Do not rent UHaul Trucks from this location! I got the truck with a 1/2 tank and brought back with a 1/2 tank. They wrote on my contract it was 7/8 of tank. I pointed out to staff and was told corrected and wrote on clipboard. They did not correct and charged me $57 on my card for 10 gallons. Tried calling and get no answer on phone. The team there inflates the amount of fuel in the vehicle when rented and if you do not put that amount they said was in it charge you $5.75 gallon. I reported the fuel level error before I left lot and still was charged! I will be disputing this charge on my card as the business will not pick up phone calls. This is fraud and want to make others aware of this business practice at this UHaul location

Multiple business here. Glass/Tow/Collision/Uhaul. Work when THEY want to. Would not answer the phone. I came by twice during posted working hrs and Door was locked but the people working inside refused to even answer questions. Just said we're closed while Tejano music blasted. Good help is hard to find these days, but customer service is free. I won't be back.

I called them to place an order for my windshield gave my name and #. This was Friday they told me it will be there Tuesday. I called them back they didn't know anything about my order. The guy took like 5 min shuffling papers then say I can't find your info. Bad customer service. I don't recommend seems like he's not to interested in keeping his customers happy.

My wife called this company. They came to my house to fix a windshield problem and I pointed out which car it was. I went back inside to get warm clothes on and went out to talk to them and the had left. I called the office and the man was rude and I asked what was wrong. He told me. I asked why they just drove off without telling me what was wrong. His reply was they called my phone and left a message. My wide told them she cannot have her phone with her at work (Jailhouse Nurse) and offered my number but they refused to take my number. I asked them why they just left and did not come to my door and tell me. "They were low on gas." Their vehicle was in my driveway by my front door. He was very rude about me being upset they did not inform me at my house when they had the chance

Had windshield replaced on son's car and very pleased. Was the lowest price, fast friendly service and comes with a warranty. Will definitely take any other vehicles here if I need glass repair or tinting!

JR's was easy to reserve a u haul but unfortunately we had to cancel at the last minute due to illness. They were able to very quickly cancel the reservation at no cost. Very professional. We will reserve once again asap. Thank you.

Just figured out today, since starting out up the street, in his garage, 10 cars tinted, and today, my first windshield replacement. Great price and service : 45 minutes! Probably a stereo upgrade next time.

The man from JR's came out and did a terrific job. He was so professional. He knew exactly what to be done. He quickly did the job and even put my new registration sticker on my windshield. On top of that, he was very nice.

My car's windshield got hit by a rock and caused a crack. Jr's fixed the chip on the spot. In 10 minutes, I was back on the road. By the way, I'm a LYFT driver. Fast service and excellent repair keeps me on the road to earn money. Thanks Jr's Auto Glass & auto body.

So...I made an appt. to get my truck's windows tinted. I called around, and other places outside of Lockhart weren't really much less than JR's Auto Tinting here locally. Since I like to spend my money in town if I can and it's feasible, I made an appt. for this afternoon.When we arrived, I realized it was the place just across from where the Farmer's Market is held every Sat. The same place where someone ran out and literally cussed my husband and I out for him parking on the street next to them one Sat so that I could, with a sprained ankle, hobble over to pick up my order from a local farmer. I was gonna be gone 5 minutes TOPS. That made me think twice, but then when the guys from JR's all walked out, and asked my husband, "What do you want?!?" (not "How can I help you?"!!!) I thought....Oh no!Then when we told them we had an appt. to get my truck windows tinted, their response? "Oh, yeah. Just park it over there and throw the keys on the floor. We'll get to it later." WHAT?!? My husband asked, "Do you know what we want?" Their answer? "No. You can come back later." Uh NO. We will not be leaving the keys or the truck and we SURE WON'T be coming back later. 3 strikes and JR'S AUTO TINTING OF LOCKHART IS OUT! :-P You have been warned - if you choose to do business with these rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional people, do so at your own risk!!! Customer service is CLEARLY not their priority, and I can only wonder what their job quality is like with an attitude like that.

Made an appointment, showed up and was told by the receptionist that "they" were out of the office and she had no idea when they would be back. I asked if they'd return in like 5 minutes or in the afternoon and she said, "no idea." Not the best customer service before even getting the job done.

I called about renting U-HAUL FROM THIS COMPANY SOME MAN SPOKE ON PHONE AND SAID HE BUSY AND WILL HIS WIFE TO CALL ME BACK HERE IT 1MONTH A GO AND SHE NEVER CALL SO I HAD TO BORROW TOWING DOLLY FROM MY FAMILY MEMBERS WELL THANKS GOD HE HAD 1AVABLE.

Illegally tinted my window... left scratches by my windshield on both sides! Bubbles still in the tint in the side windows.... waiting for them to resolve their selves
