My name is Shelia Nelson and I have been taking my car to Chris for about 2 or 3 years now I absolutely love the service they are always accurate and on point I will always send people who needs car service done to Chris and he will forever have my service, Chris deserve a huge raise for his service, and so does the person that works on my cars I can t leave him out because he do wonderful work. I have no complaints but I do have lots and lots of rewarding. Thank you all and have a blessed day.

It's always a great experience from the only 2 times I've been there, they've gained a lifetime client. From the Tech James that did my oil change to Nikkie who was working the front desk. My interactions with Nikkie (who was very knowledgeable and was capable of answering all of the questions I threw at her) made the brief wait time comfortable. She was very professional and courteous. Like I said before, I will only go here from now on for all of my maintenance needs.

I've always trusted them more than any other shop. We bought tires, did our brakes, bought battery for our truck, and they are good and fast. I am going back for the next thing We need.They listen intently what you needed, and explained with confidence, and expertise how they will handle the problem. Best of all, is the price. It's affordable and I am so grateful for that. Thank you Midas! And I always trusted their tires!I appreciate their help when our truck won't start at a gas station next door. So thankful. Thank you Midas!

Called from CA to find out estimate to check my sisters car out (in TX) as she was told by a place in Copperas Cove (won't put name) said it needed control arms etc. which would cost over 1k. Come to find out, it only needed an alignment done! My sister had faith that the Cove repair shop was being truthful, so we decided to get her car checked at her dealership (dodge) and they said the same thing as Midas in Harker Heights! We didn't use Midas as the dodge dealership was closer to her home. I HIGHLY recommend Midas in HH for their honesty! Five stars to Nicole who I spoke with on the phone about car issues and got a rough estimate from her (if it needed control arms etc) They put it on the lift for free as it didn't need diagnostic.I appreciate Nicole's honesty, patience, explaining the mechanics to me etc. She also gave me a break down of prices for car parts and labor-prices seem very reasonable. There are many car repair shops so if you have any problem deciding on which one, and you need your car checked or fixed in the future or work done, I would highly recommend taking your car there!!

Very easy to work with. Had AC problems and they tested everything from the electrical components to the compressor and hoses. Checked for leaks after adding refrigerant. All for one low price and said I can follow up in near future to have them look over again.

I was late for my oil change appointment but Chris and Nikki were able to work me into the schedule and like always they provide the best customer service so that s why I keep coming back.Hands downs the best customer service and I know we the consumers can be a pain at times but they treat everyone with the upmost respect and that speaks volume.

This place never lets me down. Amazing customer service. Honest machanics and prices are very reasonable. I am a single mother of two and have been taken advantage of at other places. This is now my new place to go moving forward.

The staff at Midas are very friendly. Chris did a great job explaining what will be performed at 75000 mile service. I am very satisfied with the work the shop technician performed. I was sold a vehicle with many problems in 2021, from a malfunctioning throttle body, to a broken window. My experience since I purchased my vehicle is that Midas is the only place I feel safe and comfortable taking my car to. They know how to talk to costumers, they get the issue fixed quickly, and when I had to return because my vehicle was overheating, they made sure it was running correctly. I ve used Midas multiple times and they have always been super friendly, fast, and provided great quality service on my Tacoma. They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was done the same day which I greatly appreciated. I don t take my truck anywhere else if I can help it.

I took my car here after getting an oil change, and the check engine light came on.A technician came to look at it and told me it would be $400 for a complete diagnostic. He said I would need a new engine or to just replace the car. I ended up leaving needing time to think on it.I literally have been stressing over this for days, haven't been able to sleep. I've been taking Uber rides and having to use DoorDash for groceries.Well after a few days of thinking about it, I took my car to a different mechanic shop for a second opinion. The mechanic looked at it for 10 minutes and saw the cam sensor was loose. He plugged it back in and now my car is working fine.I'm really upset with the technician for suggesting I needed a new engine or to just replace my car.

I dropped my van off between 9-10am to have it repaired. I walked in first and asked if they could in fact do the work and was assured it could be done.Several hours went by without hearing from the technician as to what was wrong. I called and the nice lady told me they hadn t pulled the vehicle in because they were very busy and that it was the next one to be brought into the bay. That was at 2 o clock in the afternoon. I called back at 5:55 multiple times, but nobody answered even though they close at six. So I drove by in my Kasian it was when I dropped it off the following morning I called and they told me that I never got into it however, I feel like they should ve mentioned that the day before this would ve given me time to make new plans and bring it to a different service center. I just felt unprofessional to keep a vehicle overnight with no notice whatsoever. Also, they repair and parts for quite expensive.

Every time I go to Midas they are consistent. Chris the manager is genuine and always provides honest feedback about my cars needs. Everyone I have encountered at this Midas has provided great customer service!

Excellent customer service, very welcoming and friendly. Chris was extremely informative and guided me on if my teenager daughter's vehicle was safe for her to drive. I appreciated the advice and was able to plan accordingly regarding repairs needed for her vehicle

They always take care of me and always give me the best alternative when cant afford the whole thing and give me advice and stuff on how to take care my car and have it last longer and shout out to the mechanics for taking care of issues and spotting immediate issues and minor issues and which to deal with first

Enjoyed working with the crew here. They even answered my stupid questions well, assisted in my honey du's on the vehicle and were quite friendly to an ol lady. Highly recommend
