They desperately need to hire a bilingual person because the older man up front is horrible. I saw a man walk in needing help with his car and he asks for his insurance, when the man said he didn t speak English, the older man keeps repeating the word insurance and ends up telling the man to come back with someone who speaks English. He could have used the computer right next to him to look up insurance in Spanish and have google read it for him. I will not be coming back, it s unprofessional at best and racist at worst, do better. Especially knowing the Hispanic population of Hempstead is quite large, if this is how you treat your customers I don t see a bright future.

Great experience getting some tires. Very professional, quick and nice folks working there. You can't go wrong coming here if you need tires or repair work. They'll do a great job at a very good price.

I went for the $20.00 oil change!!!Note: I brought my own materials. From a local store, my cost was 25.00 for 6 qts of full synthetic high mileage and an HD. filter.Yes, I bought the 5 quart jug and an extra quart... (Cheaper that way) I was in and out about 30 minutes...

Came in today to get my vehicle inspected, and Coleen was very nice and helpful. She even notified me of a safety recall that is currently being worked on.I appreciate the fast service i have received and i will definitely return. Thanks Coleen, much success to your new business.

Was in Hempstead Picking up hay had a trailer tire go flat. Went in there and bought 2 new trailer tires very quick service friendly staff. Would recommend reasonable prices.

Not only is it nice to have a woman running a station it's nice to feel she wants to do the job right! After she changed my oil then ( like in the old days) she checked transmission, brake, windshield tanks and topped off THEN she had my tires checked for correct pressure...AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! So she changed my oil ( semi- synthetic), got my inspection done for $57. Come say hi to Coleen and her crew ( including her dad) and let's give her our support!

My car is still under a dealership service agreement including free oil changes, but they never had convenient appointment times and the wait was usually extremely long. I called Coleen's and was set up with a time that worked with my schedule, and the oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. I'm a big supporter of family owned businesses, but a HUGE supporter of a female who owns a business and works in a mostly male dominated industry and does a great job. I'd rather pay for this service from Coleen then get it free from the dealership..

Been here few times. Guy running it really has a don't give a dam attitude. Went by today to get inspection, guy saw me pull up, get off and stand by the door while he continued working on ATV like I wasn't even there. After about 5 minutes he looks at me and mumbles "it'll be about 10 minutes" as he continued working on his BS wheeler. I got things to do just like everyone else! (Note, I was the only one there.) If there were other people there, I wouldn't have mind but it was just me. So I notice another spot (Rick's tire shop) literally across the street where they do inspection and got in my car and drove over. Got serviced right away.

These guys are great for inspections. Even if they have big jobs they are working on, they fit you in. Reasonable work for reasonable prices, many of which are written up on the board so you know what to expect to pay up front.
