The people at this store went above and beyond to help us get my daughter's car running. We thought that it was just her battery so we purchased a battery they helped us install it and the car would still not start. At 1 point we had 3 people helping us get this car figured out. They allowed us to stay inside where it was warm while they checked out her car. Turned out to be her alternator. We had to return the battery and we weren't even able to purchase an alternator as it was a dealer part. So they spent almost 2 hours helping us for 0 purchase and were still smiling and being nice to us. Great job gentlemen and we will be back. Thank you!

I'm only speaking about the one in Henderson tx. The store was clean in order, very helpful and the knowledge was great! Without even looking up what I was needing, they knew they didn't have it, (older mdl jeep) but was able to tell me that they can order it. That was amazing service! Along with that, either I can pay for it then and have it shipped directly to me or the store! I will be back thank you for the help and the lil lady that helped me, believe it was Chloee that helped me.

I will never go to this store again. My wife went up there to get a new battery installed in my truck, because I am at work, and they wouldn't change it for her. Granted, she's not strong enough to lift the battery into the hood of the truck. They literally lost my service for good!

AutoZone takes people's money and refuses to refund it even when you have a receipt and bank statement they still refuse to give your money back I guess I would too if I had someone's hard earned $5,000

James at autozone in henderson was very sweet and patient with me. He changed my headlights for me because I was having trouble. Definitely recommend the guys here!!

Bought some plugs here but when I needed them to accept them as a return even though I've never used them now i have to sell them on ebay

One of the better AutoZone locations and service is consistently prompt. I can actually normally trust the employees to be knowledgeable here which is definitely not typical of AutoZone. In fact, I would recommend visiting this store rather than the alternatives in Henderson.

Had a problem with my battery. Wasn t sure it was my battery at all, this autozone went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my car. Changed my battery and got us back on the road in no time. Thank you for your help
