I went in for brake inspection. Come find out brakes roters had a slight problem. However, they were under warranty and the issue they found Automotive fixed with NO charge. Thanks for good job well done.

I had some issues with my Jeep and the customer service here was fantastic! Miranda and Abraham took care of me and I will definitely be back for any of my vehicle concerns. Carmotive has been my go-to garage for about 5 or 6 years now and have always done very professional mechanical work all five of our family s cars. I have been going here ever since it opened. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They NEVER try to upsell you and sometimes when i say I need certain things done, they tell me honestly that I can wait on doing it. I drive across town to this shop because I feel so comfortable here. I have referred numerous family and friends and they all have been very happy here. This is the only shop where I will send my wife and daughter and feel confident that they won't get ripped off. The best part is once they diagnose your car, they will send you text with the cost and you can accept or decline what you want to get done.

I've brought all the family cars here for any repairs needed. Service at the front desk is always outstanding. Mechanics are very trustworthy. Car Motive is the best shop in Town! The young gentleman upfront was very attentive and communicative of my vehicle and it s issue! I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle here. Not only are their prices very reasonable but I left with no other issues! Everything was done right! Highly recommend.

This place is a ten. They took how to fix and make sure everything was working. If you have any problem with your car or anything they will make sure they check it out and see what's going on with your car. They are good excellent service when it's come down about any type of vehicle.

Carmotive auto Care is one of the best mechanics shop I been too. I was recommended to carmotive by a family member and surely I'm never disappointed.The staff and worker are alway knowledgeable a honest and don't try to cheat you or upswell in any product or service that u don't need. I been coming to carmotive for about 2 years n never have any negativity to the crew n staff I gain more n more understanding about my car or cars in general.

Bad services i will never bring any car to this location. I bring my mini Cooper to this location. Everything look right but 3 days later the car have more problems. I bring the car 2 times and they never able to fix the problem . They told me that this type of car are hard to fix that need to bring it to the dealership. Not professional at all.

This is the best place I ve been to. They had my business for 3 years and recently I had to get my axel replaced due to a hit and run. Abraham quoted me for the replacement when I bring my own part for 210. Unfortunately the damage to my car was greater with the hit and run messed up the alignment. Usually charges me around 95 on top. But Abraham said since it wasn t mentioned in the quote he looked out for me and only charged me 50 bucks for it said it was his fault on the miscommunication on his end and apologize for it. That s called good business from a professional standpoint on his end. Doing the right thing in the end. My car tires were low, and I needed to get some air in them. I tried a few different gas stations, but their machines were not working. I went over to carmotive, and their place was really great. The client waisting area was spectacular, and Abraham was quick to assist me. They have a good atmosphere, and are there for the people. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle.Service: Tires

Horrible experience!!! Please do not bring your car to them. An absolute scam! You will end up paying an outrageous price for something that isn t even necessary at all! They are very incompetent and will totally mess up your car! I originally took my car in for an inspection and left paying over $700 supposedly for a brake job and it still didn t pass the inspection. They told me to drive my car for 60 more miles and bring it back to be inspected. After bringing it back then they said my car was leaking fluids & running hot. Mind you nothing was wrong with my car prior to bringing my car to them!!!

Best stop! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. CarMotive will take care of all your needs. Worth the wait. Clean environment and fast service . Regardless of how busy they are .. they are sure to take care of you. I came in for replacement of my brake pads. I had to wait quite a while, but they were sure to take care of me .
