Brought my car to Vic's Auto Repair due a hose busting back in February. My Dad is a mechanic, but I can't take my car almost 2 hours away from where I live now for repairs; so it was time to find someone local. It was a blessing that the hose issue happened right at the main Hallsville intersection; the shop is not even 3 minutes down the road.All in all, I am blessed to have found a place I can trust. Everyone I spoke with was respectful and went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions.My car needs some repairs again, so I will gladly bring my car here soon!

Well, I read the prior "glowing" reviews of Vic's Auto Repair, and thought they may be a little overstated. I took my truck there today at 8am since my engine light came on. I was greeted by Wendy, and I met Vic who immediately diagnosed the problem with my truck when he ran the computer diagnostics. He stated that he could do the repairs today, and would call me when it was ready. Wendy called me at 11am to let me know it was done. Not only were the repairs done timely but were very reasonable. But the best part of all this was their exceptional customer service! Trust the glowing reviews!!

I ve been using Vic s auto for several years now with several different vehicles, he does great work and is very reasonable on price and time. Never have any issue regarding the previous issue that was fixed. Vic got me in quick, did great work, and even looked at something else for me that could have become a problem. Good work, fair price, and they were able to get me out before the allotted time. Being a volunteer fire fighter, I rely on my vehicle to be ready at any time. I am always a little leary when trying to find a mechanic, but the reviews led me here. Now I know who will be working on my vehicles from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

This is a great shop that I would recommend to everyone. Had a wiper motor go out last year and they got it fixed right the first time at a very fair price.Fast forward a year and I took my vehicle in to get a brake job as the brakes were making a little noise and I have some miles on the vehicle. They looked at it and determined the brake pads were still close to new and didn't need to be replaced. Wouldn't even let me pay them for looking at it. Good, honest service like this is tough to find these days. Thank you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Absolutely blessed to have broken down near these folks. We were traveling from Dallas to Baton Rouge with our 3 kids and our fuel injection pump went out on Vic's exit. We were distraught. I was absolutely beside myself, I thought for sure we'd be stuck there for a day or 2. The receptionist brought us to a little diner and meanwhile, Vic found the part had it fixed and brought our van to us within 45 min!!!! We are so thankful and blessed to have had them on that exit. Thank yall so much!!!! We were on our way and got to my sister's house early in the day just as planned!

Vic and his wife are extremely nice and helpful. They were able to save me thousands on my wife's Tahoe repair. He also has given me a fair deal on repairs on my vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to check with Vic first to see what he can do for you as well. He is knowledgeable and goes beyond to make sure you took care of. Thanks Vic's!

Vic's Auto is the best place I have been ever to service any of my vehicles. His pricing is fair and he makes sure you are 100% satisfied. His office staff are kind and courteous and they all have a great sense of humor. I would recommend them hands done as the best place to get mechanic work done to your vehicle.

I had a battery that was completely drained, Vic was able to take my car right away. He charged it up and checked that the battery was working, he had 2 red Mazdas and quoted me the price for the other one. He realized his error and called me back in a few minutes. He refunded the difference and gave me a receipt showing the refund. I was impressed with the service and would definitely take my car back to Vic's.

My father was a mechanic for 40+ years before he passed and never would I have thought I would find another honest mechanic around. I was so scared to get that call telling me the price to fix my car. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank goodness my husband said take My car to Vic s. Will recommend to everyone! Thank you so much!

So I'm traveling cross country Covington Georgia to Phnx Az. In a 36ft RV towing a 34 Dodge coupe when about a mile E of FM 405 I loose pwr steering brakes and start over heating, manage to get off the frwy without crashing. Call AAA they give me some #s to call. One guy was a complete A-h%$!. Then I call Vics, he tells it most likley the serpentine belt and not to wait for a tow truck hes just a mile down the road. Oh btw this all occurred at 4:20 pm. So I get it down to Vic confirms its the belt but its a special one, he locates one, the delivery guy is wanted in 5 counties for speeding, belt arrives, Vics guy fixes it and we are able to get back on the road within a few hrs. Now it gets better! Vic told us that if he couldn't get the parts that day he would let us stay at his shop, hook us up with pwr & water and dinner for the night! WOW absolute stand up people! Puts a lump in my throat just writing this. These people are a true testament to what the world should be like! Bless you Vic your wife all who work for you! You ROCK

My starter went out and I was stranded 6 hours from home alone. Found Vics Auto Repair on google and took a chance. One I am very grateful for. He was fast, polite and reasonably priced. Thank you so much!!!!!!

No shenanigans, Vic tells it straight, dies excellent work, backs up his work, is very friendly, reliable, and well priced (if car repairs can be affordable). I recommend him highly!

We have always had fantastic, quality service. They do an excellent job diagnosing and repairing issues. They only fix what is needed at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend :)

A straight ahead, (knows his stuff) affordable mechanic. The local dealer wanted $1,100 to replace a radiator, he did it for a third of that. He is my go to mechanic now. He should be yours too.
