I cannot recommend this business enough! It is worth the drive! I primary worked with Anna and she was beyond nice from the first contact to the last. However, everyone I interacted with at the shop was very nice! This company took what is an extremely stressful situation, and made it the easiest experience I've ever had with any car company or shop. Anna handled all the communication with all the parties involved. She also kept me updated along every step, which was so comforting. I cannot thank them enough for their sincere kindness, honesty and getting my car looking new again! I have told everyone close to me to use this company if they need. I hope I never have to use them again - but if I do need a collision shop - this is where I will be going!

Awesome shop! Probably the best I ve been to! They made my whole experience extremely easy, helped me every way they could, got my estimate together quickly, and finished my car quickly and did an amazing job at that!Truly appreciate them for making a normally frustrating process so simple!Definitely recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had my car fixed twice at legacy's.Michelle is very helpful.She took her time to call State Farm and Enterprise to find the best ones for me. I am very satisfied with their services and also good results came out after all . Highly recommended!

The worst quality auto repair that I have ever had. Car was in this shop for over 3 weeks. Basically, they have no ability to anticipate parts or evaluate damage. They also do not pay attention to detail and work very inefficiently. The shop is a mess and there are a bunch of unfinished cars sitting around an unsecured dirt lot. The final result after their QC is chipped paint, loose fasteners and ill fitting parts. If you are considering using this shop because they are Geico ARX, don t. The warranty is worthless because it only will allow you to have these unskilled people work to repair their mistakes. It took me 30 minutes to correct most of their mistakes on my own. Too bad the paint on the bumper is full of dust and bubbles. I m staying far away from this shop and changing my insurance back to Progressive. What a tremendous waste of time.Regarding your response. The apology is much appreciated, but in the future you should lead with it instead of a page of excuses. My major concern is how can you let a car go from your quality control process without noticing obvious quality issues? I can only assume that you do this in the hope that the customer won t notice the substandard work and just move on? If there are mitigating circumstances that preclude a quality repair, then you should communicate those to the customer early in the process. I had no idea that there was prior body work on my car and your team never mentioned it. You re team does nothing to set expectations and therefore you are often going to underdeliver.Also, as a female owned business, I would hope that you take issue with the way in which Rob spoke to my wife. He was condescending enough to me and doubly so to her.Found more issues. You managed to lose one of my air-box retainer clips and failed to replace the induction pipe retainer stud. Also, you bent and broke the left hand cowl cover latches. I m now up to $80 worth of small parts that I ve had to order and replace on my own. You should refuse work on BMWs, it s in your best interest.Oh yeah, and you never re-aimed the headlights. Drove around blind the the first night when I had the car back. Honestly, I m sure you would agree that s a safety issue. If you can t do the job properly, then maybe you should turn some business away so you can concentrate on quality and safety.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got my car back I ve never been so happy. I will forever tell everyone I know to go to Legacy! It looks like it s never been wrecked. They have awesome communication, everyone is so friendly! The customer service experience at Legacy was above and beyond. From the very first call I made to Michelle at Legacy to my pick up when my car was complete was nothing short of exceptional. Eric was very professional and communicated with me regularly without any prompting on my part. He would call on Tuesday and Friday just to keep me updated. They handles everything from my rental to contacting the insurance companyfor discrepancies in their estimated costs. I gave Legacy my keys and everything else was smooth sailing from there. Fantastic team that was incredible to work with. The office staff helped in a big way by playing with my kids while I talked to the mechanics and repairmen, and switched the seats to the rental. Incredible service and quick. I love how they helped me know the updates that were happening.I did have a small problem with the rental I was given but they fixed it quick an easy and made up for it 10 times over. Incredible service and team! Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I haven't even done business with the company and already they are at 5stars. The reception I received when I went there was very warm, friendly and helpful. I went there tiger estimate on how much it would cost to repair a bump on my vehicle and they were so helpful. Eric came out and took a look at the area and within 5mins I had a quote. The whole process took less than 10mins. I'm definitely bringing my car here for that repair

Rob and his team are amazing. They had to complete significant repairs on my truck after a multi car accident. I had a very tight schedule since i was traveling and far from home. The work required coordinating with another company and ordering parts from the manufacturer. To make all this happen, Rob worked late multiple evenings and ran the truck back and forth to the other company at least twice. Despite this tight time frame, everything was completed perfectly and on time. Rob is very easy to work with and cared about me and my situation personally. I was made aware from 2 years ago that a review was made under my name with a 1 star review. Not sure how this got there but this place is the best. Great service and fast. So far I would like to say very friendly staff here right on point for giving me an estimate for my vehicle after being hit/ I will do more of an update on this post after my car is fixed but as of now I think this is a great place// OK UPDATE -- all I can say is what a fantastic job they did on my car there was very very good communication with this establishment especially the young lady up front Michelle and the gentleman Eric we're very very helpful and explaining everything that was going to take place they even set up a rental car that was there when I dropped my car off and the rental car place was there to pick the car up when I was picking my car up the job was done perfect you cannot tell anything has happened to my car & the paint matches perfect the craftsmanship of this Collision place is great./ I would recommend this place if you need any work done on your vehicle all I can say is THANK YOU very much for being such good people/ glad to have met you all.

Such nice people. Went above and beyond to help us out. They stayed open late so we could get our truck looked at and moved our RV back to Galveston after the hurricane. Make sure you take EVERYTHING out of your car. I left something in my car that's only value was sentimental, and it was gone when I got my car back. The lady in the office said, "It wasn't stolen. It probably blew away." I own the responsibility. Since it was important to me I should have grabbed it. I just didn't think of it. It was a dried rose from my best friend's funeral. I have driven to/on the beach with my windows and sunroof open many times this summer and it never "blew away."

This is family owned business that does it right. I needed my driver door handle/lock repaired after a break-in. They ordered the parts that might be need ahead of time. I dropped it off, they had it repaired same day and only charged me for the part I needed.Insurance companies list this place as preferred, which means they have reasonable rates, auto dealers used them because they do great work. Don't hesitate to take your car to Legacy Collision.

They did an excellent job on fixing my truck. Had an issue with the button missing on my stereo but they've offered to replace it. Some day maybe I will have time to deal with it but in the meantime, no music at all :(
