This was my first visit with Clear Choice but won t be the last. I received a mailing a few months ago and was interested is finding a reputable service center. Clear Choice service is hands down one of the best I ve experienced. Jonathan was very polite and greeted everyone that entered the shop. He answered all of your questions and made you feel like your business mattered to him. Ben was very patient in explaining the details of the service and made recommendations as needed. I would recommend this team to any of my family and friends. Thanks for your great customer service.

I Turned my car over to them, they worked on it about 1 hour 15 minutes, they washed it and prsented their bill. I paid it and left. The inside was well cleaned, there was dirt on the windows outside the windshield wiper path. Altogether I am satisfied with their service. I will return for a brake job.

Look no further if you are smart and bought a Lexus. I feel comfortable knowing they provide the best service at a fair price. I am also convinced showing the service records from Lexus Clear Choice on a resale is the equivalent to having it serviced by a Lexus dealership.

I went there to have my 30k maintenance. They have the lowest price compared with Lexus Dealer. However, after 7k, I want to have an oil change. I found out that the oil filter and the engine oil drain bolt are so loose I can use my hand to remove them. I am not going back there again. Good luck to you, if you go with them. I attached the before and after pictures for reference. You can clearly see the gap between the black oil filter with the engine in 2nd, and the 1st picture is after the Oil change is done. There is no gap between them.

Recently had major maintenance done on my high mileage LX470. I saw the respectable reviews for this place and decided to get it done right. I came into the shop discussing what I wanted to get done and they quickly got back to me and let me know the game plan and what else was needed (timing belt, water pump, driveshaft, etc.). (Shout out to Ben for his excellent customer service!)I was given a vehicle to borrow (free of charge) since my requested job would take a couple of days. Ben kept me updated during the process and he also recommended other fixes along the way. I am very confident that this shop knows exactly what they're doing. They don't push you into getting stuff done that doesn't need to be done, they simply finish the job you ask for and recommend maintenance items along the way.The price is reasonable considering the quality of work + excellent customer service + complimentary loaner vehicle + OEM parts used.Great first experience and I look forward to servicing my cars here in the future!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I came in with 3 specific issues that I wanted to get their diagnosis of. Since I explained more than 1 issue, they suggested I get an inspection which I really didn't appreciate paying for diagnosis when I didn't need the whole car looked at. However, I figured that they would definitely find something so it would be worth it after waiting a week or two for this appointment.They came back and determined that the squeaking noise was coming from a portion of the control arm that needed to be repaired and that they wouldn't recommend fixing it until the issue gets worse since it was a costly repair. Ultimately, ended up paying for the inspection cause everything else was okay.Took it to Lexus and the hood of the car just needed to be tightened. No more squeaking! I don't think the inspection was necessary, I don't think this shop spent sufficient time diagnosing the problem, and ultimately diagnosed the issue wrong. Also was told that my fluids looked good and not necessary to change - later found out that the fluids have never been replaced on a near 100K mile vehicle except for the engine oil. I think with time and mileage alone, it should have been obvious that the fluids needed to be maintenanced. Not sure why this place gets the reviews it does.

I have been a customer of Clear Choice for the past three years. I have found out that their prices are competitive in comparison to the Lexus dealer and their work is of very good quality.Yesterday I got my car serviced. Jonathan is amazing!! Thursday morning my car wouldn t start. I immediately had the car towed to Clear Choice Lexus, where Jonathan took such good care of me! He replaced the battery and made sure there were no other issues with my vehicle. The level of care and professionalism is beyond my expectations!! The services of most businesses are rarely as good as they advertise.Clear Choice is an exception to this rule. The owner is hands on and in close touch with all employees. His focus is on the quality of the service he provides and the complete satisfaction of his customers. Only a well run small business is capable of providing such quality to its customers. The entire operation is the best we've found: scheduling an appointment, dropping off, getting a status call/report before they start repairs, picking up after they tell us it's ready. I bought a used 2007 Lexus with 136,000 miles in perfect mechanical condition. CARFAX showed me that the previous owner always brought it to this location. Clear Choice is hands down the best car repair and servicing center I have ever visited. Jonathan and his team are extremely knowledgeable, honest and customer service oriented. They were able to fix an issue I was having with my steering wheel without replacing the whole steering column - This saved me hundreds of dollars.Clear Choice is the only establishment which will ever work on my Lexus. I was very impressed with the service that I received. They constantly gave me updates as to where they were with my car. I didn t have to wait all day for the repairs. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome as a first time customer. I was truly impressed with the senior discount that was given. (I guess that is what it is called??) Mixed feelings. Overall a good bunch of folks and a lot better priced than my Lexus dealer. Clear Choice Techs and my Dealers Techs don't always have the same opinion from an inspection. If my dealer finds a "major" issue, I bring the car to clear Choice for a second opinion and vice versa.

I had these guys replace my windshield.I was very impressed with their knowledge about my Toyota. I felt that they had a real passion for the brand (and Lexus) which is nice to see.I will certainly be taking my Land Cruiser to them in the future.Side note: their prices were really good too. Very professional organization. They had detailed notes of our communications when I arrived for the appointment to repair my vehicle. And were very responsive to subsequent requests for status reports.Their services are not inexpensive so be prepared to pay top dollar.It's too early to tell how well their technicians did their jobs. I hope to receive value equivalent to the amount paid.

Good for major repair issues since their labor is cheaper than the dealer, but not recommend for daily service place. It is always an issue to get an appointment even for small issues like getting tires checked out for nail. I would only visit for major repairs.Update to owner response: I did visit few months back to do oil change and to clean throttle body. I tried to come see you again but the guy that picked my call didnt care to go above and beyond. He couldn't even squeeze me in to repair a nail on tire I should be able to walk in for small stuff like that.Service: General repairs & maintenance
