Took my car in and they quoted me $2,500 for my 2013 Taurus with 175k miles on it. They told me it might not be worth it because there were likely going to be more issues and couldn t promise the car will last much longer. I appreciated their honesty. Tiller just gained a customer for life.

These guys are great! They've exclusively worked on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee amd always gotten it done correctly and in a timely manner. Hunter and Butch have been the best! Always transparent about time or price and just good guys yo chat with. I will always bring my Jeep here as long as they'll have me!

I haven t been so impressed with a business that s new to me in years. Everyone was friendly and polite and made a real effort to make me glad I chose Tiller Automotive to work on my car. They called me several times during the day to clarify the problem I was having with my car. Now that s above and beyond. I took my car to a Nissan dealer who told me in a cold and matter of fact manor that they had to have my car at the dealership for a minimum of four days before they would even begin diagnostics. Tiller has customer service that is so incredibly better than any dealership. I ve found my new go-to repair auto shop. I highly recommend them. They won t disappoint.

Great mechanics! So kind and detailed with my subaru Crosstrek 2017. Changed all my brake pads and rotors same-day and were so quick to answer any of my questions. Priced other mechanics in the city and these guys are the best!

I would Recommend Tiller's Automotive. Excellent service. Turn around time to get vehicle back is very quick. Tiller s cares about the customer. I find them to be honest, explains everything in need of repair and gives a quote the same day. Very receptive to calls anytime.

I was referred to Tillers by two friends. My 2006 Cadillac DTS had over heated. I had a nationally well known Auto repair chain change out the water pump. But they had no diagnostic equipment to determine if damage to the head gasket and or block had occurred. They told me that the head gasket may have been blown and or block may have been cracked. So I took my car to Tillers who had the equipment to pressurize up on the water and engine system to determine that the head gasket and block had sustained no damage. I am driving my car with peace of mind. I have found my new auto repair business.I would highly recommend Tillers. I will be returning with any additional repairs that I need a trust worthy resource. Such a great place! I called Monday to get my car inspected for a road trip and they got me in on Wednesday and helped me with all my issues! I originally brought my car in to Nissan and had Tiller look it over for a second opinion and I m so thankful I went to them.

I have been going to Tiller Automotive for many many years and with many different vehicles and trucks and he ALWAYS has fixed them all the very first time and was extremely reasonable on the price. He gets it out to you as soon as he can and he always does what he says he will do. I HIGHLY recommend Tiller Automotive.

Great quick service with my ac unit in my truck. The problem was diagnosed within 15 minutes and fixed the problem within 2 hours. Fair and reasonably priced.

Honest, fairly priced, and they know what they are doing. I recommend them to everyone I know. My only suggestion is that they have an app that texts you or a website that you go to so that you can check on your car's status. Like "Your car is now being worked on" or "Your car is now estimated to be ready in 3 hours."

I've taken several of my vehicles in for repairs. They've always diagnosed the problems quickly and honestly. Their repair prices have always been very reasonable. Usually in one day and out the next. I highly recommend Tillers automotive shop.

I ve taken 2 vehicles now to Tiller and they have been incredibly professional, fast and cost effective both times. They recently caught an issue with my truck that I had been to 4 other mechanics about and none had been able to figure out the issue. I don t plan to go anywhere else while I live in San Antonio. 2007 Chevy Tahoe.Went in for a rear differential service. I suspected either an issue with bearings or backlash. I received a quote prior to dropping the vehicle off ranging from just a bearings replacement to a full differential rebuild. The prices I received were very reasonable regarding the type of work that would be performed.Upon dropping the vehicle off I also asked if they could do a fluid change on the front diff as well. Took a couple days for service, as was communicated prior to taking the appointment.I received very quick and informative communication during the diagnosis process and went with the go ahead for bearing replacements in the rear differential.After all was said and done, the total cost was less than I was initially quoted, even with the front diff fluid change added last minute!Hunter and his team were very knowledgeable and offered excellent service that fixed the issue I was having with my vehicle at a very affordable price.Highly recommend and will absolutely return for any needed fixes in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought car in for a new alternator. Hunter the manager, on his own, figured out my battery was still under warranty and saved me a bunch of money. They had car fixed for what they estimated and had it done 3 days early. This is one of those places that is honest and doesn't try to take advantage of their customers. I highly recommend Tiller Automotive! My first experience with them was by happenstance to address what was thought to be a major issue with my radiator. The Tiller team was very responsive, reassuring, and ultimately found that my repair was not as extensive as originally expected. They work efficiently, have fair pricing, and are very communicative. Based on that experience, I have decided to bring my vehicle to Tiller moving forward. I recently got my first oil change with them and the service was just as great as the first time. These guys are the most honest auto repair I have ever experienced. My parents have used them for years. Tiller's serviced both their truck and suburban and both have or had over 300k miles on them. My experience with the staff was amazing, with great customer service. Kept me in constant communication. Also, the mechanic Dale got my 2016 F350 dually up and going once the parts arrived. In my book, he's a knowledgeable mechanic, and I recommend this automotive shop.Normally, I don't fill out reviews. By experiencing great customer service, I just had to leave this note. Thanks again!
