I recently got all four of my tires changed during a discounted weekend. Customer service was very excellent and welcoming, and they were able to fit me in on such a short notice. However, there were minor details that went unnoticed that could ve caused a huge inconvenience to me. I have tire lock lug nuts on my rims, and I had to return to Firestone the next day to pick up the key to these. I will comment that they were kindly responsive, and made sure that the key fit correctly to the lug nuts. I also recently realized that the valve caps to my tires were not placed back on; I only have one cap on my front left tire. While it appears to sound like minor complaints, it s really important to pay attention to these details. If these issues went unnoticed for a prolonged period of time, there are definitely consequences. Debris could have collected into the valves, and they would no longer work properly. Another point is that air is continuously leaking out of the tires, day and night. If I did not have my key to unlock my tires, then I wouldn t have been able to take them off in case of an emergency.All in all, excellent customer service but the attention to detail should be enforced no matter the time of day or if someone is ready to go home. Cars are expensive to care for, especially in a Houston area.

I recently came in for an issue with my tires. I was taken care of by an associate named T. He is the reason why I m rating this location so highly. As someone who works in customer service he gets a 10/10 for helping me. He was informative and patient with me. He helped me understand what was going on with my tires and took the time to present me options that would best suit my situation. He was the only staff member present when I came in an hour before closing and handled everyone before me with care as much as he did myself. I think we all tend to find ourselves with associates that want to rush us out before they close or give less than worthy customer service because they just want to go home and I did not experience that with him. I didn t feel like he was just trying to sell me on a tire and left room for me to make an informed decision myself.

I stopped at Firestone one morning on the way to work because I needed air for my tires. I asked a employee there who was working on a car if I could get get some air and without hesitation, this employee told me to back up to the back bay. He opened up the doors of the bay, and on his own without being asked, he aired up my tires. This was totally unexpected, but it was an example of the best customer service I have seen in years. Because of this employee when I need service on my car I will definitely bring my car to this Firestone location. Thank you Mauricio! Your customer service was world class!

Yolanda and the other attendant, i think His name was Chris??? Both were exceptional. They were very patient and worked with me to get my repairs done using caradvise. They both were knowledgeable and recommended services suitable for what i needed And helped me get the best pricing using Caradvise. A special thanks goes out to that entire team. It felt good to experience quality customer service. My experience there was comparable to the customer service i usually get at the Mercedes dealership. So hats off to the entire team for putting their best foot forward. I really do appreciate it.

Came here the other day to get two vehicles checked out. The young man that helped me, Carlos, was super amazing, he was thorough, respectful and very nice! He helped me in understanding everything that needed to be done to the vehicles and was very honest and open. The place is clean and everyone is very helpful. I do recommend making an appointment because this place gets full FAST and wait times can be an hour to two hours long.

Stopped by for some air not realizing that I needed all 4 tires upon inspection got some amazing education on different brands of tires and decided to go with the Bridgestone Quiettracks. Man am I glad I stopped by Thank you Chaz for all of your help truly made this a wonderful experience.

I purchased 4 new tires through a 3rd party and the additional cost for installation through Firestone. I'm not gonna say Firestone was the reason my scheduled appointment was incorrect but the amount of problems following my 5 HOUR interaction with this business is completely unprofessional and needs to be resolved. After waiting almost 3 hours (i asked at first a time for completion and offered a guesstimate of 1 or 2 hours- he said 2) and not hearing anything, I went back with hope of my car being complete or at least close to completion. I was shocked to arrive with my vehicle with all 4 wheels removed. After sitting in the lobby another 15 minutes, the employee saw me and told me that 2 of the 4 tires I ordered were damaged by their technician and couldn't be installed. I told him I cannot get over here during the week and I need to get on the road today. I then made the suggestion to see if they had 2 tires that fit and were of equal value and he agreed to install 2 other tires. After waiting another 2 hours or so, right at closing, I got my vehicle and thought I was done. About a mile out, my tpms for both front wheels goes off(most likely not reset after installation-i hope). I get to my apartment and find my hood is still open, scratches and smudges my car from what I'm assuming is their air hose(same issue with a dealership that broke my window while being serviced), 3 of 4 tires over- inflated and my rims covered with an excessive amount of tire mounting lubricant(almost an hour to clean btw). I understand a company needs to make money, but just because you know I won't give in to your upsell tactics and I purchased through a 3rd party, doesn't mean I'm not a customer and shouldn't be a reason to provide such a careless service. I really am questioning the longevity and safety with the tires on my vehicle now.

I brought my car this shop because I had a nail on my tire. After 2.5 hours even though I had an appointment, shop told me they cannot fix it because the nail was too close to side wall. And they suggested to buy new tire. I declined their offer, and found another shop fixed my tire at $10.

Y'all, I should have read reviews of this place before taking my car in. DO NOT COME HERE. As multiple other people have stated this place (and pretty much all other firestones) will try to scam you out of money. I took my car in for an oil change and a full diagnostic. They told me that my front struts were completely damaged and needed to be replaced. They said the cost of it was around 1400$ or so. First of all, they were charging 500$ per strut when you could buy the factory parts for my car for 100$ each. And 400$ for labor which is whatever.I decided to wait and take my car to another shop for a full diagnostic a few weeks later. I didn't tell them what Firestone said because I wanted to see what they would say. This particular shop has a really nice system where they don't just tell you what's wrong with your car. They include pictures and documentation describing their reasoning. It turns out my struts are completely fine.So, not only did this Firestone try to overcharge me for the repairs but they completely made up the repairs that I needed to scam me out of money.You will 100% save yourself potentially 1000's of dollars by not coming here.

Yolanda is amazing and a great asset for your buisness! I had a very negative experience at different firestone and was skeptical about going to another one but Yolanda was so great and reassuring. She even helped me find a coupon that made the estimate within my budget. I was able to seen in timely fashion even though I was a walk in and no one tried to convince me that my car needed a bunch of work I knew a 4yr old car did not need (as was done at the previous firestone I went to). It's also within walking distance of the mall, so I was able to entertain myself while waiting for my car to be serviced. Highly recommend this firestone

Been thru several Firestone locations in Houston, and this is by far the worst.The administrative personal is not competent or attentive. We made an appointment online about a leaking, and the guy put on the notes that it was the suspension. Once we get there they explain that they don t fix the transmission, but that there was other problem. They don t print the invoice with all the details before you accept, like in the other locations. But they only barely explain and ask you Do you want us to to do it or not? .We agreed, ended up paying $1000, and the main problem is still present. By the time I arrive home my car was making extremely loud and weird noises. I asked and inquired about the issue, and it s the transmission.I really don t understand why they would encourage to pay for a service that s not the main issue that needs to be fixed or that could result pointless if the car won t be able to run the next day?There was a lady with glasses on the front desk, we asked here 3 times to explain us what s exactly what they were doing and she told us, that they did what was on the paper. No a single explanation.Please save yourself your time and money, and don t come to this location.

Because Chaez went out of his way to make sure, I got my money's worth. Times are hard right now for everyone, so we need ppl who care about one another. Yolanda was also very helpful and kind and very bless to conversate with her. Every positivity encouragement is well needed. 5 stars on CS

With an appointment, they made me wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for a simple oil change, and these guys still can t figure out how to reset my dash I highly recommend this place if you have to purposely waste your precious time in your life.Otherwise, please go somewhere else.It s not worth it.

I couldn t latch my hood on my car so I borrowed another car and ended up with a broken cv axel and stranded 150 miles away from where I was heading I found a place awesome people fixed it or so I thought was driving hearing clanking noise and freaking out after spending $400 just an hr before on someone else s vehicle I was tripping these people at firestone are amazing, friendly said it was no problem to look at my car and even though most places would ve made me go back or wouldn t have cared bc they didn t get the job these people opened their doors let me sit inside charge my phone gave me a free drink got to sit in ac why they checked it out and come to find out it was a loose face plate or something it was just missing a screw and I found out that I was low on oil by 2qts he explained what other problems may arise took the time to take me out there under the car to see where the screw needed to go, why it was doing what it did how to fix it what problems where gonna come up quickly let me know about an oil leak and being 2 qts low these people are amazing, very friendly and took great car of me from now on all my work will be coming here and any future work I can send here it s so hard to find honest mechanics now a days to the point I have been learning to do my own work on my cars (btw I m a single mom 3 kids, no mechanical knowledge other than checking fluids and changing a tire but he ll I was pulling my front bumper and radiators this past weekend but it s sad that I feel like a lot of these mechanics in today out and about are a joke crook I had a man tell me my engine was blown so he could have my transmission it s sad and sickening that you can t trust mechanics but at this place here they helped me showed me what to do and most importantly treated me with kindness while doing it it s stressful enough being a mom with kids on the side of the road or with mechanical issues we just need to know your gonna be honest take care of us and not take every dollar we have to fix it and when people do that they win more in the long run bc I m gonna come back my friends now will know to come back and hopefully now whoever googles this place will know how blessed I was to land in this place and now so are they!!! I would like to voice my concerns and frustrations with this Firestone on my previous three visits. I had purchased a set of tires spending over $600 including mount and balance, after the first installation I had noticed that my tires were badly unbalanced! The service attendant claimed it was a balance machine error which he tried to fix. Much to my annoyance it was still unbalanced and shaking! On my final most recent visit they tried to fix the issue once again, apparently it is unable to be resolved. I had too drive an hour out to your establishment on each occasion hoping that someone could resolve my issues, it seems like this business is only concerned about money instead of helping loyal customers.

Today was a day a kitten was under my hood riding with me all day. I m a uber driver me and my clients heard Phillip found it and rescued it for me. I needed to replace 2 tires so I made an appointment online and the guys got right on it as soon as I arrived. They got me in and out without any hassle and the young man from Vegas that checked me out was very nice and friendly. As a single woman I appreciated the level of service.

Just had a pleasant experience at Memorial City Firestone. Punctured a tire 5 miles away and had it towed here by AAA even though Dacoma location was nearer. Read review I left on Dacoma store. Ashley was a joy - totally into her job and not pushing stuff I didn t want. Thank goodness I had road hazard protection. Was out in 30 minutes / unlike the other store was not told they didn t check or top fluids. Do yourself a favor and use this location. Sincerely pleased w Ashley and service guy that replaced my tire and checked my car!!! Thanks everyone.Service: Tires

I was referred to this shop by a lawyer at my law firm. I made an appointment for brakes and wheel alignment. But I guess if your not white and a man than they'll try to run up the bill on you and make it seem like your car is on its last leg. I brought in a older car and I guess since it was old , then everything had to be wrong with it. The problems they claim were wrong with the car shows no evidence. I would not waste my time with this shop. They do not deserve your hard earn money.

Customer service is good when compared to other car service places. In my opinion, they are a pricey place to get car service done. So, I would suggest to do your research at other places if you're doing something big. Also, I would not suggest to get small type of work here, like oil change, as they are more expensive than other places. The waiting time is tremendously long. They did not started working on my car until an hour after I arrived; and, there were about 2 other customers waiting. Plan ahead to spend about 3 to 4 hours at least waiting; I would suggest to kill time at the nearby Memorial Mall instead of waiting at their place. However, with the previous being said, I have to add that their car service is pretty solid. Weighting-in the price level and waiting time, overall, I rather go somewhere else, for oil change especially. With what you're paying, you should get a shorter waiting time.
