They are amazing people. They told us they couldn't get to our car for a week. They called us back within a hour and came picked up the car an towed it back to the shop. I got a call within a hour telling me what was wrong. They had it fixed and running the very next day. Very reasonable rates and reliable trustworthy people.

My mom's car needed to be looked at because it would not start. After we replaced the alternator and it still didn't start, we called T.A.T. They came the same day and towed my mom's car and wasn't for sure he could check it out cause he was short hnaded. But against the odds was able to fix it in 2 days. He is very efficient and reliable, I recommend going to him for your mechanical needs!!

TAT is a shop that has been around for some time. The reason for that is because the owners and subsequently the employees are honest and do a great job for a fair price. I highly recommend TAT Auto.

Called these folks an jus so happened I was jus basically across the st. My truck was on its way to shop very shortly after the call. Enjoyed chatting with the owners while waiting for wife to pik me up

Great service and thoughtful staff and owners. When I needed a tow from a hard to find location (on the side of the road in the middle of farm pastures), they followed up with phone calls, towed me to safety, brought me a coke, and gave me a ride to a safe, clean, popular, secure location to wait for my ride home (and made sure I had easy to access options like a hotel, food, etc nearby should I need them). Even offered courtesy auto storage if needed. Good customer service.

David was friendly & professional. I locked my keys in my car while it was running & my shepherd, Nyx was inside,(I leave the a/c on for him) but I was going into panic mode. David arrived quickly, had me back in my car & on the road way faster than I expected. I was happy how quickly he arrived, about 20 minutes after we called, took him about 30 seconds to pop the lock, & I was back on the road.

Sorry to say this about this place since the people were nice, but took my truck in for an inspection and they said my license plate lights were out. I asked how much to put them in if I brought him the bulbs and the sockets he said $25. Okay fine, I bring him the materials and he goes a head and rewires the bulb socket but wires it from the wires that plug into my trailer plug. A few days later I hook up my trailer and realize my lights aren't working. I ended having 3 fuses shorted and the wire the man pulled power from was burned out. Long story short I thought I could save myself some time and a hassle by asking him to fix the light socket, ended up having to replace a bunch of fuses and rewire my trailer and light socket. Not cool guys.

Did exactly what they said they would do, hauled my trailer in after accident, stored it for over a week.. The total bill was more than fair in my eyes. I appreciate their help, Hands down If I need their services again, I will call them..Thanks Again for your services..Dustin

After answering my frantic phone call at 3am, they were very helpful in calming me down and discussing my tow and automotive repair options. They worked directly with the insurance agent to coordinate repairs and payment. Everyone in the shop and the office were helpful in talking through the repairs, payment options, and watching my puppy while I talked to the insurance agent. :) This is an honest & dependable mom & pop shop.

Sounds like random guy has a problem with these people and their service. I have had multiple cars and trucks taken over for inspections and no issue. No over charges, no extra charges. just nice friendly service. Great group of people to deal with. Ask for David nice guy...BIG Help.

THIS PPL ARE THIEF THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 475$ FOR SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT MORE THEN 300$ AND THEY WERE AT 11 MILES FROM THE PU LOCATION REALLY REALLY RIDICULOUS...ALSO U SAID 60 MILES ITS 55 AND ANOTHER COMPANY (BIG) CHARGED ME 300$ AND THEY ARE MORE WAY MORE FAR THEN U FROM PUGOOD LUCK WITH UR BUSSINESS

T.A.T. was s so much help. My company truck broke down in the middle of nowhere, they picked my truck up with the best care, and fixed it within 2 days. All for a reasonable price.

Broke down in Hempstead today. T.. A. T wrecker came by and offered to help. The driver, David, was friendly. His truck was clean and he went well beyond the norm to provide great service for a reasonable cost. If you ever need a tow service in the Hempstead area, I would highly recommend T.A. T. S. Abel

Do not go to this mechanic shop my husband has taken his vehicle here numerous times they tell you that they will look at your vehicle first thing in the morning and you call and they say oh we haven t looked at it yet. Their customer service really sucks .You ask how long the job will take oh we don t know. Worst place to take a vehicle to and VERY EXPENSIVE

Very SLOW Charged Me For Something They Said They Did But Never Did It , Told Me That My Starter , Fuel Pump, And Battery Was No Good , Lied About The Fuel Pump And Starter , It Was My Battery And My Ground Wire Is The Reason My Fuel Pump Didn t Kick On And The Truck Didn t Start . The Owner Was Very Rude Over The Phone Cussed At Me Called Me A Lier Said I Didn t Know What I Was Talking About When I Clearly Knew How My Truck Was When I Gave It To Them Bad Place Wouldn t Recommend Anyone To Get Car Work Done Here !
