I came yesterday 1/17/24. The young guy working took my information input into computer. Stated make of my vehicle & verified my name. Told me I had to come back tomorrow. My appointment was set 4pm. I get to location & gentleman Eddie stated I had no appointment. And of course the young guy wasn t here. There were no customers waiting yesterday. I just need right side tires rotated. He just didn t feel like working. I ve used Firestone for the past 8 years. Never have had any issues but the past year the service here is getting worse. This location is near my job & convenient for me. I understand employment personnel changes, but the service should not. Ive used 2 other locations & the personnel was great. The technician who assisted me today was great. Just yesterday he was not.

I got a tire patched here back in August of 2023, but I was still continuing to put air in the tire. In December, I finally got it checked out again, this time at Costco where I originally got them. Costco tells me that my tire was patched incorrectly so it was either buy a new tire or keep filling it with air. In January 2024, I go to firestone to tell them the Costco stated my tire was patched incorrectly, I have the tire in my trunk. A worker comes out to check it to see if it was wrongly patched spraying water on the tire. He then tells me the store manager isn't in at the moment but to come back when he's in. I came back about a week later, and speak with Jesse, he tells me there's nothing he could do for since it's past 30 days, stating I waited too long and didn't come back to them to fix it, as if I'd come back the to place that messed it up. I stated I wasn't sure it was THAT tire until I got it looked at. The weather in Houston changes a lot where the pressure will have you on full one day and flat tomorrow, especially doing summer . Jesse doesn't try to help me or even offer to look at the patch he just tries to deny and shift blame. I ask why the employee came to look at the patch, Jesse then states that he doesn't know why he came outside. The only way to check a tire is with a rim on it, but I'm like your checking the leak just the patch work.. He then tells me the employee that came outside he's most likely letting him go, as if I cared, I just wanted some type of compensation for my tire.

There was not a nail in my tire before arrival my tire pressure was low, yes however, I truly believe They put a nail in my tire intentionally just so I can buy a tire from them Firestone was like oh you re going to need a brand new tire LIES!!!!! And knew they were lying I went to a mom n pop tire shop up the street and it was a tiny, little hole they fixed and stated I did NOT need a brand new tire. Firestone love to try and get over on women, assuming we re ignorant & naive NOT this woman!!!One point they also said I wasn t going to pass inspection, which was also a lie I went somewhere and boom passed my inspection like I always do I m a 40-yr old woman not a 15-yr old girl with a first car!!! I hate Firestone.

Unprofessional. Don t know how to run a business. I called them before coming here and made sure there is no wait time. They said come ASAP, when I brought my car within 10 mins, then they say they re booked for the rest of the day and asked me to come next day. Seriously? Worst place. Never coming back and also make sure none of my family and friends come here.

I went here to get my vehicle inspection. Waited patiently while a technician was finishing up with a customer. He never once gave me eye contact or said I will be right with you . Then once he was done with the other customer, he finally asked what I needed and I said I wanted an inspection. He didn t even look me in the eye, and just mumbled under his breath oh our inspector doesn t come until Wednesday . He was rude.

Jake was very honest and upfront with my husband. He could have told us we needed a bunch of stuff done to the car but he didn't. That was very refreshing.

Told me the work would take 2 hours. Came back 5 hours later and they had not even started on the alignment (only reason I brought in the car). Told me it would take another 30 minutes just to get started. Not the best service.

I m not satisfied with the service. I went for an oil change. Got there at my scheduled appointment (12 pm) I ended up leaving at 3pm. The workers were just talking, laughing, and didn t care that I was on the waiting area for 3 hours. I don t even know if they actually changed my oil. No sticker on the window, nothing. Wouldn t recommend it.

After being argumentative with me about manufacturer psi in tires. Poor guy could not even follow thru with it. Won't be back. 20 bucks for a patch and 1 hour less of my life. Along with the zero customer service.... good luck in the future. Going to get my shots updated, with all the disgusting cloth chairs that should be blue but are brown. Not to mention all the water soaked ceiling tiles and loud noise coming from the HVAC system.

Poor customer service. Their staff are so lazy and arrogant, asking me to wait for 1 1/2 hours because they need to take lunch & It's really an emergency and I need tire replacement. Good luck to the future of Firestone, their people did even ask me to go find another car shop if I can't wait.

I have the best experience I've ever had in a Firestone. Jesse Jessie Jacob Joshua and Joseph and Danny the tech who work on my vehicle was efficient and did work in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jesse is a great manager, they just really have a great crew. I will be coming back. Dacoma location is great will recommend to others to this location. Once again thanks to mgr Jesse and Danny the technician. They fulfilled all my needs.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

This place is a joke. It's always something with this dacoma firestone. I walk in with a battery on hand, asking to get it tested. There's no one in the lobby, and the sales guy says it's a 2 1/2 hour wait because he only has one tech....1 tech, at 9am on a Tuesday morning?? How do they get anything done like this?...the sales associates at other locations at least know how to use the battery tester even if they're not techs. I went ahead and took my battery to autozone, where they didn't even take 10 minutes to test it.

Do not go to this store. My first experience was ok - buying 4 tires and oil change except for being charged $53 for a $11 air filter from Auto Zone. I was told it would cost between $30 - $40. Then I call one evening and got quote for brake job on my BMW X3 - quoted me $350. When I go into store Jeese quotes me $1600 and change. Huh!! Next month I get another oil change and Jesse tells me my car requires European oil - again huh - so I guess when I bring my Lexus in they ll say it needs Japanese oil. I realize these guys get a commission on all vehicles they take in for service but we re not all gullible and naive. I ve been in the car business for over 20 years. This morning after having called Customer Svc and talking w a very pleasant agent (Kathleen) 2 days ago - Jesse calls me and wants to argue w me. Customer Svc agent told me I would be contacted by District Manager. On top of that I got an email from DM 2 hours later. They keep addressing me as Keith. My credit card clearly reads Peter!!!I have dealt w Firestone on I45 and off Jones Rd w great satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this store - do not use this store. Rip off artists extraordinaire!!!!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Come here a couple of times now and the service is always top notch. Need some special tires for my Toyota Corolla and there weren t many in the state but the employees took the time to locate some and give me a very accurate timeline of when they would arrive. Service was quick for my appointment I made and will definitely be going back for all my needs.

New manager Jesse is extremely friendly and helpful. I saw him interact with many customers during my stay here and he was courteous and professional to everyone that walked in the door. Jesse was able to get me fixed up quick and back on the road. He also reminded me that I had a Firestone credit card which helped me finance my repair! Excellent team here. Thanks guys!

Everyone there was pretty helpful, but it was Jacob who really took care of me. Once they found out what was wrong, he gave me more than one option based on how much I wanted to spend and what I wanted to do with the vehicle. The communication and service is not great at this location in comparison to the one on Katy Fwy. I left a vehicle overnight to repair a tire leak, Firestone didn t find anything. They overinflated my tire past the tire PSI limit which is a safety hazard. I took my vehicle to Discount Tire and they found a nail in my tire that Firestone missed.

Took my car for a wheel alignment at 8. They guy at the front desk told me THEY would call me an hour later if they could or could not do the wheel alignment. I dropped my car off and had to call at 10 (2 hours later) just to find out they could not do the alignment. They could of called me right away at 9 like they said they would but did not. I had to call. So I had to pay for the break inspection because they did not call and proceeded forward with everything else. If they had called I would of been able to cancel everything and take my car somewhere else. Unprofessional.Service: Wheel alignment

I went into the shop because I was hearing noises on the front end of my truck, they didn't drive the truck when I came in , but they told me everything that was wrong , after analyzing the front end, I left my truck. I got a phone call when they finished to pick it up , however I was still hearing the same noises as I driove home, I took my truck back and let them know, this time they drove it, analyzed it, and told me that you fix the problem , I would have to pay ,v$ 300.00. however I refused their services. They initially charged me $1900.00 to fix my truck , and they did not do what they were supposed to do

They damaged my oil filter and housing changing the oil. Then tried to deny it. Then gave the run-around on fixing the problem. Going to another mechanic and will see Firestone in court. Update 12/23/22 After more run-arounds, got problem fixed by another mechanic. Sent Firestone Rep letter asking for cost of repair. Will soon file small claims lawsuit and ask for severe punitive damages.

Scheduled a 9 am oil change and tire rotation for my 21 Ram. Took 2 hours. They insisted I my truck wasn t an E-Torque and should therefore use a different oil weight, even though it is clearly an E-Torque. They then left the oil filter loose and dripping. When I stopped by and asked them to tighten it, they told me it would be two hours. Terrible terrible place. AVOID. Will be writing a letter. Jake was the sales associate.
