Truly a great experience! Staff is prompt and service advisor made me feel well taken care of and was able to work in an nice area while my car was getting serviced. Also the nice collection they have inside is just chefs kiss!

They gladly allowed me to make an appointment for 8 am Monday morning but they didn t diagnose my car until Friday. Then, parts had to be ordered and before I knew it, day 9 was my lucky day. Time management is not their strong suit.

I had an appointment set up granted I was three minutes late showing up to my appointment but 16 minutes had gone by and not a single person had approached me to even help. I have left a voicemail for the service manager, I am waiting to see what level of service that a Porsche dealership offers. It s disheartening being a Porsche driver and car owner, knowing the prices we pay for these vehicles that we can t get that level of customer service. Stay tuned if, and when I hear from the service manager to find out how they are going to make things right with this customer .

Brought vehicle in on January 2, 2023 , and when I got the vehicle back, the clock (both manual and digital) was not working. I also had an alignment service performed; car pulls now more than when I brought it in.I have made multiple attempts to contact my Service Representative, as well as the Service Manager (Sharon Stanley) to no avail.Very frustrating.Service: Wheel alignment

Huge shout out to Ryan and Clyde for taking such great care of our 1983 Porsche and restoring it. They provide unparalleled customer service and did a great job. First time at this dealership. Went in for a state inspection. Great service and facility. Definitely would recommend it. I loved the big window looking into the service bays
