! Anyway, I didn't call to do a blame game, I only want to know what was done or not done to my car? I pray that God blessed the outcome this Friday 10/13 /23 and my car runs , rides and drives again smoothly as before. What I truly don't get is, why we as humans can't admit ( to ourselves at least) we make mistakes.I will review and write again soon

First let's start with they lost my wheel lock and had to replace it. Second, when I went to pickup my car I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because my keys had been misplaced. I had to have my tire replaced (under warranty) and of course my car begin to pull to the right. I went back to see why the alignment wasn't done, and I was told I never purchased one. My question to them was. Why would I buy tires and wheel alignment for a FX37 2014, a 2014 Honda Accord (my 75 year old mother drives) and not one for my Q50, that makes absolutely no sense at all. I went back and forth with them and nothing. So, I drove to another Firestone and guess what, the person took the time to look for the ticket and through all tickets for all cars and found the wheel alignment purchase. Well Damn!

Came in for an alignment, very quick and easy. Just make sure you schedule an appointment in advance as they re short staff.

Do not bring your vehicle here.Didnt have the tires i paid for on either of the appointments I had made. Once I did get the new tires, they had inflated them to 29, 28, 29, and 32 psi. This is a Chevy 2500. Those tires needed to be at 70 psi. I also now have a vibration in my wheel that wasnt there before.These guys are bad on every level.

I waited two hours for a tire rotation. When they brought the car out, I could tell that they didn't even do a proper rotation. I could tell because I had been working on the car the day before and noticed one tire had lower tread than the others which is why I took it in. That same tire also didn't have a valve stem cover. When they brought the car back, I immediately noticed that that tire was in the same spot. I asked the manager and he told me they "accidentally" forgot to rotate the passenger side.

I really liked the service here. I went there to get my AC checked because it was occasionally blowing hot air. I left with a freezing AC. They found the problem and solved it. The people who work there are professionals, and if I have a problem again with my car, this is the place I'm bringing it to. I'm very pleased with my experience here.

Do NOT come here to get anything done other than tires. I needed to get my AC checked. I had scheduled an appointment here and from the moment I walked in, the staff was too busy to acknowledge me. I was standing for a good 15 minutes before someone took my keys for the drop off. I waited for a call before close but nobody called. I called them back right at closing time and they said sorry, we have been busy, I will call you back with the tech recommendations and she didn t call me back until Sunday morning. The tech recommended that I basically had to replace the compressor, the condenser, and all the hoses plus a recharge and wanted to charge me $2500 for it. Obviously putting a new AC system in there will make it work. But I wanted to get an efficient diagnosis to only fix what needed to be fixed. My AC was blowing cool air on the driver side and hot on the passenger side. I took it to another mechanic and the parts and labor for it was quoted for only $700. Will not come back here again.

After waiting three hours (even with an appointment), one mechanic tried to tell me I had a bad compressor and a cap that was pouring oil (neither were true) I called his bluff and found out I only needed a new connector hose and a Freon fill for $400.

Moses was great from the second I stepped foot in the building. The mechanics even found items that needed repair that I didn't bring it in for -- much appreciated!! Moses remembered an event I had to work when I picked up my car. Thanks again for great service all around!

Terrible service told me between 30mins to an hour and waited well over 2 hours for a simple warranty on 1 tire like come on guys don t tell your customer something if y all can t provide the proper customer service

Took to long to get service.. also had to pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered under there warranty. One tire was defective and the other had a nail in it.

They call themselves "Complete Auto Repair", so I decided to come here. I'm at this location to get my broken rear left signal light fixed. The guy looks at my car, can't figure it out and tells me "Google it" to solve my problem. What a f**king waste of time! Never again Firestone!

The person that helped me has outstanding customer service , very helpful great attitude towards not only me but everyone that walked through the doors, and I noticed that everyone that day had outstanding customer service even though they did not wait on me , a customer had been there a long time and one of the employees bought him lunch awesome.

What a waste of my time!! Made an appointment to have my car looked at. Was informed it would be about a 30 minute process. After an hour, my car never moved from where I parked it when I arrived. When I asked about my car, the service guy was non caring and handed me my keys back like no big deal. Wow! Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else!!

I have been to this location 3 times and everytime I have to wait 10-15 minutes just for someone to come from the back to help me. Since I already bought the lifetime warranty, now I have to travel 30 minutes to Deer Park just to get adequate service. How is this place still in business with such poor customer service. Go to any other location.Took both of my cars with prior appointments (made in person at the store) one at 0930 and 1130. The first one I picked up at 5:30pm. I asked about my other car while I was there and they made it seem like they would squeeze in my alignment for my other car. I was upset. I had an appointment and they re barely doing anything. They called me at 6:40pm to pick up my other car, and told me that they close at 7pm so I need to pick it up quickly.I m never going here again. It s less than 5mins from me. But no. I d rather go to my original one where they actually do their work.

This place is garbage I called ahead of time day or 2 in advance for an alignment. I get there for my appointment and told it would not be ready for another 4hrs smh. Whats the use of making and appointment I wasted half my day mind you I was told on the phone it would be an hour. I didn't have time to leave my car that's why appointment was made I call b.s. I'll never use firestone again and I'll tell friends and family as well !Service: Wheel alignment

Limped my Xterra in there this afternoon hoping they could take a look at it for me as it was making noise up front. Sadly the service guys were all busy but an employee did take time to help me figure out the issue. He could have easily said he was too busy, but instead helped me figure out a caliper bolt had come loose and pointed out the Nissan dealership across the hwy. You may not get right in and get your stuff fixed, but the guys do care and like all of us are just over-worked.

Quick affordable state inspection, but always call first to make sure they have availability due to walk ins &the rare possibility that the mechanic that does state inspection isn't there.

Great place. I make sure I take the day off when getting things fixed on my car no matter what, I don't like to rush mechanics. My experience has been nothing but good. They checked everything and fixed what needed fixing which was just our front tires and of course our headlights. Thanks guys !!

I called in and someone named Moses says I could come in as a walk in, and that I don't need an appointment. When I get there the lady says that I need an appointment. I'm good Valued customer. I just put a lifetime warranty on my front end alignment.. come on guys for better.

It could have been a 4 star review, I purchased two new tires and have them installed by their technician. Here is my experience with this establishment, My vehicle was in and out in less than two hours, that is quite of accomplishment by the Firestone complete Auto care!!!!Customer service was nice, prompt, and accurate at the beginning. Tried to sell additional service which was understandable. I was thinking of 4 review for the customer service for the front desk. They called and informed me that the vehicle is ready for pick up so I went to pick my vehicle, just before I left, I asked if they put back my wheel lock key back where they found. They did not bother to find out from the technician who performed work on my car whether he or she put it back but asked me to call if not found. I paid and left the shop later to find out it was not there so I called them to find out if they had it. Turned out, the technician forgot to put it back and had it on his work station. What if this happened to anyone who has no experience of this!! you would likely be stuck somewhere when you had a flat tire because you have no way of taking your flat wheel out to replace with the spare tire. Generally it would cost between $25 and $40 to remove the wheel lock with a special tool and that is just for one wheel, imagined! all four wheel locks.Sorry that I'd have to share my honest experience and hope it does not happen to anyone else. I may bring back my vehicle for other service but I will have to check and double check their work carefully before leaving the shop.

I normally don't leave reviews for many places but I couldn't be happier with the service I always receive when I come to the Almeda Mall location. They're always happy to explain things to you, keep you updated as to where they are with your repair and how much longer it may be. I'm also running by at least once a week to have the air checked in my tires and they come out and check my air without any complaints. Always friendly.
