You will not find better customer service anywhere,, honest, and trustworthy. As as single female getting automotive work done is not easy, but when it comes to my tires, I trust Crawford Smith to always do what s best for me. Keith always explains everything and if he wouldn t trust something on his family s car, he won t put it on mine..

They get high marks from me. I've gone to them many times for trailer and mower tire swaps and repairs. They install customer ordered tires if you have a request. They are very efficient in tire repairs and go beyond expectations.I tried the mower shop and was pleased at the patient and professional sales crew. They were very easy to deal with, as expected, with clear pricing, and hassle free transaction and equipment pickup.I will recommend them to all my contacts.I highly recommend looking at the mowers online, narrowing it down, visiting in person, and buying direct from Crawford at the desk, vs buying online and picking up or shipping. It will make you happier and secure your machine much more quickly. The upgraded mechanical features such as heavy deck, motor selection, and ball bearing wheels were worth it.

This is a great place, I can't say enough good things about the customer service. It's like going back in time when customer service was real! Its hard to find a mom and pop place like this anymore. The staff is wonderful, and they even write out the receipts, who does that? Love it!

Great place for tires, tire repair, and Cub Cadet. I have only done business in there a hand full of times over the past few years, but they always treat me like I'm their longest, most steady repeat customer. I'm sure they will treat you right too. I would trust them with my needs for any other products or services they might offer as well.

I bought a zero turn cadet a few weeks ago and they told me that I needed to change the oil after I mowing a full tank. When I went to change the oil the oil plug was put on with an air tool and I couldn't get it off. I also noticed that it had plumbing tape around the threads making it that much tighter. When I called to ask about it I was told by a lady that she was alone and I would have to wait until next week. She also said that they have done this before and would send someone out to loosen it. When I called the next week a guy answered and said he would have to wait until the next week so I waited another 5 days and called again. This time a different guy answered and asked me if they were supposed to be a charge for coming out here? I was confused since this was not my fault so why would they be charging me anything. They should be giving me something for the inconvenience. This was my first time buying anything from them, not sure if I will be a return customer

This is the very best tire shop in Greenville. I have tried all the big box chain stores and will never buy tires from any other place. Keith does great work and their prices are very competitive. They even out perform the competition on service. If you're tired of getting the run around and paying you much at the other tire places definitely try these guys they are awesome! I was truly impressed with how quickly they got me back on the road. Thanks again Keith. We are customers for life!

Great place to do business with. Their customer service is phenomenal, the man who helped us went above and beyond with our lawn mower purchase and took great care in covering the smallest details before delivering it to us. All around great experience with wonderful employees.

At the beginning of Covid, everyone was stockpiling food. Well, I didn't even have a freezer. These guys found out and opened the store on a Sunday and hooked me up. Great family running this place.

I have purchased two pieces of equipment here. The service is unbeatable. The prices are lower than the big box stores. You can also get better equipped machines. I go here for all my lawn equipment now.

Customer service isn't the best. They act like you're the one that doesn't know how to use the equipment. Also, their workers play bumper cars when they pull the lawn mowers inside for the day. When management was told it fell on deaf ears. I hear they are really good with existing customers but they don't seem to care about new ones.

I will never take my riding mower there again to be repaired had to take it back twice for simple things that were on the work order... and I live out of town and had to get a friend to load it back up twice... the repair service is less than satisfactory. I do however buy furniture there and that experience has been satisfactory

Not satisfied took our mower in about a month ago, still has not been fixed. We have called and all they say is we'll call you when it s ready. Absolutely ridiculous to take this long. My yard is so overgrown it s literally knee deep!! Would not recommend this place from a service standpoint at all.

Part cub dealership, part parts house/service, part museum. This shop is worth visiting just to walk around and look at the antique tractors and memorabilia. The owner is very friendly and a wealth of knowledge about what he sells as well as the early models. He stocks parts for our 1964 Cub Cadet 100... the only place around that does! I would much rather make the half hour drive to have a chat and buy my parts from a local guy that's been there for decades than order something online. He's typically got the same or better prices anyway! If you're in the market for a mower, don't buy from Lowe's or home depot. Those mowers are built by MTD and are lower quality than what you get at an authorized dealer. Worth a visit!.

No Crawford Smith has been around as long as I can ever remember okay I don't care what you need they got it or we'll hook you up now getting a flat fixed income to pay $10 anywhere so I don't care if they just plug it is still going to miss you can bet on it that they're going to patch it and it's going to last and it's well worth $10 and if they have any problem took you to let nuts I was in Just Cause A Auto Parts House in that get delivered you ain't got nothing to worry about Crawford's and Smith is that all bases covered when it comes to the farm when it comes to the home when it comes to your vehicle you name it they got it covered

Great service and very knowledgeable about what they sell. The best place to get a Cub Cadet and some Goodyear tires. There are safety dividers for your and their safety.

I left a club cadet 550 small push mower to get a new blade and attach the drive cable with both the parts. I called 3 days later to check on its status. I was not, repeat not told it was going to be weeks, repeat weeks before it would be ready. Won't do business again with them. 40 year Greenville citizen .

Have bought a lot of stuff from them..Two tillers..0 turn mower..riding mower and two weed trimmers .Have had heaters worked on and mower flats fixed...Great people fast service...Will continue to return..
