On January 31 2024 I dropped off my 2011 black Nissan Pathfinder to Classic Collision North on Post Oak Rd for repairs. I chose this shop because 1. I had repairs completed from the shop in 2022 and they did a good job. Also my insurance company State Farms works with them and it's usually easy that way. Now the damages to my car were in the left back passenger side over the wheel. The damage didn't seem too serious more like scratches and a dent. I thought it would not take too long for the repairs to be completed. Well I was wrong. After about a week I called several times to get updates. I was told that the painting was almost done, but they were waiting on a bumper to come in. Now that seemed odd because I had the bumper replaced in 2022 and there was no damage done to the bumper this time. They also stated they had to replace my side view mirror on the passenger side and that they were waiting on that part too. I really started to be concerned. On Monday February 28 I dropped by to actually see what was going on, because now my rental car has maxed out on time. Johnny told me that my liftgate was not opening and his technician is trying to figure out what's wrong. I told him I have never had any problems with the liftgate. The last time I used it was January 31 when I took belongings out to place in the rental car. He stated that he nor anyone at Classic Collision broke it. He said I left it that way. He also told me my glass hatch will not close shut. I told him I didn't even know it could open. He stated that his technician had to open the hatch to get the lift gate open. After a few minutes of debate Johnny told me he would be willing to fix the lift gate and the hatch if I purchased the parts. I told him I should not have to pay a dime. There was nothing wrong with neither the liftgate nor the Glass Hatch when I dropped my car off. Buyer beware! I am adding pictures of the damage before the repairs and the new shop Zambazi Auto service found that screws were missing. Jose from Zambazi said that someone had definitely done something. The pictures show screws are missing.

They kept my truck way longer than what they said it would be and kept extending every week because they kept ordering so many brackets. It's getting close to two months and was told today.. They don't call when they promise, which makes me feel they don't know what they are doing. I got my truck this evening, and headlights are not working. The horn is not working either, and several pieces of trim are incomplete and not painted. They also didn't change bracket to one of the fog light and tried to use the old one, which made it uneven around the edges and not sealing. I used my insurance and recommend not taking your car to this place.October 10, 2023- Update, 3 months and truck is not complete. Missing trim on the grill, trim above bumber needs paint and missing a liscence plate holder on bumber. Johnny and Chris are liars and never follow up when they said they would. This was an insurance claim and I made the mistake of paying my full deductible to this place before they fully completed reparing my truck. Do not trust this place and what they put on your vehicle.

Complete horror show on completing repairs accurately. Recently under new management. Vehicle was supposed to be ready. When I went to pick up, license plates missing, windshield not replaced. Had to return 5 more times; twice that day because gas line was not hooked up to be able to gas up, then when my tailight assembly fell off driving down the highway). They never put any screws in. Returned 3 more times to replace windshield, missing molding, and overhead compartment that started falling off. "You were okay with it when you picked it up" is what the manager Johnny told like it was my fault for not double checking the workmanship. Like I would know all the things they did. RUN FROM THIS PLACE until there's a change in business leadership. Called the person who initially recommended them and was told that since this new transition, there are many complaints and word is getting out.

I would like to give five stars to Chris Acevedo Jr for his excellent service. I am very pleased with the way he greeted me and immediately responded to my issue and took care of me and allowed me to leave completely satisfied with the outcome.

Really can't begin to say how thankful I am to Meyerland Collision & Towing. From the moment I walked in through their doors because my car side panel had been scratched by another unknown vehicle in a grocery store parking lot. They took care of the scratches within minutes, I was so impressed with their service, they were friendly, efficient, and honest! I highly recommend their services. My experience with the team at Meyerland Collision has been the best auto repair experience I've ever had. I would recommend their excellent service to anyone looking for fair and quality auto repairs and services.I was recently rear ended in an auto accident, causing damage to my driver's side bumper. The original preferred shop the insurance company recommended (Caliber Collision) was unprofessional. On the day I was supposed to drop off my vehicle I was told the shop was backed up for nearly a month. I called Meyerland Collision to see if they could accommodate me. They allowed me to drop off my vehicle within minutes.When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by the kind staff at the shop. Once my car was evaluated, the staff went out of their way to ensure I was accommodated with my rental car. They called Enterprise on my behalf several times to ensure someone would come and pick me up from their shop. I also asked the shop to quote me on a separate repairs (glass repair and passenger side panel damage). They were able to give me a great deal on both of the repairs as well.While my vehicle was in their car, I received several calls and updates on the status and progress of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was pleasantly shocked by how many repairs the shop had done on my vehicle. They also replaced my windshield wipers, my rear glass, and inner panel of my rear door.My vehicle looks excellent and it is all thanks to Meyerland Collision. They go above and beyond to provide amazing quality and customer service to their customers. They're the best!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I whole heartily recommend this place, they fixed my car 3 years ago and they fixed it again today. They did an amazing job, my car is perfect and brand new. They have the nicest employees and care so much about their customers.

Last month I brought my 2017 RAM 1500 to Meyerland Collision to ask if they could remove / de-badge the RAM 1500 off of each front door. I was greeted by Adam who I believe is the Manager. Adam was very professional and gave me a deal no other body shop could match.I am so happy with their work and would highly recommend this team and shop to anyone considering body work and related. I highly recommend this shop for any car repairs, great service and fast. Johnny Gonzalez took care of me right away and i was in and out in less than an hour. I brought my car in because the front grill was hanging from the side and it was fixed instantly. Everyone is so nice and understanding. I truly am thankful for this place.

I was on my way to work and a guy ran a red light and hit me. I called Meyerland Collision. They came and got my car, worked with the guy's insurance, and a few weeks later my car looked amazing. There was body work and paint, rear axle, wheels and tires, all done beautifully. It drives exactly as it did, and I could not be happier. I want to mention Chris, Adam, Johnny, & Amany. Terrific customer service and great work all around. Thanks!Edited to add more good stuff!After driving my newly repaired car a few days I went over a big bump and heard an indeterminate noise from the main repair area. I called and explained, and they said to bring it in, they would check it out, and if something more was needed they would deal with the insurance company directly. Dropped it off the next day. Chris (Acevedo) and Johnny (Gonzalez) took great care of us. It turned out to be a minor adjustment, and we had the car back in just a few hours. No charge. Wanted to express my experience with Meyerland Collision. They have top notch Customer Service & went above & beyond to assist me, a special thanks to Adam & Johnny they supported me every step of the way with my insurance claim provider as they were on a defensive mode with me since day one. Shout out to the body shop team for doing an amazing job with the body work that was completed by them. Keep being amazing! I highly recommend Meyerland Collision, in the South Houston area.

I went to Meyerland Collision to see if it was possible to have my interior door switch panel put on my BMW. Mr. Johnny greeted me at the door. I advised him as to what I wanted to have done he took my vehicle and in no time he had my vehicle completed. Thank you so much Mr. Johnny and your technicians for being so kind and doing and excellent job. Highly recommended. You guys are the best

I was recommended to Meyerland Collison from friends at Davis Chevy and couldn t be more pleased with the outcome. Originally hired them for just a clay bar and exterior detail but turned out to be a lot more due to poor workmanship on a repair from another shop. Adam kept me informed during the process with text and videos and was very fair with pricing. It s hare these days to still find companies that care about quality and customer service and being a business owner myself it was a breath of fresh air working with them. You won t be disappointed with this company.

Very good place to go. Amazing service! They do fantastic job!My GF s Toyota got crashed on October 30, the towing service suggested me this place. We got super nice experience here. Mr. Adam took care us ver nicely. Although we know it s hard to deal with Insurance company, Adam was very professional and making everything clearly for us. They said it may take two weeks to fix the car, but you know what? It only takes ten days! Also, not only their fantastic services, the price is also amazing. I m gonna bring my X5 here to do the oil change and state inspection. Posting repaired photos later on tomorrow.

I had a great experience with Meyerland Collision! I had an insurance claim from being hit and had to find somewhere to get it fixed. I don t even live near Meyerland but had a great experience in the past with their sister company, Auto Makers, so made the drive over to get my car fixed. They were very kind and efficient. They did a great job. I would recommend and would go back if ever needed!

Adam and his team are outstanding! They are always able to get me in and out! If Meyerland Collision can't perform the services, then they will give a recommendation for other shops that can do the job.Plus, Meyerland Collision has beautiful fishtanks to look at while you wait. Had a bad experience with a chain auto repair shop - was about to be scammed out of thousands of dollars, was told about this place by my step-mom and my dad - who both live in the area, and decided to drive from San Antonio to here to check it out. Was not disappointed! Customer service was absolutely excellent, and a job well done. Was taken care of by the owner, who is the nicest man. Everything is organized and they are very communicative with how your car is doing. Will definitely be bringing my car here from now on! Excellent job - 100000% recommend!Service: Air conditioning

I was provided a list of collision centers from my insurance for a claim I filed. I was able to review each center and Meyerland Collision had some of the best reviews. I decided to call and ask questions and spoke with Chris. Chris was able to give me some guidance on next steps and provided me with care throughout my service. Communication with my adjuster was a little rough but Meyerland Collision was there to fill in the holes. Once they completed the estimate and ordered the parts I was able to drop my car off the same day it was approved. I was told my car would be ready in a week and a half but received a call exactly one week later saying it was ready for pick-up. I confirmed I would be in to get it. When I arrived it was parked right by the door. I went inside and was greeted by Adam, and then Marcus joined. They took care of me. Adam reviewed my car with me and closed out my tab. It was a great experience especially because it was my first time going through an insurance claim. They have a nice calm lobby and a nice waiting area as well.Service: Body & Trim

Had a very pleasant experience with a 1.5 year old ongoing issue with my vehicle and Amber at Mererland Collision treated the situation with kid gloves. I had an ongoing water leak in the drivers front passengers floorboard which remained unrepaired. Meyerland has a lifetime warranty on the vehicle from the accident repair and spent an exhaustive amount of time looking for the leak even sending it to the dealership. Just today the leak was finally found and repaired. Hats off to Amber for helping me to drive this to rest!, Thank-YOU!

Oh gosh, Meyerland Collision is the absolute best! Adam has an amazing staff, that are always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable! I appreciate all the hard work they put into my vehicle, from oil changes to vehicle repairs. They have beautiful fish tanks to keep me company while I wait and have amazing wifi. Meyerland Collision is the only shop I take my car to, because they do a great job, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They do a superb job of explaining things, without making me feel dumb, and they talk honestly about what my car needs- and how urgent each issue is. Thank you Adam, I have been a customer for 4+ years, and I don't think I would be able to find a shop in Houston that does even half as well. Y'all are amazing!

The picture gives you an idea of the quality of service/workmanship to expect from Meyerland Collision. We took my father-in-laws Sierra in (referred to us through State Farm) to repair the door handle, window, and ignition damaged by a theft attempt. This door had not been opened six or seven times before the door handle trim came loose. The new key sticks in the ignition as well. Shoddy work and I would advise (and will going forward) avoid them.Update: The owner of Meyerland Collision reached out to me, apologized, and proceeded to go the extra mile to make things right. They picked up the truck, replaced the door handle, and returned the truck within a short period of time (same afternoon). Although you would prefer to think something like this wouldn't happen in the first place, you have to give credit to Meyerland Collision for being pro-active and making sure the customer was satisfied.Service: Body & Trim

Chris & Adam are life savers. The company as a whole was extremely welcoming and informational. They never made me feel pressured to make a decision and I appreciate them for not preying on my ignorance. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs. I haven t finalized my decision yet, seeing as though I don t want to put all my eggs in one basket. But they are exceptional business men by far. Once again, their services are highly recommended. My experience at Meyerland Collision was amazing. I needed a complete new windshield from an accident I got in. I got in the accident on Thursday and they were able to get me a quote on Friday afternoon for my car. While waiting for my quote the hospitality was great I got a snack and a cold bottle of water. The waiting area was clean, neat, the seating was comfortable and they even had Netflix on the TV. My new windshield came back perfectly done and my hood was painted and the dent was fixed as well on my hood. It did not take them long at all. Customer service was 10/10 they answered all my questions in a timely manner and they were very informative about everything that I needed. I needed to get something out of my car for work and I contacted them and they allowed me to get what I needed out that same day. One of the most impressive parts about this collision place was there was not a lot of cars in the front looking like a game of Parking Jam. The parking spaces were easily accessible and easy to maneuver. Lastly one of the best parts was I was able to return my rental to them and they returned it to the company for me with no extra cost. I will be taking all of my future car business to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed a minor fix for my car and they fixed it in about an hour or so. The workers were very nice and polite and did a great job with my car. Would recommend if you need to fox your car at all.

First off, I wanted to start by saying definitely MY FAVORITE SIBLINGS!! They made my process super smooth, quick, and easy!! If I could give them 100 stars I most definitely would. You want honesty? They are your people! You want good prices for great work? They are your people. You want great and efficient work? THEY ARE YOUR PEOPLE! Id come back each and everytime I need any work done on my vehicle. Very very genuine, hardworking, and lovely people . A million stars for this business, the owner, and their employees!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
